Presently dangerous driving results in increasing traffic accidents which poses great threat to people's life and safety. Germany, Japan and the Great Britain evaluate dangerous driving behaviors to establish dangerous driving crime according to their own independent criminal norm. The rules of dangerous driving behaviors resulting in traffic accident in our country subordinate to traffic accident crime and crime of jeopardizing public security by dangerous methods. However, dangerous driving behaviors have their criminal characteristics. Our country should set up dangerous driving crime referencing to other countries' experience.
