China 's fast economic development needs a high level of geological human resources,who are currently most from geological universities or geological major.Due to some causes,geological units especially the basic geological units are short of geological human resources.This paper,based on the supply of human resources to basic geological units,studies the salary and working environment that the geological human resources are mainly concerned,concludes that the salary satisfaction plays a key role for geological graduates to select to work in a basic geological unit,but the working environment is not a big factor.This paper gives a suggestion improving the supply of human resources to basic geological units,including increasing salary,project management and setting up institutes in medium-big cities.

China's geoparks construction has attained big achievements,but with issues in planning,application management,and marketing.This paper analyzes the issues,and presents some approaches in united planning,management and brand marketing so as to ensure a sustainable development in geoparks construction.

In the light of Relationship Marketing and Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, this paper analyzes the feasibility of introducing Relationship Marketing and Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs into the Work-study. And then, the paper discusses the main problems of college poor students' work-study and points out some possible reasons. In the end, the paper elaborates the inspiration of applying the two theories into college poor students' work-study. The authors hope that this thesis can provide some new ways and promote innovation and creation to work-study in colleges.
