The anaerobic digestion was utilized at 35℃ to study the influence of various mixing ratios of domestic sewage(mainly food waste and human waste) with rice straw,and different organic loading rates(OLRs) of domestic sewage on biogas production from rice straw digestion and the exclusion rate of E.coli in sewage.The results showed that,with the rice straw total solid(TS) being 16%,and the ratio of rice straw over domestic sewage being 1∶ 1.72(W/W),the biogas production from rice straw TS was 377 mL/g,which was higher by 24.42% than that from rice straw alone,and by 7.71% than that from 1∶ 3.44 of rice straw over domestic sewage.With the rice straw TS being 10%,OLR increased from 0.5 g COD/(L·d) gradually to 4.0 g COD/(L·d),and the anaerobic digestion system functioned normally.Compared to the digestion from rice straw alone,this system provided a higher biogas production per volume,and offered a higher methane yield by 20%.The domestic sewage COD exclusion rate was consistent with that of rice straw digestion alone.Nevertheless,as the increase of OLR of domestic sewage,the exclusion rate of E.coli dropped from 99.4% to 86.0%,and the E.coli emitted did not reach the national permitted emission standard of 1×104/mL.
Influence of different temperature(25℃,35℃,45℃ and 55℃) on hydrolysis and acidogenesis of the mixture of kitchen waste and toilet waste were studied.The results showed that the NH+4-N concentration increased with the temperature increase after 36 h hydrolysis,and the NH+4-N was up to 1700 mg·L-1 after 96 h hydrolysis under 55℃.The hydrolysis rate and VFA content were different with temperature.The peak of VFA content were reached only after 24 h reaction at 45℃and 55℃,which were 101.7 mmol·L-1 and 78.5mmol·L-1 respectively.However,the maximum VFA content was 139.8 mmol·L-1 at 35℃ after 96 h reaction.The highest suspended solid(SS) degradation rate was 30.44% at 35℃ with no removal efficiency of fecal coliform.And the highest fecal coliform removal rate was 99% at 55℃.The above results showed that the optimal temperature for hydrolysis and acidogenesis of kitchen wastes and toilet wastes mixture was 35℃,but the post-disinfection treatment was needed..
以水稻秸秆为底物,采用批次方法,在中温条件下研究了添加不同外源无机盐以及连续舔加无机盐对秸秆产沼气的影响,结果表明,添加外源无机盐较对照提高秸秆产气量达29%,以第1批次沼液作为第2批次稻秸发酵的接种物,可以获得与使用接种物或添加无机盐相同的秸秆产气效果.
Two-phase anaerobic digestion is one of the most important techniques for organic solid waste treatment. A series of experiments were carried out to determin the effect of innoculum, PH, aeration on the performance of rice straw in two-phase digestion and the biogas production of rice straw between single-phas and two-phase digestion was compared in this paper. The results showed that compared to single-phase system, the average methane content was improved from 50% to 66% in two-phase system, while it has no significant difference on the biogas production of rice straw under the laboratory conditions of 35°C and total solids (TS) content of 8%; Coprinus comatus and anaerobic sludge inoculation could increased the rate of hydrolysis of rice straw, the hemicellulose and cellulose degradations were increased by 2.11 times and 8.92 times respectively, compared to the normal treatment; Intermittent aeration resulted in falling of biogas production, and it had no effect on phase separation; adjusting pH value to 6.0 could effectively inhibit the biogas production in the hydrolysis phase, the ratio of biogas production in hydrolysis phase was reduced from 79.52% to 18.88%, while the ratio of biogas production in methanogenic reactor was increased from 20.48% to 81.12%. The study can provide references for the technology of two-phase anaerobic digestion.
