洪山菜薹是紫菜薹的珍稀品种,稀特的国家级蔬菜珍宝,武汉市传统名菜,历史上被称作"金殿御菜",与武汉另一特产"武昌鱼",被誉为"楚天"两大名菜[1,2].洪山菜薹肥美粗壮,色泽艳丽,质地脆嫩,食味微甜,风味独特,清香可口,俗称"大股子",因原产于武汉市洪山区一带而得名,距今已有1700多年的栽培历史[3].2005年12月31日,原国家质检总局批准对洪山菜薹实施地理标志产品保护,2017年,洪山菜薹正式被确定为农业部地理标志农产品.
薄皮甜瓜又叫香瓜、梨瓜、东方甜瓜,原产于中国、日本、朝鲜等地,是甜瓜的一种重要生态类型,具有耐热、耐湿、耐雨水的优良特性,非常适合露地栽培,而且因品质优良,深受消费者欢迎,因此在大多数年份种植收益都较高.湖北省是我国长江流域夏季甜瓜优势生产区和主产区之一[1],生产面积常年稳定在20 010 hm2左右,其中,薄皮甜瓜常年种植面积11 357.4 hm2,占总生产面积的56.76%[2].以春季小拱棚双膜覆盖早熟栽培及春季露地地膜覆盖栽培为主,秋季栽培面积和大棚早熟栽培面积很小,约占总面积的6.4%.
苦瓜(Momordica charantia)属于葫芦科苦瓜属一年生攀缘性草本植物,喜温、喜湿,但不耐渍,广泛分布于亚热带、热带及温带地区,果实具有增进食欲,提高免疫力等作用[1].苦瓜在中国栽培历史悠久(公元1406年),现在全国各地基本都有种植,特别是在南方普遍栽培,尤以广东、广西、福建、湖南、四川等地栽培面积较大, 一般主要有春小拱棚、春露地地膜覆盖、夏秋茬、秋大棚等多种栽培茬口.科学种植苦瓜,选择适宜的播种期和栽培方式,可以大幅度提高种植户的经济效益 [2].

The effects of different planting density and different fertilizer levels on yield and main characters of new cotton variety Ezamian 34 were studied. The results showed that the highest lint yield of 1907.1 kg/hm2 in the middle soil fertility could be obtained when the density was 27 thousand plants/hm2 and the N,P2O5,K2O application amounts were 210 kg/hm2, 105 kg/hm2,165 kg/hm2.

Ezamian 34 is a new hybrid cotton variety with insect resistant which was bred in Hubei academy of agricultural Sciences and Hubei Provincial Seed Group Co. Ltd. by crossing 8142 for female parent and F-29 as male parent. It was reg-istered and released to commercial production by Hubei Provincial Crop Variety Appraisal Committee in June 2016. This vari-ety has high yield, early maturity, good fiber quality, resistance to cotton bollworm, tolerance to wilt disease and yellow dwarf, and is suitable for planting in Hubei province.
In this paper,types of mutation breeding were summarized,application of physical mutation and chemical mutation in cotton breeding were reviewed. At the same time,it pointed out the problems existing in the cotton breeding,forecasted its future prospects.
The self-pollinated progenies derived from two cotton (Gossypium spp.) crosses﹙Jing55173×Zhong21373 and Sumi-an12×Sicala V1﹚ of the susceptible cultivars ﹙Sumian12 and Jing55173﹚ and the highly tolerant cultivars ﹙Sicala V1 and Zhong21373﹚ to Verticillium wilt were used for resistance breeding with marker-assisted selection﹙MAS﹚. MAS of these proge-ny populations was put forward by nine simple sequence repeats﹙SSR﹚ which related to quantitative trait locis﹙QTL﹚ for Ver-ticillium wilt resistance. For eight of nine SSRs,the difference of correction disease index ﹙CDI﹚ between aa and AA genotype individuals reached either significant or highly significant levels. The effects among single marker, two markers and multi-markers on MAS of cotton were compared using three makers that were selected by multiple stepwise regression analysis, the results showed that selective effects were enhanced through multi-markers way.

Taking the transgenic glyphosate-resistant cotton germplasm R3136 with EPSPS as material, the hybrid cotton seed production technology of chemical hybridizing with Roundup 41% aqua was studied. The results showed that Roundup 41%aqua was feasible to apply in hybrid cotton seed production as a chemical hybridizing agent. The experiment results found that it could obtain hybrid cotton seeds in line with national standards in Hubei province, as long as the transgenic cotton germplasms K01 with EPSPS gene were treated by Roundup 41% aqua (diluted 400 times) every 7 days for 4 5 times from full-bloom stage.

As the development of herbicide resistant crops, especially herbicide resistant transgenic crops, it had become eas-ier to field weed control, and decrease weeding cost, improve economic effects. The application of herbicide gene in crop breeding was summarized in the article to explore the use of herbicide resistant genes in crops.
The effects of the three kinds of cultivation mode on physiological traits and yield of KB02F1 were studied. The results showed that KB02F1 was used as the planting model of cotton after rape.
Inter-simple sequence repeat( ISSR) is a newly developed molecular marker method based on microsatellite sequences.This paper summarized the basic principles and characteristics of ISSR and reviewed its application in cotton genetic diversity detection,phylogenetic analysis,classification and identification of varieties,genetic mapping,gene tagging and marker-assisted selection breeding.
In order to ascertain the mechanism of transgenic hybrid cotton KB02 high yielding,the physiological characteristics of the transgenic hybrid-Bt cotton KB02 F1,KB02 F2,its parents,hybrid Tai-D5F1and‘E-anti-Cotton 13'were studied. The results showed that the turning point from blooming to senescence was at the later full boll stage(about August 17th) under our experimental conditions. About September 10 th,the leaves of POD activity and seed cotton yield was significantly negatively correlated,and the correlation coefficient was-0.8925. With the aging of the plant(August 17th- September 10th or so),different varieties of SOD,POD activity and MDA concentrations were gradually increased. In late growth of the transgenic hybrid-Bt cotton KB02F1,the chlorophyll content and SOD activity was higher,while the POD activity and MDA content was lower than other varieties,its showed that had anti-senescence characteristics,eventually obtained the highest yield. However the anti-aging physiological characteristics and yield of KB02F2 declined somewhat,there were still stronger than‘E-anti-Cotton 13'and parents.
The effects of density,nitrogen fertilizer,and 1-dimethylpiperidyliumchloride(DPC) on the yield and main characters of hybrid cotton KB02 were studied using general rotational regression design method and a mathematic model involving the three factors and seed cotton yield was established.The results indicated that the affecting degree of the three factors on seed cotton yield was as follows: plant densitynitrogen fertilizerDPC.There were interaction effects between density and nitrogen fertilizer,density and DPC.In the horizontal range of-1.682≤x≤1.682(i.e.plant density was 30 000 ind/hm2,nitrogen fertilizer was 337.5 kg/hm2,DPC was 90.0 g/hm2),the yield of KB02 could be up to the high yield of 4 344.71 kg/hm2.
Soft rot in Amorphophallus konjac was mainly caused by Erwinia carotovora subsp.carotovora(E.c.c.)and Erwinia chrysanthemi(E.ch.).This study was explicit about the effects of seven kinds of carbon sources(glucose,starch,glycerin,mannitol,sugar,glucomannan and maltose)for the growth of the two subspecies of soft rot bacteria in Amorphophallus konjac,through the conventional plate count method.The results showed that the two subspecies of pathogens can be good use of sucrose,and there was no significant difference between growth in water and growth in medium containing konjak glucomannan or starch.But the growth in medium containing glucose was not as good as in water.
In this paper,56% MCPA-Na SP(2-methyl-4-chloro-phenoxyacetic acid-Na salt powder) was applied to investigate the control effects of Monochoria vaginalis(Burm.F.),Cyperus difformis L.,Eclipta prostrata L.and the influence of weed control on nutrition and crop yield of rice.The results showed that 56% MCPA-Na SP had good control effects on broadleaves and sedge weeds.The overall quantitycontrol effects reached 85.50%-94.48% and the overall fresh control effects reached 88.20%-94.87%.The application of 56% MCPA-Na SP significantly reduced the weeds absorption of nutrition and water,resulting in prominent yield enhancing.
In this study,the effects of dark time,temperature,AgNO3 concentration,plant growth regulator and plant gel on the regeneration of adventitious bud from leaf explant of strawberry Jingyao were investigated,and an efficient leaf regeneration system was constructed.The results showed that the addition of AgNO3 to the medium had inhibitory effect on the regeneration of adventitious bud from leaf;the following cultivation conditions were in favor of the regeneration of adventitious bud from leaf: 15 days' dark treatment,temperature 28 ℃ and coagulator 2.5 g/L Phytagel;the optimum medium for adventitious bud regeneration was MS supplemented with 1.5 mg/L thidiazuron(TDZ) and 0.3 mg/L indole-3-butyric acid(IBA).Under the above-mentioned optimum conditions,the isolated regeneration rate of adventitious bud from leaf explant reached 76.77%,and the average number of regenerated buds reached 4.3.
