肛周脓肿(肛痈)以发病急骤、疼痛难耐、部分患者病情危重为主要特征的一类肛肠科疾患,一旦确诊临床多予手术治疗,但术后因创面疼痛、水肿、继发感染、创面延愈等问题给患者带来诸多不便.文章认真整理了近些年外治法促进肛痈术后创面愈合的研究进展,为今后肛周脓肿术后创面修复提供参考.

情节严重及其情节的性质定位在理论界存在分歧.通过对分则条文罪状中的犯罪构成要件进行归纳整理,具体到情节严重,无论是作为犯罪成立条件的情节严重,抑或是作为法定刑升格条件的情节严重,其情节只能限定于表明法益侵害程度的客观方面的情节,而非主客观综合的情节.将故意、过失等责任要素及主观恶性、人身危险性归入情节严重的判断之中,不仅混淆了法定刑、责任刑与预防刑的判断,且破坏了分则条文罪状描述的前后统一性.作为认定情节严重的事实,只能是表明法益侵害严重程度达到应受刑罚的客观违法事实.

The tideland gravel in the east of Popokou where in the northern coast of Zhifu Island is studied in this paper.The character of gravel beaches and it's changes in space were obtained by surveying and analysis in May,2004,and in May,2007.The surveys and statistic indicate that the gravel beaches in May,2005,is natural,and the constitute is integrated.There are two strip ridges in the gravel beaches.But the gravel beaches are abnormal,and not integrated in May,2007.There is some bedrock comes out on the beaches.The isoline of 38mm in grain size was gained by the statistic character of gravel beaches,the result showed that the isoline moved towards the sea with time.The change of average diameter in space is due to motivity of abnormal ocean that makes the gravel to adjust rapidly.It relates to the huge storm tide in March,2007.

Results of researches on the coastal sediments from the north coast of the Zhifu Island, Yantai revealed that existed in the slope wash layer beach sandy gravel formed in abnormal conditions. These beach sandy gravel sediments may be related to the action of violent wave and tide resulting from storm tide.
