For improving teaching quality in high education and reaching the aim of teaching reform,the teaching platform for the sharing of elaborate resources of clinical biochemical laboratory course was established.This teaching platform composed with theoretical courses teaching module,experimental courses teaching module,knowledge extension module,teaching guidance module,on-line testing system and teacher-student interaction module,etc.This teaching platform achieved the aim of changing of teaching conception,updating of teaching contents,improving the educational quality of students and accomplishing the co-construction and sharing of essential education resources.
构建《临床生物化学检验》(Clinical Biochemistry)课程Web模式网络教学环境的目的是实现教学资源的网络共享与传播,是对传统教学的一种补充;可以利用网络教学平台的特点构建教学视频库、实验视频库、模拟考试、论坛、虚拟实验室、网络考试平台等等网络教学及考核方式,使学生能在传统教学基础上进一步消化吸收所学内容,也方便对教学效果的考核.利用网络教学平台学生在以后的工作中也随时可以查阅教学资源的更新,帮助解决工作中遇到的困难、帮助自我学习和提高[1].
在讨论传统临床生化检验课程教学存在问题的基础上,提出了以立体化的教材资源、网络化的精品资源共享课教学平台为支撑的教学资源和数字化战略为整体的解决方案。开展立体化教学的新设想,能适应临床生化检验快速发展的教学要求。其中,转变教育教学观念、不断更新教学内容和全面改革教学方法是开展立体化教学的基本素质要求。
As the demand of talents in the field of laboratory medicine,in order to adapt to the new situation,Jiangsu University established a four-year program laboratory medicine specialty in 2006.After five years of training practice,preliminary results were acquired.The authors summarized the practice achievements which come from the training objects of the laboratory medicine,the adjustment of curriculum system,teaching reforms,and formed the pattern of the four-year program medical laboratory with Jiangsu University's characteristics,which set a basement for the further development of four-year program medical laboratory.

The article is attempted to introduce PBL teaching in clinical biochemistry. The PBL teaching has improved some aspects of students' abilities in the self-study, accessing to information, solving the problem, teamwork and developing thinking. But in the course of PBL teaching, there are three problems: shortage of qualified teachers, teaching system and students' inability. This article puts forward the countermeasures to resolve these problems.
Considering the freedom of pad tilting and pad translation along preload orientation, an analytical complete model, as well as mathematical method, which contains 2n + 2 degrees of freedom, is presented for calculating the dynamical characteristics of tilting-pad journal bearing. Based on the motion relationship of shaft and pad, the local coordinate system, the generalized displacement, and the generalized force vector are chosen. The concise transformation of generalized displacement, generalized force, and its Jacobian matrix between the local and global coordinate systems are built up in matrix form. A fast algorithm using the Newton-Raphson method for calculating the equilibrium position of journal and pads is proposed. The eight reduced stiffness and damping coefficients can be obtained assuming that the journal and all pads are subject to harmonic vibration. Numerical results show that the reduced damping coefficients and the threshold speed can be effectively enhanced by giving suitable pad pivot stiffness and damping simultaneously, and this analytical method can be applied to analyze dynamical behavior of the tilting-pad journal bearing rotor system. The mice were divided into high(600 mg/kg),medium(400 mg/kg) and low(200 mg/kg) group and the normal control group according to the dose of chitosan and then record the mice burden swimming time after 10 days.ecord The anti-fatigue effect of Crayfish chitosan was evaluated by comparing the biochemical index such as the weight of mice,the content of serum urea,liver glycogen,muscle glycogen and lactate dehydrogenase activity.The results showed that the Crayfish chitosan could extend the swimming time of mice,inhibit the growth of mouse body weight,reduce the increment of serum urea after exercise,increase of serum lactate dehydrogenase activity,a significant increase in the reserve of muscle glycogen and glycogen element,has a good anti-fatigue physiological activity.

克氏鳌虾壳聚糖是从江苏等地区富产的克氏鳌虾外壳中提取制备的一种碱性氨基多糖,临床作用十分广泛,本文从其对机体调节脂代谢、提高抗氧化活性、增强免疫作用、调节内皮细胞和平滑肌细胞生长等方面总结了克氏鳌虾壳聚糖在抗动脉粥样硬化形成的作用机制和研究进展,为进一步研究防治动脉粥样硬化的新药提供思路具有重要意义.

Objective: Study the crayfish chitosan effect on preventing fatty liver and its mechanism.Methods: The model of experimental hyperlipidemia was established.After the crayfish chitosan intervention,the liver pathological observation was done and the liver factor,the content of cholesterol in the liver,the serum blood lipid levels and the enzymes of liver function were measured.Results: Crayfish chitosan could reduce the degree of fatty degeneration of liver cells and decrease the liver weight,the liver factor,the content of cholesterol in the liver as compared with the model group(P0.01).The serum total cholesterol,triglycerides,low density lipoprotein-cholesterol,alanine aminotransferase,aspartate transferase and alkaline phosphatase activities were also decreased and the serum levels of high density lipoprotein-cholesterol levels was increased in the hyperlipidemic rats.Conclusion: Crayfish chitosan had a better prevention to fatty liver.The mechanism may be related to its regulation to blood lipid metabolism.
探讨脐带间质干细胞与壳聚糖支架的生物相容性.分离培养脐带间质干细胞,将其种植到壳聚糖支架上,观察细胞在支架上的形态特征,并检测细胞黏附性和细胞增殖活性.脐带间质干细胞能够在壳聚糖支架上黏附生长,并保持良好的细胞形态,与对照组相比,其黏附率和细胞增殖活性均无显著性差异.脐带间质干细胞与壳聚糖支架之间具有良好的生物相容性,可应用于复合材料的制备.
The teaching model of PBL is quite effective in developing students' analyzing,learning capacity and their ability to think independently.But there have been some problems on practicing PBL in medical laboratory no matter what impersonality and personality.Based on these problems,this article considers and researches the countermeasures to resolve these problems,in order to explore the kind of PBL according to medical laboratory in our country step by step.
目的: 探讨克氏螯虾壳聚糖对人工胃酸的抑制作用,为开发新型的天然抗胃酸药提供实验依据.方法: 在人工胃酸中,分别加入不同量的壳聚糖,测定加入不同量壳聚糖前后的pH和壳聚糖的酸当量,并与对照药品进行对照实验.结果:壳聚糖对人工胃酸有明显的升高pH作用,壳聚糖浓度为0.1%~1%时,其平均酸当量为12.49mmol[H]/g,壳聚糖与小苏打的抑酸效果相近,使pH升高1.23~1.2, 优于胃舒平、硫糖铝.结论: 克氏螯虾壳聚搪可明显抑制人工胃酸,使其pH升高,这对壳聚糖进一步开发成抑酸胃药奠定了基础.
因高等医学检验专业的掘起,于1990年10月成立了全国高等学校医学检验专业临床生物化学专业组,并在安微黄山市召开了首届会议。20年来,在各届理事会的努力和兄弟院校的支持下,全国临床生物化学专业组会议暨教学会议己成功举办了11届,而且每届会仪都有重点研讨内容,主体十分突出。在课程基本要求、教学大纲、教材建设、师资培养、教学改革,以及校际协作等方面都取得了丰硕成果,对临床生物化学学科的建设与发展起到了积极地促进作用。在国内高等医学检验专业教育蓬勃发展的今天,全国临床生物化学专业组会议,必将继续发挥越来越重要的作用。
With the development of high medical education,it’s difficult to find a job for the specialty of laboratory medicine. The reasons of difficult employment were analyzed, and a series of strategies used by Jiangsu university were introduced.
Objective: To investigate the action of the Crayfish chitosan on blood lipids and atherogenesis in the experimental hyperlipidemia rats.Methods: Forty rats were randomly divided into control group,high fat model group,low dose Crayfish chitosan group,medium dose Crayfish chitosan group and high dose Crayfish chitosan group,every group had eight rats.By the ninth weekend,the serum cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-c),high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-c),MDA and superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity were determined.The aorta pathomorphism was observed.Results: Compared with the fat model group,the aortic wall thickness was decreased and foam cells reduced significantly in Crayfish chitosan group.The contents of serum TC,TG,LDL-c,MDA decreased significantly and HDL-c,SOD was increased significantly(P0.01) in Crayfish chitosan group.Conclusion: Crayfish chitosan can increase blood lipid antioxidation and reduce the atherosclerosis formation in the experimental hyperlipidemia rats.
