Using the human health risk assessment model recommended by the US EPA,to evaluate the health risk on the Pb,As,Cd,Mo pollution of Luonan Molybdenum Development Area surface water. The results shows that the non-carcinogen Pb and Mo non-carcinogen risk value are both under the maximum acceptable level recommended by the US EPA in the Molybdenum Development Area,their threat to residents could be ignored. The As and Cd carcinogen risk value are still not over the maximum acceptable level recommended by the US EPA. But the As carcinogen risk value of drinking water way is similar to the maximum acceptable level recommended by the US EPA. Thus,it is necessary to take measures to prevent the As levels in surface water continue to rise.

通过一系列试验研究褐铁矿对磷的吸附能力,结果表明Freundlich方程和Langmuir方程均能合理地描述褐铁矿在含磷水体中的等温吸附特性,Langmuir方程中表征理论饱和吸附量为0.268mg/g(质量分数).pH值对褐铁矿吸附除磷影响很大,在pH值小于5时,效果最好.温度对褐铁矿除磷影响不大.动态试验中,对于含磷水体,褐铁矿具有良好的除磷能力.褐铁矿释放的重金属元素非常低,不会对水体造成二次污染.由试验结果可知,褐铁矿处理酸性含磷水体可取得理想的效果.
Bases on evaluating the ability of sustainable development in regional ecological city construction,take Xianyang City for example,an evaluating index system was introduced.Those indexes are then made dimensionless by the way of averaging procedure and some cost indexes were handled by positive correlation process.Finally,the grey relational grade and grey relational coefficient were calculated by applying grey relational method.From the result,the different levels of ecological city sustainable development can be classified and the primary restriction can also be pointed out.The result of grey relational degree indicates that the sustainable development ability of Xianyang City is going better and better,and there are 10 indexes that have a great gap with the optimized ones.Then according to the results,the faults in Xianyang ecological city construction were pointed out and some countermeasures for realizing the goal of sustainable development drawn up.
