医院是公共建筑中能耗较高的一类建筑,用能水平是一般大型公共建筑的1.6~2.0倍.本文通过分析阜外医院能耗监管平台的使用现状,并结合阜外医院的用能特点,提出了基于能耗监管平台的日常管理、月常管理办法,并介绍了阜外医院基于能耗监管平台的节能工作案例的开展,总结了该方面的经验.本文可为医院节能工作的开展提供参考.
Objective:To study on medical process and building craft scheme of central sterile supply department (CSSD) that suits cardiovascular disease. Methods:Through analyzed position of CSSD in whole medically technological process of hospital, the actual usage quantities of auxiliary material and apparatus of CSSD in former years were quantitatively researched. The actual requirements of operation room, intervention center, recovery room of post operation and other departments were explored. And then the standard of sterile supply management was combined to analyze and quantify the medical process of whole sterile supply center. The difficult problems of mechanical and electrical installation in construction of sterile supply center were analyzed and resolved according to the requirements of equipment for electric, quality of water and industry standards.Results: This paper systematically put forward some construction schemes about the planning and site selection, the scale of construction, the design of process and the layout of the plane and so on of the sterile supply center, which has characteristics of diagnosis and treatment of angiocarpy.Conclusion: The designs of medical process and building craft of sterile supply center that based on characteristics of diagnosis and treatment of angiocarpy are basic conditions of standardization, modernization, scientization and specialized management for constructing sterile supply center. The designs also are a important guarantee for reducing nosocomial infection and enhancing medical quality of hospital.

This paper expounded the tasks and precautions during lifecycle management of large radiation diagnosis and treatment equipment from four stages, including the room construction stage, equipment installation and commissioning stage, the daily use stage and the disposal stage. As a result, the radiation environment was improved and the radiation damage was prevented and reduced, which protected the health of the radiation workers and patients.
This paper took the practice of beneift analysis of cardio-angiography equipment as an example to introduce the basic method, content and steps of valuable medical equipment in detail. In particular, this paper used the theories and methods related to intangible assets valuation such as the intellectual property and industrial property to explore the contribution of technology to medical equipment earnings, which expanded the content and methods of valuable medical equipment beneift analysis.

Objective To evaluate the clinical merits and demerits of open heart operation on beating heart under mild hypothermia.Methods 21 patients (11 men and 10 women,age range,2.5~47 yr),hospitalized from May,2000 to December,2001,received open heart surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) on beating heart under mild hypothermia,including atrial septal defect (ASD) 5 cases,ventricular septal defect (VSD) 11 cases,ASD combined with VSD 3 cases,tricaspid valve replacement 1 case and triology of fallot 1 case.Results The operating procedure in all patients was successful,without ventricle trembling and gas embolism and they all recovered.Conclusion The open heart surgery on beating heart under mild hypothermia has protective effect on myocardium,which maybe attributed to the reduction of ischemic reperfusion injury,this approach is safe and effective.Meanwhile,it is somewhat difficult to operate in complicated deformation cases because of beating heart and returned blood stream.
