目的:探讨破窗效应联合一体化护理模式在晚期肺癌患者中的应用效果.方法:选取2018年1月1日～2021年9月30日收治的94例晚期肺癌患者为研究对象,采用随机分组法分为实验组和对照组各47例,对照组采用一体化护理模式,实验组在此基础上采用破窗效应;比较两组癌性疲乏程度[采用Piper疲乏量表(PFS)]、癌性疼痛[采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]、生活质量[采用肺癌患者生存质量测定量表(FACT-L)].结果:干预后,两组PFS、VAS评分均低于干预前(P<0.01),且实验组低于对照组(P<0.01);干预后,两组FACT-L评分高于干预前(P<0.05,P<0.01),且实验组高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01).结论:破窗效应联合一体化护理模式可降低晚期肺癌患者的癌性疲乏程度、癌性疼痛,提高生活质量.
Objective:To explore the application effect of O2O model in diabetes community nursing and its impact on medication compliance.Methods:A total of 108 patients with chronic disease management from August 2017 to August 2019 in this community were randomly divided into the reference group and the experimental group, with 54 patients in each group.Patients in the reference group received traditional community nursing, while patients in the experimental group received O2O nursing. Blood glucose indexes, medication compliance and SF-36 score of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing, FBG, HbA1c and 2hPG in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the reference group, medication compliance in the experimental group (96.30%) was significantly higher than that in the reference group (74.07%), and SF-36 score in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the reference group, with statistical significance( P<0.05). Conclusions:The application of O2O model in diabetes community nursing can significantly improve patients' medication compliance, reduce their blood glucose and improve their quality of life.
目的 探讨延续性护理对糖尿病患者并发症控制的影响.方法 选取我院治疗的糖尿病患者60例,随机分为对照组和观察组各30例.对照组行常规护理,观察组行延续性护理.对比两组护理前后的空腹血糖(GLU)值、糖化血红蛋白(GHb)值;比较两组护理后并发症发生率.结果 干预前,两组患者的空腹GLU值、GHb值无明显差异(P>0.05);护理后,观察组空腹GLU值、GHb值均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 糖尿病患者应用延续性护理干预后,能有效的控制患者的空腹GLU值和糖化血红蛋白值,减少了糖尿病患者并发症的发生,其效果显著.
随着社会的快速发展,我国医疗模式逐渐成熟,人们加强了对疾病的预防意识,在社区护理教学中,微课的引入提高了教学效率,学生也能够更直接的了解到课程内容.因社区护理人员担负着维护基层百姓身体健康的责任,因此微课教学法的应用对社区医疗服务有重要意义,本文主要研究社区护理教学微课教学法的应用,并对微课教学的重要性进行探究.
骨肿瘤是临床上较为少见的恶性肿瘤，患者需接受术前化疗、手术及术后放化疗等综合性治疗，而放化疗会导致患者出现各种不良反应，影响患者身心健康，降低患者生活质量［1］。
Objective To explore nursing methods before and after operation in limb sal-vage patients who were closed to amputation.Methods The patients with limb salvage operation in our hospital in recent years were chosen.And nursing measures such as psychological nursing and pain nursing were taken and nursing results were observed.Results After nursing,the mental sta-tus of patients had improved.Besides,the patients had a good recovery and no nursing accident oc-curred.Conclusion The patients with limb salvage should focus on both body nursing and the mental nursing.It is very important for the nurses to improve nursing skills and summarize nursing experience.
