Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of combined oral and enteric administration of Chinese herbs acting to activate blood and resolve blood-stasis and toxin in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation. Methods 115 subjects were randomized into two groups: treatment group in which 58 cases were treated with combined oral and enteric administration of Chinese herbs and control group in which 57 cases were treated simple oral administration of Chinese herbs, with a course of 45 days. Results The total effective rate was 96.56% in treatment group and 82.46% in control group, P<0.05. Conclusion Combined oral and enteric administration of Chinese herbs acting to activate blood and resolve blood-stasis and toxin is quite effective for chronic pelvic inflammation.

目的:观察益坤宁合剂治疗药物流产后出血(气虚血瘀证)的疗效。方法:将115例患者随机分成两组,对照组50例在常规药物流产后口服益母草颗粒剂,每次15g,每日2次,连服7天;试验组65例在常规药物流产后口服益坤宁合剂,每次100m1,每日2次,连服7天。结果:试验组总有效率92.31%;对照组总有效率78%,两组比较有统计学差异,P<0.05。结论:益坤宁合剂具有缩短药物流产后出血时间、减少出血量的疗效。
