This paper gives an introduction about the current achievements of post-supervision work in local environmental law enforcement,and points out its existing problems and puts forward the countermeasures.
The nylon bag method was adopted to make a one-year observation of the decomposition of four natural forests litter in Wuyishan Scenery District.The results showed that the weightlessness ratio of four natural forests could be ranked in a decreasing order,that is,broadleaf leaf litter(63.1%) Phyllostachys heterocycla cv.Pubescens leaf litter(60.2%) Chinese fir leaf litter(51.6%) broadleaf twig litter(45.6%) Chinese fir twig litter(39.3%) Phyllostachys pubescens twig litter(39.2%) Pinus massoniana leaf litter(36.7%) Pinus massoniana twig litter(25.3%).The order of decomposition concentration(K values) of the four forest types was broadleaf leaf litter(0.996 a-1) Phyllostachys pubescens leaf litter(0.921 a-1) Chinese fir leaf litter(0.725 a-1) broadleaf twig litter(0.608 a-1) Phyllostachys pubescens twig litter(0.499 a-1) Chinese fir twig litter(0.497 a-1) Pinus massoniana leaf litter(0.457 a-1) Pinus massoniana twig litter(0.305 a-1).The organic C concentration of 8 kinds of litters decreased gently and gradually in general,and the loss proportion of the organic C of broadleaved forest and Phyllostachys heterocycla forest was higher than that of Pinus massoniana and Cunninghamia lanceolata forest.The content of P was in a fluctuating state of enrichment,and the P returning amount of Phyllostachys heterocycla was lower than that of other natural forests.The changing tendency of N concentration differed greatly,and the leaf decomposing rate of the broadleaved forests was the highest,most of whose composition was enriched in the later period.Except the branches of broadleaved trees,K concentration of all other litters decreased monotonously with the passage of decomposing time,which falls into leaching-release mode.The study aimed to discover the ecosystem function,nutrient decomposition rule,soil fertility condition of the four kinds of sub-tropical natural forest,providing scientific basis for protection and management of natural forests in Wuyishan Scenery District.
Coarse woody debris(CWD) is an important structural and functional component of forest ecosystems and plays a key role in keeping the integrity of ecosystems.The concept of CWD and its classification system were specified,and the dynamics of the domestic and abroad study on CWD were sorted out and summarized.Besides,it was pointed out that the ecological functions of CWD had been attached great importance to by the researchers at home and abroad,especially those facets like the CWD storage,decomposition rate,nutrients storage(C and N,etc.),the process of dynamic change and its characteristics,the influence on the regeneration and succession of forest ecosystems and biodiversity protection,strong water and soil conservation functions of CWD(inhibiting water and soil loss,improving soil texture),and the function of seedling nursing relative to water and soil conservation,were presented and studied.
On the basis of ecological security theory and by using ecological footprint analysis,an applied research is carried out in Wuyishan Scenery District,which is used to measure the impact of the human activity on ecological environment and sustainable development and give quantitative evaluation.The result shows that the ecological footprint is 1.250 3 hm2 per person,ecological carrying capacity is 4.147 6 hm2 per person,and ecological occupancy rate is 0.301 5 in Wuyishan Scenery District.However,the ecological occupancy rate of grassland reaches up to 11.535 and that of waters reaches up to 5.386.The research shows that Wuyishan Scenery District is in a secure state,but the grassland and water eco-system are in the insecure state.
Growth dynamics of dominance of natural Pinus massoniana population in scenic spots of Wuyishan was detected based on the new growth model of population.Meanwhile a modified simplex technique was used to optimize the new model and the result showed that the actual maximum growth rate of the dynamics of dominance of natural P.massoniana population in scenic spots of Wuyishan was in the 6th diameter class and the breast diameter was from 20 cm to 24 cm.It would provide a theoretical basis for the protection and management of natural P.massoniana population in scenic spots of Wuyishan.
Niche characteristics of 15 major populations of natural forest in Wuyishan Scenery District were analyzed by quantitative method. The niche characteristics include niche breadth, niche proportional similarity and niche overlap. The results indicate that almost all the species investigated have narrow niche, with niche breadth (BL) of a few populations such as Pinus masoniana and Machilus chrysotricha0.54, and others BL0.4. In addition, niche proportional similarity index and Levin overlap index of all species pairs are high in sub-tropical forests.
Acid rain pollution is a worldwide problem.It not only causes large economic losing,but also results in worse living condition for animals and plants.So it has become a global attentive issue.This paper summsrizes the research advance in acid raln pollu-tion in our country,analyzes the harmful effects and the injury mechanism to garden plants on physiological,biochemical,growth as Dects and the indirect influences caused by acid rain pollution.It can provide a research preference for santen plants on acid rain poilution as well.
Based on the data collected from continuous quadral grid through sampling method, the interspecific association of main populations in arborous layer of nature forest in Wuyishan Scenery District was analyzed by means of X 2-test and some indexes including association coefficient (AC) and Jaccard index (JI) and so on. The results showed that the overall association was significantly positive correlation among fifteen main populations and the interspecific association was not obviously correlation between most of species-pairs. There was closely positive association among some species-pairs such as Phyllostachys edulis-Schima superba, Adinandra mellettii-Cyclobalanopsis pachyloma, Cyclobalanopsis pachyloma-Distylium myricoides. There was closely negative association among 27 species-pairs such as Pinus massoniana-Cunninghmia lanceolata, Pinus massoniana-Cyclobalanopsis glauca, Cunninghmia lanceolata-Phyllostachys edulis, Cunninghmia lanceolata-Castanopsis carlesii, Cunninghmia lanceolata-Schima superba, Cunninghmia lanceolata-Adinandra mellettii and so on.
Species richness,species diversity index and evenness index of six forest landscape in Wuyishan Scenery District including Pinus massoniana forest, Cunninghamia lanceolata forest,economic forest,bamboo forest,broad-leaved forest and Camellia sinensis plantation were discussed by using the sampling data. The results show that species richness is different with types of vegetation in six forest types. Species richness of shrubs is higher, whereas those of trees and herbs are lower,and the vertical structure of species richness is in the following order:shrubs>trees>herbs in most forest types. The differences of species diversity among the six forests are significant,and the order of species diversity is broad'leaved forest> Pinus massoniana forest > Cunninghamia lanceolata forest>bamboo forest> Camellia sinensis plantation>economic forest, which accords with the general law of the variety of species diversity:natural forest>half artificial forest>artificial forest. The results of species diversity of different stages in Pinus massoniana forest indicate that species diversity is increased with the succession of forest. Comparison of species diversity in the Wuyishan Scenery District with that in other areas shows that Wuyishan Scenery District is an area with a very abundant plant diversity.
This paper is aimed at presenting a quantitative analysis on the ecoenvironmental security situation at Wuyishan Scenery District based on the net primeval productivity model of natural vegetation.It has given an analysis and assessment over the eco-environmental features and capacities as well as the landscape patterns and bio-diversities of the District.As is well known,the Wuyishan Scenery District is the world-class natural and cultural heritage.Therefore, it is of historical and realistic significance to fulfill the responsibility for effective preservation and protection of the natural and humanistic resources to guarantee its eco-environmental security and sustainable development.The results of our investigation and analysis indicate the truthfulness of the following statistical data and quantitative facts:(1) Its net primeval productivity of natural vegetation is 15.609 9(T/(hm~2·a),) which implies that the District remains in a comparatively higher stable balanced state;(2) Its natural system has higher typical productive capacity of subtropical features in a range of more advanced productive grades;(3) The capacity of eco-environment of the whole year is D_y=(4 947 000) people/a,which has larger environmental capacity space favorable for the protection of the natural resources and beauties in the District and also helps to maintain the available infrastructure and facilities with lower landscape fragmentation index;(4) The overall current scenery prospects remain satisfactory with pleasant eco-environmental looks;(5) Its abundant bio-diversify of vegetation keeps well-preserved,indicating it has been under proper protection. Thus,it can be said that the overall eco-environmental safety and security of the District is under good order.However,more attention is still to be paid to the control of the interference of the busy tourist and business activities of human beings while timely allergy of the fragile sustainable nature of the flora and fauna diversity is to be kept in mind.
根据森林生态系统的特征和服务功能的内涵,采用物质量和价值量相结合的方法,运用影子价格法、机会成本法、替代花费法、收益资本化法等方法定量评价了武夷山风景名胜区森林生态系统服务功能的经济价值。结果表明:武夷山风景名胜区森林生态系统每年服务的总价值为2.02亿元,其中涵养水源价值为354.64万元,保持土壤价值为7 815.75万元,固碳吐氧价值为4 273.94万元,净化空气价值为3 120.99万元,林产品价值为3 232.10万元,森林景观与游憩价值为1 369.47万元,保护生物多样性的价值6.90万元。
