当前社会发展瞬息万变,园林单位势必要顺应时代变化,加快构建可持续发展的高层次人才队伍,合理优化人才结构,加强人才管理制度建设,搭建良好发展平台,吸引更多的人才加入城市园林建设。文章通过分析衡水市园林单位人才队伍建设中存在的主要问题提出并提出建议。
为掌握茶叶主产区主推品种在代表性土壤上氮、磷、钾不同用量的肥效,2018年在东至县茶树原种场开展了茶叶"2+X"氮元素肥效试验.结果表明,茶叶生产最佳氮肥用量为1073kg/hm2,最高产量为29040kg/hm2(鲜叶).
[Objective] To study effects on reduced base application of potash fertilizer of middle-season rice in wheat straw returning, in order to provide scientific basis for reducing potash fertilizer application of middle-season rice.[Method] The largest reduced application of potash used as basal fertilizer of middle-season rice was studied in the case of wheat straw completely returning.[Result] In the case of wheat straw returning and base application of potash fertilizer reduced by 20%⑤,the yield of middle-season rice,potassium absorptive amount,potassium utilization rate of potassium and potash fertilizer were the highest.The rice yield and potassium absorptive amount were 9 806.5,265.0 kg/hm2 respectively,which were 388.7 kg/hm2 (4.1%) and 45.5 kg/hm2 (20.7%) higher than the treatment of complete application of potash fertilizer ②.And the potassium utilization rate of potassium and potash fertilizer were respectively 53.2% and 60.3%,which were 15.8% and 22.9% higher than the treatment of complete application of potash fertilizer ②.The largest reduced application of potash fertilizer was 21.7% of total application of potash fertilizer,which was 35.8 kg/hm2 by quadratic fitting.[Conclusion] Reasonable reduced application of potash fertilizer of middle-season rice had certain effect to increase rice yield in the case of wheat straw completely returning,and the nutrient releasing of wheat straw can partly reduce the application of potash fertilizer in different degree,greatly increase potassium absorptive amount,potassium utilization rate of potassium and potash fertilizer.
The paper took two controlled -release fertilizers “Si Erte card”and “Hongsifang”through fertilizing meth-od raised by Cotton Research Institute of Anhui Academy of Agricultural Sciences and departments of soil fertilizer in Dongzhi county in order to study the agronomic traits,yield traits and economic benefit and so other effects.The results showed that:treatment 1 (total amount of fertilizer was N 360 kg?hm2 ,P2 O5 90 kg?hm2 ,K2 O 225kg?hm2 )increased of 0.86% than treat-ment 3 (conventional fertilization,CK),and increase of 2061 .5 yuan?hm2 (saving 610.5 yuan ?hm2 in fertilizer investment, reducing 1200yuan?hm2 in labor costs),saving cost and increasing efficiency obviously,It was suitable for the application in the local.
为了建立安徽沿江棉区机采棉种植模式,采用正交设计3套3因素3水平田间试验,研究了安徽沿江棉区机采棉优化栽培技术.结果表明,对安徽沿江棉区机采棉产量影响显著的栽培因子有品种、播期和种植密度等,DPC、N和去蕾措施等3个栽培因子对机采棉产量有不同程度的影响.综合考虑,将安徽沿江棉区机采棉栽培技术优化为:品种选用‘中棉所50’、‘机收50’等早熟品种,于5月下旬直播,播种密度为10.50万株hm2~11.25万株/hm2,N用量为180 kg/hm2左右,DPC用量为180~270 g/hm2,施肥和化控的具体方法要结合地力、长势、天气等因素综合考虑,条件允许时可以适当去除早蕾或晚蕾以促使机采棉成铃更为集中.
该项研究以安徽省沿江棉区的棉花为研究对象,采用“大配方、小调整”策略,研究区域大配方、小调整和缓释配方的应用效果,为棉花简化、节本、高效施肥提供依据。结果表明,从产量上来比较,望江县以大配方处理最优,略优于小调整,东至县则以小调整优于大配方;从效益上分析,棉花专用配方缓控释肥处理最高,小调整次之,随后是大配方处理。因此,大配方小调整更高产,棉花专用配方缓控释肥更高效。
根据安徽省东至县测土配方施肥项目工作安排与土壤肥力水平情况,在棉花主产区大渡口镇的缺氮高磷中钾棉田进行了"3414"14个处理不设重复的肥料试验。结果表明:在东至县缺氮高磷中钾棉田获得最佳皮棉产量1645.5 kg/hm2的优化施肥方案是N为350.70 kg/hm2、P2O5为30.00 kg/hm2、K2O为180.00 kg/hm2。通过试验确定了项目区主要土壤类型与主推作物品种的各个施肥单元和氮磷钾施肥配比,为东至县棉花测土配方施肥提供科学依据。
为确定项目区各个施肥单元、主推油菜品种最佳的氮、磷、钾施肥比例,进行油菜配方施肥技术试验,结果表明:油菜产量大于2 775 kg/hm2的优化施肥方案为纯N 165.00 kg/hm2、P2O5 38.85 kg/hm2、K2O 61.95 kg/hm2.
The investigation showed that the amount of cotton varieties in each county was large,and the varieties examined and approved by National Crop Variety Approval Committee or Crop Variety Approval Committee of Hubei province accounted for a larger market share.Compared with 2011,the cost of hybrid cotton seed has increased by 156.16 yuan/ ha.,with the average retail price of 239.69 yuan/ kg.Most of cotton varieties on the market were hybrid and it's types was comparatively single.

针对转Bt基因抗虫棉在各棉区广泛种植的现状,分析了转外源基因棉花在生产应用上存在抗除草剂棉花可能成为杂草、基因漂移威胁棉花近缘物种、转基因棉加速害虫的抗性进化、对非靶标有益生物的影响、转基因棉花对土壤生态环境的影响等风险,提出培育种植转多基因棉花、调控外源基因表达、设置棉花害虫"庇护所"、轮换种植不同类型的转基因棉品种、建立转基因棉花害虫综合治理技术体系等转Bt基因抗虫棉的安全控制措施.
棉花专用配方缓控释肥是一种节本、高效、环境友好型肥料,使用了缓释技术,肥料养分释放有序有节,基本做到了与棉花生长所需同步,使用简便,节省用工。田间小区试验和示范表明,用1 500kg/hm2作基肥一次性施用,中后期(盛花期)追施少量速效氮肥,即可满足棉花一生的养分需求,能够提高产量,减少用工,其总体经济效益比常规施肥方法增加22.2%;对有机质含量偏低的土壤,采用1次基肥(加有机肥)加1次追肥的施肥方案,能够持续改善土壤供肥保肥能力。
2007年长江流域棉花枯萎病发病早、发病重.在6月初开始零星发现.6月中下旬,各地严重发生,发病株率在5%~75%不等,少数发病重的棉田死苗率达50%以上.表现特点为老病地、早发棉发病重;露地棉比地膜棉发病重;常年单施化肥的地块比常施有机肥的地块发病重.不同品种间发病程度有些差异.2007年枯萎病以黄化型为主,表现为叶片黄化、皱缩、枯萎,伴有茎芯维管束发褐、发黑,部分棉花还混有茎枯病、角斑病、黑根病等病害.
安徽省东至县是优质棉基地县,常年棉花种植面积1.2万hm2,一般为棉(麦)油两熟制,棉花施肥量普遍较大,在取得高产的同时,也增加了成本投入.为了充分发挥施肥的增产效应,需要寻求最佳施肥方案.本试验采用"3414"肥料效应试验设计方案进行田间试验,旨在通过试验,确定本地区棉花的最佳氮、磷、钾肥施用量及最佳配比,为棉花配方施肥提供科学依据.
