The effects of continuous cropping obstacles on the characteristics of two new cowpea [V igna unguiculata (Linn.) Walp] varieties Ejiangdou No.5 and Ejiangdou No.8 were analyzed. The experimental results showed that continuous cropping obstacles could cause small leaves, light pods, short pods, thin pods, premature failure, and serious pests and diseases, which could directly lead to a significant reduction in the output of the early stage and total output. The continuous cropping of leguminous crops should be avoided, and paddy-upland rotation and different families rotation shall be carried out.
The seed choice, field management, pest control of Xiangyang red garlic and other measures of solving the prob-lems appearing in the cultivation were introduced, which would privide technical support for the development of the red garlic industry in Xiangyang city.
为筛选出适宜襄阳地区种植的甜玉米新品种,2017年我们以粤甜16为对照,引进了12个甜玉米新品种开展了品种比较试验.试验结果表明,金华13号在农艺性状、品质、产量、抗性等方面表现均优于对照,可在进一步熟悉品种性状的前提下加大示范种植面积,博宝和NKT1701建议继续开展观察试验.
以玉米新品种襄玉1317为材料,采用4个种植密度,对其产量和主要农艺性状的影响进行了研究,结果表明:①不同种植密度对产量性状影响显著,密度间F值达极显著水平;②株高、穗位高随着种植密度的增加而逐渐增加,行粒数、穗长和穗粗随着种植密度的增加逐渐减少,秃尖长、空秆率、倒伏、倒折随着密度增加呈上升趋势,穗行数和千粒重则随着种植密度的增加有所降低;③M2是最适宜种植密度.
V igna unguiculata (L.) Walp. cv. E-Jiangdou 13 is a new early-maturing cowpea variety,hybridized through systemic selection,with ealy-maturing strain V. unguiculata cv. Cuiguan 101 as its female parent and medium-maturing V. unguiculata cv. E-Jiangdou No.8 as its male parent. Cowpea pods grow on the main stems with the average length of 60.26 cm, while the first inflorescences grow from 2 to 4 section. It is about 58 days from Spring sowing to first collection and about 45 days from Autumn sowing. Compared with the contrasted cowpea variety,the yield is 2246.46 kg/667 m2,with an increase of 21.29% which is 394.27 kg/667 m2.
Potato variety Zhongshu 5 was used to study the effect of planting density on yield traits nuder reasonable planting conditions. Results showed that ideal planting density for Zhongshu 5 was 82 500~90 000 plants/hm2 under moderate fertility. Planting density had significant effect on yield.
针对鄂北棉区棉花生产中异常气候影响较大的现状,结合作者多年生产实践经验,提出了选好品种、在适宜播期内偏晚播种、轮作换茬、合理密植、科学施肥、加强农田基本建设、科学调控、及时防治病虫害等抗逆高产栽培技术。
Severn introduced cotton sterile lines were used to identify their fertility stability through self-crossing.Two experiments were carried out.One was carried out since July 8.Four elite inbred lines were used as maintainer lines to hybrid with seven CMS in the lower branch buds respectively with 3 replications.The other was that within 15~20 d,all the upper branch buds of seven male sterile lines were completely self-crossed.The results indicated that for the completely self-crossed upper branch bud,the fertile plant rate,boll rate and sterility were 0.00%,0.00% and 100.00% for male sterile line 10G0021;and 4.35%~10.29%,0.81%~2.67% and 97.33%~99.19% for the other 6 lines.To ensure the purity of male sterile lines,only the hybrid bolls from the lower brunch buds,which were completely self-sterile,could be picked up.It was also indicated that the male sterile lines introduced were not influenced by environmental factors.The method for identifying male sterile line was also described.

扬两优6号是江苏里下河农科所用广占63-4S与扬稻6号杂交选育而成的两系超级中稻组合。2007年以来,在湖北省中稻区试中作为对照品种,通过区域试验对扬两优6号的特性和高产栽培技术进行了研究。结果表明:扬两优6号具有高产优质、多抗、适应性和稳定性较强的特点,有较好的推广应用价值。
Fifty-five rice sheath blight samples were collected in rice from five distinctive ecological regions of Sichuan province. The 55 representative samples were isolated and purified,and field pathogenicity identification were analyzed. Pathogenicity identification analysis indicated that the pathogenicity among the strains were significantly different. Different pathogenic fungi and different resistance rice race had the pathogenicity significant different from the 55 counties.The results showed that we would find rice sheath blight and pathogenicity distribution characteristics,in order to control the rice sheath blight epidemic and reduce the infection to rice or maize. Finally, it would provide reference to select the high resistance to rice sheath blight breeding samples and gene resoures.
