BackgroundCordyceps sinensis is widely used in Traditional Chinese Medicine and dietary supplements to tonify the kidney, lung, and heart, as well as to calm the mind. The fermentation broth of Cordyceps sinensis (FBCS), containing cordycepin, has shown potential in various healthcare applications.MethodsNinety patients with primary insomnia were divided into two groups: the FBCS group (n = 45) and the control group (n = 45). The FBCS group received Cordyceps fermentation liquid drink (150 ml/day), while the control group received a placebo (150 ml/day). Both groups were supported by Digital Health Tools (DHT) for medication supervision. Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) scores were assessed and collected through the DHT application at the initial baseline period, 14, and 28 days after treatment.ResultsSignificant main effects of time and time × group interaction on the PSQI total score and all subcomponents. Significant group effects were also observed for most subcomponents, except for Sleep Disturbances and Daytime Function, indicating greater improvements in the FBCS group over time. After 14 and 28 days of FBCS consumption, the treatment group demonstrated greater reductions in PSQI total scores compared to the control group. Subcomponent analysis revealed greater improvements in the FBCS group compared to the control group at both time points. Specifically, Sleep Quality scores decreased by −0.89 vs. −0.50 at Day 14 and −1.32 vs. −0.45 at Day 28. Sleep Onset Latency improved by −0.75 vs. −0.20 at Day 14 and −1.32 vs. −0.27 at Day 28. Sleep Duration scores decreased by −0.86 vs. −0.20 at Day 14 and −1.20 vs. −0.23 at Day 28. Sleep Efficiency showed a decline of −0.82 vs. +0.23 at Day 14 and −1.11 vs. +0.30 at Day 28. For Sleep Disturbances, the FBCS group improved by −0.41 vs. −0.05 at Day 14 and −0.55 vs. +0.14 at Day 28. Lastly, Daytime Function scores decreased by −0.73 vs. −0.07 at Day 14 and −0.95 vs. −0.18 at Day 28.ConclusionThe FBCS demonstrated significant effectiveness in improving overall sleep outcomes among patients with primary insomnia. The Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China (referred to as the Ministry of Education) has issued a series of training plans for outstanding engineers in new engineering disciplines, emphasizing accelerating the digital transformation of education and promoting the cultivation of interdisciplinary talents. The teaching purpose of medical-engineering integration professional courses is to cultivate new engineering talents with interdisciplinary backgrounds in medicine and engineering technology. This article aims to cultivate the comprehensive engineering practical ability of new medical information engineering talents to explore a new model based on the deep integration of Massive, Open, Online, and Course, and Conceive, Design, Implement, and Operate engineering talent training. This model integrates a variety of teaching methods, such as flipped classroom and project teaching, which is more conducive to achieving the talent training goals of cultivating innovative thinking, interdisciplinary thinking, analysis and problem-solving abilities, and teamwork skills. This study uses the "Introduction to Digital Healthcare" course as an example to carry out the teaching practice of the new model, showing the practicability and effectiveness of this teaching model in cultivating the comprehensive practical literacy of new engineering talents. In summary, the new model proposed in this article can provide a reference for the teaching of medical information engineering professional courses and also provide a new model of thinking for the teaching of medical-engineering integration professional courses.
Objective This study proposes to visually review the current situation and progress of stand-ards sets by the International Organization for Standardization/Technical Committee on Tra-ditional Chinese Medicine (ISO/TC 249). The review aims to explore the development strategies of the standards, which will exhibit the considerable impact on the economy, trade and exchanges, and cooperation in the area of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). Methods ISO/TC 249 standards were searched on the ISO website, and their title, proposed time, current stage, scope, and classification were obtained for further summarization. Gephi was utilized to portray the co-occurrence network graph of the ISO/TC 249 standards subject. Results In ISO/TC 249, there were 116 standards, including 81 published standards and 35 developing standards by April 30, 2022. Two withdrawal standards were published after revi-sion, which were not counted in the total standards. The number of published standards has been increasing since the first standard was published in 2014, whose title was "Sterile acu-puncture needles for single use". Among these standards, 17.24% (20/116) standards were in review, 56.03% (65/116) in publication, 3.45% (4/116) in approval, 5.17% (6/116) in enquiry, 3.45% (4/116) in committee, and 14.66% (17/116) in preparation, respectively. With 116 standards, most of the research focused on the medicament, as its classification of the Inter-national Classification for Standards (ICS) showed the proportion reaching 49.54%. The net-work analysis data revealed that the top five most frequent words were "materials" "root" "re-quirements" "products" and "system", after removing the noise data, such as prepositions, conjunctions, and pronouns. Additionally, the word "system" co-exists with the terms "com-puterized" "coding" "image" "tongue" and "analysis"; the word "requirement" co-exists with"manufacturing" "decoction" "process" and "materials"; whereas the word "devices" co-exists with "pulse" "electric" "skin" and "measurement". Conclusion With the increased diversification and complexity of problems, the development of standards is also oriented to multidisciplinary fields to cultivate the interdisciplinary tal-ents, and especially the international standardization talents of compound TCM. Multi-angle analysis, formulation, and demonstration of standards, in line with industry needs in differ-ent disciplines, enhance the availability of standards and the ability to serve the industry.
目的 归纳梳理中药溯源领域的研究现状和热点,分析发展趋势.方法 检索知网,万方,维普等中文文献数据库中2003年-2020年7月与中药溯源相关的文献并进行整理和归纳.使用CiteSpace 5.5 R2进行文献关键词,作者,机构的共现分析,获取对应知识图谱.结果 整理后共收集到196篇文献,通过分析,有三个团队在中药溯源领域内有稳定合作关系;机构之间合作较少且存在地域性,研究成果存在断档;热点关键词为质量追溯,物联网,区块链,二维码等.结论 中药溯源领域现处于稳定起步阶段,发文数量逐年趋于稳定,中药溯源系统与区块链,物联网,DNA条形码技术的融合,质量追溯体系的构建是相关研究的热点.NB-IoT,EPC编码等物联网技术在中药溯源系统中的运用未来将会受到更多学者关注.
60年间,中医药信息化成果日渐丰富,已成为中医药产业发展的新动力,但缺少工程技术环节的应用支撑.文章对中医药信息化研究进展、亟待解决问题、前景进行总结,为中医药信息化工程发展提供帮助.通过文献查阅总结了中医药信息化工程技术领域的现状和发展趋势,结合已有成果归纳出中医药数字化工程技术领域亟待解决的问题,并对中医药工程技术研究的前景进行了展望.中医药信息化工程技术的研究预期将对新医改、居民和社区大健康、“一带一路”的发展产生积极的社会效益.中医数字化工程技术的发展才能促进新技术成果的应用,为该领域占取产业发展先机.
目的采用网络药理学方法从"湿邪"角度探讨中医药治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)的作用机制。方法用Cytoscape软件构建《新型冠状病毒肺炎诊疗方案(试行第七版)》中治疗COVID-19轻型和普通型阶段4个方剂寒湿郁肺方、湿热蕴肺方、寒湿阻肺方、湿毒郁肺方的"方剂-中药"网络;利用TCMSP数据库预测筛选相关中药的有效活性成分并分别整理出每个方剂的成分;借助Omic Share平台绘制4个方剂成分的韦恩图;在Swiss Target Prediction平台预测各方剂共有成分的靶点,并在GeneCards数据库获取COVID-19相关靶点,将二者绘制为韦恩图,筛选出共有靶点;用STRING平台分析共有靶点和血管紧张素转化酶II(ACE2)的蛋白-蛋白相互作用(PPI)网络;用DAVID数据库对共有靶点进行KEGG通路和GO富集分析,以及所有预测靶点与HIV病毒蛋白的相互作用分析;通过OmicShare平台和Cytoscape软件对结果进行可视化处理。结果筛选出4个方剂的22个共有成分,预测到的268个靶点中有31个与COVID-19相关,其中3个靶点与ACE2有直接的相互作用,有129个靶点与4个HIV蛋白存在相互作用,通过KEGG通路和GO富集分析,分别筛选出87条通路和141条条目。结论确定了治疗COVID-194个方剂的共有成分与湿邪的联系;推断中医药从"湿邪"治疗COVID-19的作用机制可能包括抗病毒、抗炎症、调控免疫系统、负向调节宿主细胞凋亡、消血栓、修复肺部损伤等;2-羟基异氧丙基-3-羟基-7-异戊烯-2,3-二氢苯并呋喃-5-羧酸具有较大的潜在抗疫活性。
目的:探索中医师类似于近代控制论“黑箱原理”的辨证论治、选法定方的思维过程.方法:采用一种学习深层非线性网络结构,利用挖掘出的信息建立的数据仓库、训练模型,确定新型算法中更为高效的网络权重.结果:设计出了“证候”到治法“方剂”的具有复杂线性关系与大数据等特点的新型算法,实现“证候”到治法“方剂”的相对准确对应.结论:新型算法的研究有望在现有条件下取得93%以上的选法定方准确率,达到临床和科研对计算机外脑论治的要求,来实现“证候”到“方剂”的准确对应,为中医客观化探索一种新的数据分析和研究方法,以规范中医论治过程.
目的:探讨大数据技术在中药饮片外观性状与内在成分数据结合分析("内外结合")中的应用.方法:总结现有中药饮片鉴别中外观性状与内在成分检测技术的不足,就中药饮片"内外结合"大数据库的研究现状与应用前景进行综述.结果与结论:现有的智能感观技术存在数据不完整、不准确和对多维数据缺乏整合的不足,内在成分检测方法也存在诸多不足.大数据分析流程包括前期数据采集、数据预处理、数据分析与处理、数据可视化处理以及数据应用几个阶段.收集中药饮片形、色、气、味外在性状与内在成分数据以及文献知识库信息,构建中药饮片"内外结合"大数据库,再根据大数据处理流程与算法,可实现人工智能辅助中药饮片真伪优劣鉴别,实现对中药产地的辨别区分,挖掘影响中药饮片质量的因素,为其质量控制提供规范化标准.大数据技术的应用能准确、高效地处理中药饮片"内外"多维数据,可为传统中药行业研究提供新思路,为中药饮片客观化发展提供新动力.
区块链是一串通过使用与密码学方法相关联产生的数据块,其技术的核心优势是去中心化.目前,区块链技术因其独特的优势在各行各业掀起了热潮,受到社会各行业尤其是互联网金融行业的高度关注,被认为是最有潜力触发第五次人类社会颠覆性变革浪潮的核心技术.基于区块链、云、大数据、物联网的中药溯源平台构建,是区块链技术与新一代信息技术结合在中药领域应用的尝试,有望重建中药行业诚信生态,实现中药材"从种植到消费"全过程的追踪和监管,保证中药质量和安全,促进中药行业健康发展.本文从区块链技术的概念和特征出发,阐述了其在各行各业的应用进展,并结合中药溯源系统的开发实践,初步探索区块链在中药行业的应用前景,以期为后续的相关研究提供参考.
中药质量和安全直接影响着整个中医药行业的发展,现代中药在使用过程中如何保证中药质量与疗效是一个历史性难题,建立与完善中药质量追溯体系将对中药质量的提高发挥着决定性作用.中药饮片生产质量溯源系统作为中药质量追溯体系的重要组成部分,克服现有技术中无法实现中药饮片生产加工全流程信息可追溯、可监控及可查询的不足,采用物联网等技术,通过对中药饮片生产加工环节重要信息的记录、查询及溯源,实现中药饮片生产加工全流程的追踪和监管,真正实现中药饮片来源可溯、去向可追、责任可究.
Inflammation is one of the important risk factors of rheumatic diseases. Aconiti Radix is widely used for the treatment of rheumatism, which has significant anti-inflammatory effects. However, its anti-inflammatory mechanism on molecular level is still not clear. The purpose of this study is to illuminate the anti-inflammatory mechanism of Aconiti Radix based on the protein interaction network (PIN) analysis on molecular network level. The main anti-inflammatory components (aconitine, hypaconitine and mesaconitine) were chosen in this study to obtain the targets of the components and protein-protein information though databases retrieval and construct the PIN of Aconiti Radix. By a graph theoretic clustering algorithm molecular complex detection(MCODE), 13 modules were identified and analyzed by gene ontology(GO) enrichment. The results showed that the anti-inflammatory mechanism of Aconiti Radix was mainly associated with prostanoid metabolic process and leukocyte chemotaxis mediated by chemokines. In this study, the anti-inflammatory mechanism of Aconiti Radix was elucidated systematically from molecular network level, which provided the scientific basis for the treatment of rheumatic diseases.
