目的:对牙膏不良反应监测面临的挑战进行全面的分析,并提出相应对策与建议,以期为牙膏不良反应监测体系的建设提供借鉴与参考.方法:分析我国牙膏不良反应上报工作中面临的挑战及原因.结果:我国牙膏不良反应监测面临的挑战包括:监管层面需完善管理体系建设、医疗机构层面重视不够或经验不足、生产经营层面重功效宣传轻不良反应监测、社会公众层面对不良反应的认知不足,针对上述挑战提出了对策与建议.结论:各级监管部门应强化不良反应监测理念,完善监测体系建设,鼓励公众、监测机构、牙膏生产企业、医疗机构、消费者协会、媒体等多方共同参与,保障公众口腔健康.

口腔医学领域的科技工作者是同时进行临床医疗工作和科学研究的优秀人才,是医学界的"多面手",也是沟通基础和临床研究、推动学科发展的重要力量.口腔医学科技人才,尤其是青年科技人才的成长成才之路比较复杂,需要深入研究其成长特点和发展需求,并给予全方位的系统支持.今年 8月,中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅印发《关于进一步加强青年科技人才培养和使用的若干措施》,倡导社会各界为青年人才健康全面成长提供支撑,为他们脱颖而出搭建平台,进一步为口腔医学人才持续成长提供了方案指导.为了更好地履行科技社团的社会职责,自2012年起,中华口腔医学会持续优化口腔医学领域人才培育和激励措施,依托各类科研项目,不断探索和优化口腔医学青年科技人才队伍建设模式.

目的 探讨脑卒中偏瘫患者社交回避及苦恼的影响因素.方法 2021年1—12月应用一般资料调查问卷、心理弹性量表、领悟社会支持量表、社交回避及苦恼量表对98例脑卒中偏瘫患者进行调查,脑卒中偏瘫患者社交回避及苦恼的影响因素采用多元线性回归分析.结果 本组脑卒中偏瘫患者社交回避及苦恼评分为19.72±3.78分.经多元线性回归分析可知,患者年龄、对他人依赖程度、家庭成员关系、心理弹性总评分、社会支持总评分是脑卒中偏瘫患者社交回避及苦恼的影响因素(P<0.05).结论 脑卒中偏瘫患者社交回避及苦恼受多因素影响,护士应对患者加强心理指导及社会支持,并指导家属为患者营造良好的家庭氛围,以促进患者更好地回归社会.

科技社团是国家治理体系和科技创新体系的重要主体之一,在实现科技自强自立目标中具有重要作用.中华口腔医学会通过设立科研基金项目、人才基金项目等方式促进口腔医学创新与发展.其中,西部临床科研基金项目是一个已连续设立十年,旨在积极推动西部口腔医学发展的专项科学研究项目.该文采用问卷调查、专家座谈和系统分析方法,围绕该科研项目申报立项、实施过程、结题成果展开分析,阐释科技团体设立科研项目的必要性、管理模式及其在促进学科创新发展中所发挥的重要作用.

通过科研信息管理系统对北京大学口腔医院2011—2020年的授权专利信息进行梳理,分类统计授权专利数量,专利权维持、专利转化、授权专利合作类型、第一发明人情况等数据信息.分析授权专利管理存在的问题并提出建议:通过持续完善全周期专利激励政策,加强专利管理人才培养,运用信息化系统做好专利的分类管理,探索建立医校企协同合作机制,积极促进医院专利管理工作的发展.

目的 研究院级管理科研基金项目对促进医院发展发挥的作用.方法 分析管理科研基金历年资助的项目数量,专业领域分布,项目负责人信息和项目产出情况,总结选题变化趋势与特点,并通过问卷调查与深入访谈的方式,分析评价该项目在促进医院发展中发挥的作用.结果 基金设立以来,至今共资助管理课题113项,申报204项;80％的项目负责人来自行政管理部门;课题所属专业领域广泛;课题负责人呈现高学历、年轻化特点.结论 管理科研基金项目达到了设立时的目标,已形成稳定的影响力,选题围绕医院发展中持续提升的方面,呈现出一定的规律,能够促进管理干部的成长,是促进医院发展的重要方式之一.进一步加强全过程管理、设立课题指南、完善评审机制将有利于进一步发挥管理科研课题促进医院发展的作用.

Objective:To provide reference for the cultivation of stomatologist scientists in China by comparison and learning from the development of dental scientist training funding system in the United States.Methods:The development, training funding system and evaluation system of dental scientists in the United States were analyzed through literature review, and compared with the training of dental scientists in Chinese context.Results:The training of American dental scientists started early, and the funding system covered the whole process of dental students' learning and career choice; tailored measurements were adopted to deal with challenges and difficulties during the training process. On the other hand, the training of stomatologist scientists in China started late, the methods are diverse but uneven. In this paper, it is proposed to enhance the training by strengthening the construction of the training and funding system of stomatologist scientists, encouraging the collaboration between professional societies and colleges and universities, establishing specific funds and balancing the weight of clinical and scientific research in the teaching system.Conclusions:The funding system for the training of dental scientists in the United States can be used as a reference for optimizing the training of dental scientists in China.

Objective:To analyze the basic research projects in stomatology funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China(NSFC) in the past 10 years, providing references for the development of Stomatology.Methods:This article collected information on NSFC-funded projects in Stomatology from 2010 to 2019, including title, year, project type, discipline code, funded institutions, keywords, etc., and conducted a multi-dimensional analysis.Results:In the past 10 years, NSFC funded 2 821 projects in the field of Stomatology, with funding of 1 229.44 million yuan, increasing year by year. The funding covered 116 sub-disciplines, with oral cancer and periodontal disease as the key funding areas. The funded institutions and regions were relatively concentrated. The research theme took stem cells and signaling pathways as the core, and multiple fields were gradually cross-integrated.Conclusions:NSFC′s long-term and continuous funding promoted the development of Stomatology, resulting in increasing diversity and convergence of research directions. At the same time, it is suggested that institutions develop policies based on their characteristics, NFSC provides balanced funding for different branches of disciplines, and underdeveloped areas strengthen cooperation and exchange, thereby further improving the overall research level of Stomatology.

The Beijing National Medical School Faculty of Dentistry was established in 1943. This article reviewed the files preserved in Beijing Municipal Archices and presented the early background of the establishment including the approval process, formulation of teaching plans and design of the curriculums. These historical records provide us with thought-provoking insights into the evolution of the stomatological discipline and subsequent development of various sub-disciplines, as well as the educational ideals embedded.

Objective:Through the construction of public service platform for clinical research of oral diseases, to facilitate more efficient and orderly development of clinical research and related management.Methods:The construction of clinical platform for oral diseases includes data sharing platform, scale system of various disciplines, specialized terminology system, electronic medical record access, clinical research project management system, etc.Results:The established platform can assist physicians in standardizing clinical research in their daily diagnosis and treatment work through a unified terminology scale system; simplify the data integration process through seamless connection of medical data and research data; and realize the whole process management of research through the application of clinical research project management system.Conclusions:The establishment and operation of the platform has significantly increased the inclusion of clinical research samples, promoted the efficient and orderly development of clinical research related work, and significantly improved the management of clinical research.

Objective Through the comparative analysis of the scientific research performance among different dental institutions,to understand the current situation of scientific research development at Peking University School of Stomatology,identify the advantages and disadvantages.Methods Using Scopus and Scival tools,five dental institutes at home and abroad were selected as the target institutions,parallel comparison of the research output,research influence and research development were conducted and analyzed.Results The research output of Peking University School of Stomatology and West China School of Stomatology is absolutely dominant.Peking University School of Stomatology is at a disadvantage in terms of research impact and development indicators such as Field-Weighted Citation Impact (FWCI),Outputs in Top10 ％ Citation Percentiles,Citation per Publication,and International Collaboration.In the distribution of dentistry,there is a big gap between Field-Weighted Citation Impact (FWCI) of different institutions.Conclusions The research strength of Peking University School of Stomatology is weak either in the whole or in the subdivision of dentistry,based on this,further measures and suggestions are put forward to provide reference for scientific development strategies.

Objective To discuss the management level positioning of scientific research secretary in university affiliated hospitals,also propose suggestions for the team building.Methods Discussed the characteristics and particularities of the university affiliated hospitals,analyzed management level of scientific research secretary.Based on the fact that doctors or professional technicians are commonly part-time scientific research secretaries in these hospitals,discussed the responsibilities and team building.Results The university affiliated hospitals should establish a scientific research secretary as a management level between administrative entities and researchers,to form a four-level management mode.To fulfill this,detailed suggestions on qualifications,occupational instructions,selection process,job task and position transition of scientific research secretary were discussed in this article.Conclusions The responsibility of scientific research secretaries should be positioned to assist the scientific research management departments,to extend better need-based services to all scientific researchers,with the aim of promoting scientific research management services to "implement to people" and implementing the "people-oriented" concept.

Objective By analyzing academic publications written by young doctors in a University Affiliated Hospital during 2013-2015,todescribe the characteristics and rules,and analyze the influencing factors,and to build a basis for providing better service and making effective incentive policies.Methods Materials were collected from questionnaire survey and administrative departments,SPSS software was used to analyze the relationship between factors and the numbers of academic papers.Results 214 young doctors published 486 papers in 2013-2015.Results show that people with senior titles and supervise the graduate students,as the PIs of research projects,as a research team PI,fixed time for research,belonging to mature science research team,interdisciplinary cooperation,cooperation with other units,would be able to have more publications.Conclusions Management staffs should know that research fund is important to young doctors to start and follow-up their research work;they Should help the research team to develop and mature,should help young doctors to find and integrate into the research team;ensure young doctors have fixed research time by making policy,should help young doctors to form the good habit of research;Strengthen cross disciplinary construction,help young doctors to carry out inter unit and inter professional collaboration.

Objective To discuss how to develop the standardized management of medical research contracts in order to promote the policy-making and compliance of hospital scientific contracts management.Methods Through the literature review from the perspective of classified medical research contracts management,along with the analysis of problems raised in regular daily practice,this paper explored how to effectively improve the scientific research management capacity.Results A series of measures such as updating the contract management system,standardizing the management process,improving professional training and implementing the contract archiving can improve the policy-making and compliance of hospital scientific contracts management.Conclusions Standardized hospital scientific contracts management plays significant roles in protecting the interests of both sides,as well as strengthen cooperation.

Based on domestic and international studies on Career-Life-Cycle theories,this paper analyzed the scientific research data of doctors to elucidate characters of varied steps in clinical and research practices,trying to construct Research Life-Cycle theory for doctors and provide theoretical references of talent cultivation in hospitals.

Up to March 2016 , The 35 drug clinical trial institutions in dentistry were accredited to conduct drug clinical trials and 14 items of drug clinical trials in dentistry were registered in China Food and Drug Administration ( CFDA ) .Majority of drug clinical trials were the phaseⅡand phaseⅢ.To improve drug clinical research level in dentistry , we analyzed the characteristics and concerns of drug clinical trials in dentistry based on the current situation of drug clinical trial .

There are some risk points in the management process of enterprises-funded research project,such as verification of the qualification of the client,the audit of the contract,the report of the research results,and the protection of intellectual property.This paper puts forward the management mode of the research project,which is based on the contract management,strengthen the management of enterprises-funded research project from every processes the contract develop,sign,fulfill and delivery.

Based on Career-Life-Cycle theory and practical experiences,this paper analyzed characters and varied requirements in scientific research during doctors' career development,and discussed the way and effects to construct talent cultivation mode of Research-Life-Cycle for doctors in hospitals.

It has proved to be difficult for administrators of scientific research to improve process management,especially to manage cooperative research projects accomplished by various institutions.In this paper,we took the process management of Scientific Research in Public Interest (SRI-PI) based on a Grade 3A hospital and other 19 institutions as an example,to analyze the application of PDCA cycle in projects management.It is concluded that the comprehensive quality management of research projects should follow the scientific procedure of PDCA cycle.
