High dam construction is continuing to develop with new requirements for intelligent dam construction. New information technology capabilities are providing paths for improved intelligent dam construction. The key to achieving safe, quality, efficient, economic, green construction projects is to integrate these new information technology capabilities into intelligent construction methods. New systems enable intelligent construction of dams and the construction of intelligent dams. This article summarizes these two paths for intelligent construction, identifies three stages in the development of intelligent construction systems for dams, and analyzes the technical characteristics, goals, theory, methods, and management models with engineering examples for each stage of the intelligent construction process. The analysis shows the relationship between intelligent dam construction and intelligent dams, the three stages of intelligent dam construction, the changes in manager thinking for solving key problems in the intelligent era, and future developments in intelligent dam construction.
本文回顾了大坝建造发展历程,总结了大坝智能建造的发展趋势和关键技术,梳理了大坝智能建造的关键问题与智能控制的关系,提出了大坝建造的智能控制理论,详细阐述了智能控制的概念、定义、特征、理论结构、要素,明确了"智能决策+自动控制"为智能控制的两大核心要素,构建了"自主感知与认知信息、智能组织规划与决策任务、自动控制执行机构完成目标"的大坝智能控制系统,并对其设计理念、组成要素、模块特征、应用层级进行了说明.本文所提出的智能控制理论为解决大坝建造过程中结构服役状态调控、全寿命周期安全性能评估、施工风险预测预警、成本造价控制难题,实现"高质、高效、安全、经济、绿色"的智能建设目标提供理论基础.
The key of temperature field analysis in massive concrete is the model for hydration heat of cement.Based on the theory of chemical reaction kinetics,a new model was proposed to simulate the hydration heat of cement in concrete.The model takes the influences of temperature and reactant concentration into account,and each parameter in the model has definite physical meaning.The model can be easily applied to finite element analysis.Numerical simulation indicates that the model not only can fit well the temperature obtained from the concrete adiabatic temperature rise experiment,but also can give accurate estimate of the temperature-time relationship under different curing temperature.
Wet-spraying steel-fiber concrete is more and more used in the lining of underground project,especially in the underground powerhouse of pumpedstorage power station.This scheme guarantees the application of wet-spraying steel-fiber concrete in the lining of underground powerhouse of TongBai pumped-storage power station,including the mechanical properties,the selection of materials,matching ratio design,the experiments,and construction,etc..
