设计了一种棉花圆模成型装置,可以对棉花进行均匀喂棉、打捆成型、缠网及断网作业.对喂棉装置、成型装置、缠网送网装置、切网装置等关键部件进行设计与分析,以保证装置的合理性.进行传动方案设计,并对输棉传送带的速度与密实度调节辊的速度关系进行了理论推导,保证装置能正常工作.利用SolidWorks对棉花圆模成型装置进行三维建模,并对成型装置进行静力学分析,结果表明:成型装置在正常工作下的最大位移是0.006m,最大应力是6.57MPa,远低于屈服强度.对成型装置进行试验,结果表明:棉花圆模成型装置能满足各项作业要求,且工作稳定,可以为棉花圆模成型装置进一步优化设计提供理论参考.
Low-temperature plasma (LTP) is a high-energy state of the material gathered, Plasma seed processing technology is the use of high energy aggregation on treating seeds. The LTP stimulation could improve seed germination. Conveyor belt was used in vacuum low-temperature plasma seed processing equipment to transmit seeds to be treated. The thickness of the seeds on conveyor belt directly affects the uniformity of seeds processed, because too much seeds will cause that the underlying layer of seeds can't contact with plasma. Then it can lead to uneven effect of seed germination to adverse the mechanization of production. Therefore, it is important to design structure of seed distributer to ensure the seeds can be evenly distributed on the conveyor belt. Lastly, simulation analysis was carried on the seed distributer.
Because of its adaptability and other advantagesï¼disc mower has been widely applied to forage harvesting. The design of better forage harvester is the inevitable demand for the development of the livestock industry. The paper designed to build a disc mower cutting table bench. It provides a convenient to study how the parameters of each component affect forage harvest. The bench is powered by a hydraulic motor and includes a rack, drum, cutter and other parts. The tilt of disc can be adjusted and the disc and cutter can be replaced. The design depends on Catia and Adams, by means of 3D modeling, to optimize the design of its key parts. Through the simulation by Adams, the effect on the stubble height by the tilt of disc can be seen visually. The stubble height ranged between 0mm to12mm.
Lentinusedodes stipe contains a lot of dietary fiber and has the double function as the food and herb medicine. Aiming at the current problems such as low efficiency, poor quality, poorly suited to industrial production etc. during the flossing process of lentinusedodes stipe. In this paper, we developed a floss machine of lentinusedodes stipe based on the high-speed impact and floss mechanism. The machine broke the samples to small floss based on the collision and rubs between the high-speed rotating blades and lentinusedodes stipe, and made lentinusedodes stipe to the floss. The floss machine of lentinusedodes stipe mainly included rack, feed hopper device, floss cylinder, the main drive device, the floss device, and discharge device. The floss device of lentinusedodes stipe located in the flossing cylinder was mainly composed of the spindle, the blade wheels, the sleeves and the cutters. The blade wheels were installed on the spindle and separated by sleeves, the distance between each adjacent blade wheels was50 mm. Each blade wheel had 4 cutters. The floss cylinder consisted of the upper cylinder and the lower cylinder. The lower cylinder was welded to frame and the upper cylinder was a movable part, the two cylinders were connected with bolts. The floss cylinder was sealed at both ends and the upper and lower cylinder could be separated. The feed hopper device was installed on the upper cylinder and the lower cylinder had a discharge hole. The discharge device was mainly composed of fan, motor, discharge hole and centrifugal dust collector. The fan was connected to the spindle of the motor, and the air intake of the fan was connected to the discharge hole by air pipe, and the centrifugal dust collector connected discharge hole of the fan. The main drive device was composed of motor, big belt wheel, small belt wheel and V-belt. The big belt wheel was installed on the spindle of the motor, and the transmission ratio of the main drive device was 2:1. The machine could achieve continuous and industrial production of lentinusedodes stipe. In order to study effects of the different process and structure parameters on the performance of the floss machine, we chose types of the fresh and dried lentinusedodes stipe, moisture content of lentinusedodesstipe, the spindle speed, types of cutters, the distance between the end of the cutters and the floss cylinder wall as the experimental factors, and the floss content, fill power and sensory evaluation as the evaluation indexes, to conduct the floss tests of lentinusedodes stipe. The test results showed that for the floss content, the moisture content of lentinusedodes stipe, the spindle speed and the types of the fresh and dried lentinusedodes stipe had a highly significant effect (P<0.01). Other factors had a significant effect(P<0.05). For the fill power, the moisture content of lentinusedodes stipe, the types of the fresh and dried lentinusedodes stipe and the distance between the end of the cutters, and the wall of the floss cylinder had a highly significant effect(P<0.01), but the types of cutters, and the spindle speed had a significant effect (P<0.05). For the sensory evaluation, the moisture content oflentinusedodesstipe, the types of cutters, the spindle speed and the distance between the end of the cutters and the wall of the floss cylinder had a highly significant effect (P<0.01), but the types of the fresh and dried lentinusedodes stipe had an insignificant effect (P>0.05). Based on the above analysis, we conducted orthogonal experiment and comprehensively analyzed the floss content, fill power and sensory evaluation based on the comprehensive evaluation method, and determined the optimal level combination of the floss tests. The results showed that the dried lentinusedodes stipe, the moisture content of dried lentinusedodes stipe was about 50%, spindle speed was about 2 200 r/min, the type of cutter was flat cutter, the distance between the end of the cutters and floss cylinder wall was7 mm. The best test result was the average floss content was 97.1%, the average fill power was 0.079 g/cm3, and the average sensory evaluation score was 16.8.
Low-temperature plasma is a high-energy state of the material gathered. Plasma seed processing technology is the use of high energy aggregation on treating crop seeds within 20 seconds. Previous research elucidated that this technology could improve germination and seedling growth of welsh onion seeds. In this paper, the effects of different intensities of low-temperature plasma on forage maize seeds have been investigated. The vigor and rate of germination, length of root and shoot of seedlings, the green and dry weight, and the fiber root number of seedlings of the treated sample seeds were compared with those of untreated seeds. The results showed substantial changes in the vigor and rate of germination just like what we found in welsh onion seeds. Thus, the characters of seedlings change regularly with the intensity of low-temperature plasma, and the analysis indicated that 120W was the optimum treatment. Results showed that low-temperature plasma was effective in improving seedling growth, we believe it will be also effective in earlier flowering and maturity and higher yield. There is a great value of using and spreading on production.

The low temperature plasma (LTP) technology a new technology, uses for pre-sowing treatments. In this research work we used the new LTP technology equipment "low-temperature plasma modified instrument" and applied different doses in LTP technology to explore its effect on seed germination and other related characteristics on Trifolium repens crop seeds. The seed germination, germination vigor, plant fresh weight, plant dry weight, plant height and root length were significantly affected by LTP doses. The maximum seed germination (73.75%) recorded at LTP 120W treatment followed by 72% at 160W. In addition early germination was observed on same treatment, while minimum seed germination was recorded at 140 Watts LTP treatment. Maximum plant height (8.16mm) at 160W and maximum root length (74.14mm) was recorded at 180W followed by root length (73.89mm) at 160W. From our present work results, it is concluded that low temperature plasma dose 160W is an optimum dose to get high germination rate and healthy seedlings of Trifolium repens crop seeds.
The ecosystem of grassland in China is degraded now. The situation should be changed as soon as possible. It is the key to achieve sustainable development. The type of grass in this paper is leymus-chinensis L (L-C.), which is the main grass in the north of China. The design is based on a device for mechanical remediation of degraded grasslands. The device is called 9QP-830 grassland soil-gashing and root-cutting device. The rhizomes of L-C. can be cut by the cutting machine with a high rotary speed, so the permeability of the grass land can be better. Some problems were found through the field trails. The tool shaft was easily bended and cutting blades were easily broken. In this study, the optimized design was developed, which included the design and research of independent profiling mechanism and the depth controlled wheel. In the meantime, software such as CATIA and CAXA were used to aid drawing the machinery. The optimized design of this machine can improve the function and effect of root cutting.
To learn more about the mechanical restoration technology of the natural grassland , provide a reference for the following research and explore the development direction of our country natural grassland mechanization restoration tech -nologies , the foreign and domestic progress in the mechanical restoration technology of the natural grassland in recent years was summed up and analyzed .It was thought that soil and equipment are two important keys in restoring degraded grasslands , mechanical restoration technology included mechanical ripper , fertilization and reseeding , but the machinery differ ., compared with the foreign mechanical restoration technology , the restoration mechanization of grassland in our country has certain limitation , research of Special improvement tools was less , so was function relationship research be-tween the grassland soil and equipment .Study the function relationship research between the grassland soil and equip-ment based on the grassland soil , operation and restoration equipment adapt to different geography and forage species and the liquid fertilizer fertilizing machinery and aerator , will be the future directions of the natural grassland mechanical res-toration technology .

Forge seeds as an basic means of production, played a more and more important part in the development of modem animal husbandry and environmental protection. Quality conditions of forge seeds directly affect the establishment of grasslands and the production of grasses. This paper tracked and analyzed the development of Chinese forge seed industry. Analysis suggested that although the production of forge seed started late in china,but it had huge market potential.
Stimulation with a low-temperature plasma (LTP) can improve the seed germination and seed adaptability to the environment. This technology has been applied in practice, but the study level of mechanism involved is still limited. Moreover, the treatment devices in using are quite simple. The paper focuses on the modeling design and application of the LTP treatment test stand for seeds before sowing. Numerous experimental LTP treatment on crop seeds and forage grass seeds will be conducted to find out the optimal dose used in the treatment. Another advanced method of this modeling is data collecting and intelligent monitoring system designed in, therefore all key process parameters can be under control during treatment period. At the same time, the modeling design will provide technical support for large-scale manufacturing of seed treatment devices.

Seed dormancy and aging often beneift to the reduction of seed vitality. Results from previous studies showed that modern physical engineering technologies (MPET) could improve crops and Chinese medicinal herbs seeds germination and seedling growth. In this paper, the MPET treatment measures of forge seeds was described. On this basis, some counter measures were put forward to develop forage seed industry.
