南宁市武鸣区是农产品生产大县,物产丰富,随着人们食品安全意识的提升及农业工作者的宣传与推广,优质高产安全水稻栽培技术得到较快推广,但仍不能满足人们高质量生活需求,高产优质安全水稻生产技术仍有较大的推广空间.因此,本文分析了高产高效水稻栽培技术的必要性,以期提高水稻产量、质量和经济效益,增强农民种粮积极性.
沃柑属于柑橘类,其糖分较普通柑橘高、外观美和成熟晚,树干的生长也比较旺盛,抗寒抗旱能力强,果子成熟后期很少会出现落果的现象.沃柑最早由以色列研发,后经过不断的发展和传播后,被引入中国.沃柑一般在冬季成熟,在次年的2-3月正式上市,这与一般柑橘上市的时间发生错位,因此,这为沃柑的市场销售提供了良好的自然条件.
Results obtained in pot culture experiment indicated that the content of alkaline hydrolytic nitrogen,effective phosphorus and available potassium in maize changed with the time under different fertilization treatments,nutrient content of treatment five(mixed fertilizer) and treatment four(organic-inorganic compound fertilizer) were significantly higher than treatment two and three(organic fertil-izer) within 30 days after fertilization,the nutrient content of treatment five decreased rapidly after 30 days,but treatment four increased,the nutrient content of treatment four were much higher than other treatments at sixty days,no obvious difference was found in treatment five and other treatments.The experimental results showed that the nutrient content of treatment four was steady and higher,and was benificial to nutrient absorption of crops.
利用品种抗性是防治稻瘟病等主要水稻病虫害最经济有效的措施,同时杂交水稻优良种子的推广应用也为水稻增产作出了巨大的贡献,但近年来由于生物学混杂、机械混杂和人为利用相似的种子等严重影响了杂交稻的种子质量.目前杂交稻的种子纯度和真伪鉴定通常是在播种前到海南进行田间种植鉴定,随着分子生物学和生物技术的发展,人们开始研究和应用DNA分子标记技术进行杂交稻种子纯度和真伪鉴定,以克服海南田间种植鉴定周期长、异地鉴定费用高等缺点.
Field experiments through application microbial fertilizer and compound fertilizer to high-oil corn, were conducted to study the physiological characteristic in leaves and output character influence under the natural environment. The results showed that chlorophyll content was generally more than the one to use the compound fertilizer, and function to photosynthesis certain improved after employment microbial fertilizer. The ability to dry-down rate on leaves was also improved, the ability to bound water of leaf was increased and the ratio to free water and bound water of leaf was reduced. The content of free proline (Pro) and protein on leaves were larger than normal, the activity of peroxidase (POD) was also increased. It obviously changed the components and effectively coordinated the factors of yield of high-oil corn.
