为解决垃圾分类困难问题,根据大量垃圾图片的特点,提出了基于yolov4的垃圾检测的方法,实现垃圾的自动识别分类和定位.该方法通过手机拍摄以及百度等收集不同种类的垃圾图像集,运用图像增强的方式进行图像预处理,再利用迁移学习模型和k-means++聚类算法进行垃圾网络分类模型的训练测试,最后将训练好的模型通过摄像头对采集的垃圾图片实时识别分类和定位.实验表明:该方法的mAP达到95.15%,能够快速有效地对垃圾分类和定位.

基于Unity3D研制了一种由地面控制终端、机器人本体和三维仿真系统3部分组成的水下机器人半实物仿真系统,为水下机器人开发过程中的性能测试、控制算法分析和人员操作培训提供了仿真和测试平台.该系统采用同一地面控制终端作为三维仿真系统和机器人控制系统的统一指令输入源,以实现虚拟对象和机器人本体的同步工作,可对系统进行实时监测、调参.采用多目视觉技术对机器人位置采集,对传带感器数据进行卡尔曼滤波处理.机器人运动仿真试验结果表明,机器人实际运动路径和仿真规划路径基本相同,该系统动态响应性和控制系统同步性较好.
The thruster is the power unit of the underwater robot, and the propeller is an important part of the underwater thruster. In order to design a set of high-performance propellers, the theoretical design of the magnetically coupled propellers was first conducted based on the graph method. The structural parameters of the propellers were initially determined, and the preliminary design of the propellers was completed. The simulation calculation and analysis on the propeller were conducted using Fluent based on hydromechanics. The analysis results show that the selection of the pitch ratio is influenced by the advance coefficients and the propeller thrust coefficient. Under the premise of ensuring that the propeller thrust coefficient meets the requirements, lower advance coefficients leads to a smaller pitch ratio. Disk ratio has no effects on the thrust on the blade surface, resulting in very close of propeller efficiencies. Under high advance coefficients, the thrust provided by the unit blade surface is equal. The propeller with a larger disk ratio can absorb more main engine power and be more efficient. Smaller gap between the outer edge of the propeller and the inner diameter of the guide pipe leads to larger propeller coefficient, and the guide pipe propeller’s efficiency will be the highest. The guide pipe propeller thrust coefficient fluctuates slightly under certain advance coefficients with the change of the shrinkage coefficient. The shrinkage factor should not be too large. If the load is large, a smaller expansion coefficient is preferred. If the load is small, a larger expansion coefficient is better. The study results could provide references for the further optimization design of the underwater robot propeller.
To address the problem of poor operation capability of heading flow and difficult motion control of mini-type ROVs in shallow water environment at offshore platform, the mini-type Elf ROV was researched and developed for shallow-water based on Arduino. The control system architecture was designed taking Arduino mega 2560 as the core controller. The small-volume high-thrust propellers were used to improve the ROV operation capability of heading flow. Taking Arduino as the core, the upper layer instruction system and the bottom layer motion system were set up, and the upper and lower system communication was established through serial communication. The mechanical structure of ROV for shallow water was designed, and the dynamic model of the Elf ROV was established. The PID was used to perform the heading motion control. The system simulation was also performed. The system joint debugging and pool test results showed the design of the shallow water ROV control system with the Arduino as the core is feasible. The actual effect of thrust vector composition was also verified. The development of this ROV could provide references for the development of other tiny portable robots, especially mini-type ROVs.

Web service is an emerging distributed computation mode and provides Internet-based software service unrelated to development environment. Such service-oriented calculation mode follows certain architecture, adapts Web environment openness and lays technological base for Web information and application procedure integration. But, existing Web service lacks obvious semantics. Web services cannot well understand information mutually conveyed, hinder service communication and interaction and cannot fulfill automatic service combination. From the perspective of service discovery, keyword-based grammar service discovery cannot ensure accuracy, lack semantic information support and cannot achieve secondary selection from given service candidate set. The key cause of the above problems is that there is lack of sharable semantic platform oriented to Web service. Thus, sharable semantic interpretation of Web service interface and execution process cannot be fulfilled. The setup of semantic platform contributes to improving service discovery quality and laying a foundation for automatic service combination. In allusion to these practical application demands, research status and existing problems, this paper mainly focuses on Web service semantic platform setup to propose Multi-technologies Supported Service-Oriented Architecture (MTSSOA). This architecture regards ontology as the core and take Web service process attribute description and Semantic coordination as assistive technology.

After thorough exploration of the replica management component in globus toolkit4,a replica location prototype based on hiberarchy full-index is designed.A system framework,replica location principle,soft-state update and replica location algorithm are proposed,and the replica location prototype is implemented.By means of deployment and running the prototype system,the algorithm is verified.The result shows that this prototype system is able to achieve replica location and create replicas safely and efficiently.
