The preparation of biodiesel by transesterification was systematically described. According to the different types of catalysts, four transesterification methods, such as acid catalysis, alkali catalysis, enzymatic catalysis and supercritical method, were introduced in detail. The advantages and disadvantages of these four methods are analyzed, aiming at providing reference for the research and development and application of biodiesel in transesterification.
The effects of CFI and blending ratio on the low temperature fluidity of biodiesel were discussed by adding CFI to biodiesel and blending biodiesel with 0# diesel. Blending biodiesel with 0 # diesel oil in low proportion can effectively reduce the CFPP of biodiesel. The CFPP of biodiesel blended oil increases with the increase of the proportion of biodiesel. The CFPP of blended biodiesel oil decreased first and then increased with the increase of CFI.
为了克服目前管状结构直接甲醇燃料电池(DMFC)成型困难的问题,提出了一种新型结构的膜电极组件(MEA)——V形截面MEA (V-MEA).确定了V-MEA的结构参数,V-MEA具体由阳极钛网、阳极催化剂层、Nafion膜、阴极催化剂层、阴极扩散层和阴极钛网六层组成.完成了V形截面DMFC (V-DMFC)结构的设计,V-DMFC由底座、V-MEA、密封元件、燃料舱箱体、盖板和塞子等组成.使用自己设计和加工的模具制备了V-MEA,与自己设计和加工的壳体一起组装了V-DMFC样机,并研究了其性能,以1 mol/L甲醇+0.5 mol/L硫酸作为阳极电解液,在高温通入0.1 MPa的100 mL/min氧气条件下,V-DMFC样机最高比功率达到9.50 mW/cm2.
During growth process,microalgae is more demanding for temperature,and need to keep it in suitable ranges. The photobioreactor heating system based on Siemens S7-200 PLC was designed. The control system collects the temperature signal by temperature sensor,than put the signal into the PLC. PLC operates the signal,and output signal to control the operation of heating rods,achieved the microalgae automatic temperature control in winter. Results showed that the temperature overshoot does not exceed 1.5℃,the overshoot less than 7.5%,the static error less than ±0.5℃,when the temperature setting is 30℃. So the photobioreactor heating system has high control precision,good reliability. After application of the heating system,optical density of the microalgae increased from 0.29 to 1.28,COD removal rate reached 79.3%,TN removal rate reached 65.07%,TP removal rate reached 83.03%. Therefore,photobioreactor heating system can be used to cultivate the microalgae, and the microalgae can treat the waste water efficiently,so it has good application prospects.
采用浸渍法制备了凹土负载KF/CaO复合固体碱催化剂,以XRD、SEM、EDS等手段对催化剂进行了表征,并将其用于催化废油脂与甲醇酯交换制备生物柴油,对反应条件进行了优化.结果表明:KCaF3为该复合固体碱催化剂的主要活性成分;在催化剂用量为废油脂质量的7%、醇油摩尔比9∶1、反应温度65℃的条件下,催化反应1.5h,制备的生物柴油收率可达97.3%.凹土负载KF/CaO复合固体碱重复使用5次后,相同条件下催化废油脂制备生物柴油的收率仍在80%以上.
以生物柴油混合动力汽车为研究对象,根据整车设计方案,结合汽车基本参数,着重对汽车驱动系统核心部件,如电动机、发动机/发电机组、动力电池等进行了匹配设计与计算,并对驱动系统的核心部件进行选型.所设计的驱动系统匹配方案能够很好地满足整车动力性和经济性要求,为新能源汽车的驱动系统参数匹配设计分析提供了新的思路.
毛豆是深受我国城乡居民喜爱的蔬菜,营养丰富、风味独特,以绿色鲜嫩豆粒作食用.在全国均有栽培和消费,我国南方尤其受欢迎,南通地处长三角地区,历来就有种植毛豆的习惯,面积也逐年上升,现已成一定的种植规模[1],栽培方式也由露地发展为设施,而且面积逐年增大,毛豆的开花结果受日照时数的影响,品种选择不当,栽培管理不到位,往往会造成减产,影响农民收入,因此,选择适宜的品种,采用科学的栽培技术,是实现毛豆周年供应的关键.现从品种选择、育苗、定植和病虫害防治等方面阐述了毛豆周年栽培关键技术,以期为毛豆种植户提供参考.
芹菜在南通地区的栽培面积逐年增加,选择上海市农业科学院育成的品种申香芹一号,春播露地栽培于2月中下旬至3月上旬播种,5-6月采收;夏播露地栽培于4月上旬至6月上旬播种;秋播露地栽培于8月上旬播种,11-12月采收;越冬保护地栽培于9月上旬播种,10中旬移栽于大棚,次年3-4月采收,可实现芹菜的高产稳产和周年栽培.
Six western pumpkin varieties were used as materials,the growth period,yield and disease resistance of them were investigated,and the fruit quality were determined.The results showed that,the low temperature tolerance and the low light tolerance of‘Jinxiu'were relatively strong.Furthermore,the first female flowers appeared in the section 4-5,the fruit setting was easy in the early spring temperature and low light conditions,the average setting fruit per plant reached 2or more.Compared with the control,the yield increased of 15%.The results illustrated that‘Jinxiu'was suitable for planting in the local.

以“奥运08”番茄为研究对象,以玉米秆、珍珠岩、蛭石为试材,研究了100%玉米秆、75%玉米秆+15%珍珠岩+10%蛭石、50%玉米秆+30%珍珠岩+20%蛭石、25%玉米秆+45%珍珠岩+30%蛭石4种复合基质处理对番茄生长的影响.结果表明:75%玉米秆+15%珍珠岩+10%蛭石的基质番茄植株各项生长指标均高于其它处理,产量也明显高于其它处理,因此该处理为玉米秆复合基质番茄的最佳基质配方.
As a high quality alternative of fossil diesel, biodiesel is widely concerned at domestic and abroad for its environmentally friendly and renewable. Oxidation stability is one of the important properties of biodiesel, which is also one of the quality criteria in storing and using. The oxidative mechanism and the influencing factors of Oxidation stability, oxidation stability's evaluation methods and the application of biodiesel antioxidants were reviewed. Then the direction of oxidation stability is put forward.
The chemical composition of waste oil biodiesel ( WME) was analyzed by GC -MS,and the low-temperature fluidity of WME was studied by low temperature differential scanning calorimetry and cold filter plugging point ( CFPP) tester. Three approaches for reducing CFPP of WME were investigated including crystallization fractionation, blending with -10PD and adding cold flow improvers ( Flow Fit, Flow Fit K and T818 ) . The results showed that WME was mainly composed of fatty acid methyl esters with 14-22 of even number carbon atoms, in which the contents of saturated and unsaturated fatty acid methyl esters were 31. 04% and 64. 51%, respectively. The initial crystallization precipitation tempera-ture and CFPP of WME were 1. 1℃ and 3℃, respectively. Blending with-10PD, the CFPP of B20-B30 decreased to -12℃. The CFPPs of WME, B80, B60, B40, B20, B10 and B5 added with 0. 1%of Flow Fit K decreased from 3 , -1 , -5 , -9 , -12 , -9 ,-8℃ to -1 , -4 , -10 , -17 , -24 ,-24,-26℃, respectively.
