OBJECTIVE:To determine the content of IL-2 in IL-2 targeting liposomes of 5-FURP.METHODS:The sample solution was stained by Coomassie brillant blue G-250 solution.Using blank liposome as blank.the absorbability of the IL-2 was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry at a wavelength of 595 nm:meanwhile its content was determined.RESULTS:The linear range of IL-2 was 1~100μg·mL~(-1)(r=0.999 7)and the average recovery rate was 99.26%(RSD=0.59%,n=5).CONCLUSION:The method was proved to be simple,rapid,sensitive and reproducible,and it iS applicable for the determination of IL-2 in liposome of 5-FURP.
Nanosized carbonated hydroxyapatite powder was rapidly prepared by a neutralization reaction method with aid of ultrasonic irradiation by using Ca(OH)(2), H3PO4 and CaCO3 as the starting materials. The resulting CHA powder was characterized by TEM, XDR and FTIR. The phase, type and thermal stability of CHA were also investigated by XDR, FTIR. The results show that the B-type CHA powder synthesized was acicular nanocrystal with its diameter of 20 nm and length of 70 nm. The calcination temperature had a significant influence in the phase composition and carbonate. content of CHA. It was found that CHA could stably exist at temperature of 700 degrees C, but it was partly decomposed into HA and CaO and removed CO2 at above 1100 degrees C. Sonochernical synthesis is a rapid and effective method for synthesis of nanosized carbonated hydroxyapatite with high thermal stability.
利用聚酰胺对蒽醌通过氢键进行吸附的原理,以聚酰胺作为吸附分离树脂,首次考查了聚酰胺对蒽醌的吸附量、静态吸附动力学和等温吸附脱附性质,从吸脱附能力和快慢的比较证明聚酰胺作为蒽醌吸附剂比活性炭和硅胶优越.聚酰胺对蒽醌具有87.8%的吸附率,吸附速率常数为0.21min-1,吸附速率控制步骤为液膜扩散控制,乙醇洗脱剂具有85%以上的洗脱率.从热力学研究蒽醌在聚酰胺上的吸附行为是一个以单层吸附为主的多层吸附,并利用非线性回归计算得到吸附平衡常数:单层吸附包含了化学吸附和物理吸附,吸附平衡常数K1=1.45×105L/mol;多层吸附主要是物理吸附,吸附平衡常数K2=1.17×103L/mol.
1谷氨酰胺在肠道的物质代谢 肠道作为一个重要的物质代谢器官是最近几年才被认识的.新近的研究认为肠道是创伤应激代谢反应的一个中心器官,这主要是指肠道对葡萄糖和谷氨酰胺的代谢,特别是对谷氨酰胺的代谢.肠粘膜对谷氨酰胺的代谢主要依靠肠粘膜细胞内高浓度的谷氨酰胺酶,故谷氨酰胺是肠粘膜细胞代谢活动的重要能源之一.
目的:获取虎杖有效成分蒽醌类衍生物,对不同提取溶剂进行选择和对不同提取方法进行优化.方法:通过比较渗漉、冷浸、回流、索氏和超声提取方法对虎杖蒽醌提取速度、效率的影响,比较各种提取方法的优劣性,评价不同药材粒度、不同提取时间的提取率,并用极性梯度法考察不同极性溶剂对酸解前后虎杖蒽醌提取效率的影响.结果:渗漉和冷浸提取时间至少48 h;超声提取仅需1 h,但大于100目的药材提取液后处理困难;索氏提取效率达到药材总量的1.58%,酸解前、后分别使用70%乙醇和氯仿提取,具有最高的提取效率.结论:用70%乙醇从未经酸解的虎杖中提取蒽醌,具有最高的提取率.
