产教融合是职业院校深化校企合作、培养综合性技术型人才的主要方式,产业学院的创设是深化产教融合的体现.通过研究南阳农业职业学院建立产业学院,开展人才培养,分析了涉农高职院校建立产业学院实施"线场课堂"教学的意义,确立了"产教融合,实践主线,校企共建"的人才培养思路,构建相互衔接的"线场课程"体系,建立起"线场课堂"教学管理体系以及全方位的评价机制,为涉农专业综合性技术型人才的培养提供借鉴.
为进一步推动乡村振兴战略的落实,提高农业经济管理水平,分析了基于乡村振兴背景下农业经济管理任务及优化价值,对乡村振兴背景下农业经济管理存在的问题进行了深入研究,提出了具有针对性的优化策略,即建立健全经济管理体制、完善配套信息化设施、提升管理队伍的综合素质,以提高农业经济管理水平,贯彻落实乡村振兴战略.
结合园艺行业发展的新形势,总结了河南农业职业学院园艺技术专业创新创业教育课程体系构建的原则、措施和保障条件,以期为其他高职院校提供借鉴,从而促进高职院校提升人才培养质量和毕业生就业质量.
设计3种不同栽培管理模式,研究在大田条件下小麦不同管理模式对氮素吸收利用及土壤水分含量的影响.结果表明,三种管理模式中C模式氮吸收量及氮素利用率均最高,其中在小麦生长发育最快的拔节至开花期管理模式C分别比管理模式A、B吸氮量提高了44.3%、5.1%;管理模式C的氮肥偏生产率、氮素生理效率及产投比均显著高于管理模式A和B,其中产投比管理模式C分别比管理模式A、B提高了10.3%、15.4%,同时,管理模式C的氮素淋移风危也最小.管理模式C土壤含水量的动态变化与小麦生长发育的需水规律相一致.
对登封市重要的林业文化资源——古树名木进行了调查,通过调研发现:登封市共有古树名木1 048棵,其中以嵩阳书院、中岳庙、少林寺为代表的文物保护单位有871棵,主要以侧柏、银杏、桧柏为主,其余的177棵主要分布在各乡镇,以国槐、皂荚、桑树为主.就登封市古树名木保护的现状进行分析,指出了该市在古树名木保护中存在的问题,提出了古树名木的保护复壮技术措施.同时,结合生态文明建设,就古树名木重要林业文化资源保护的体制和对策提出建议.
结合高产金银花园地的特点,介绍金银花园地的培育及栽培管理技术,包括园地选择、土壤培肥、品种选择、定植、田间管理及采收等内容,为建成高产园地、达到快速实现优质高产的生产目标提供技术参考。
To study the application effect of calcium fertilizer in garlic cropland in calcareous soil , a completely randomized block design of 5 treatments were set up with calcium sulfate ( gypsum ) amount of 0 (CK), 75, 150, 225 kg/hm2 and 300 kg/hm2 respectively.Then the growth period, bulb yield and single bulb weight of garlic were measured .The results showed that the application of calcium sulfate fertilizer made the seedling stage , scaly bud differentiation stage , stem elongation stage and bulb hypertrophy stage be 0~2 days in advance , while the maturation stage delayed 0~3 days.With the increase of fertilization amount , the resistance to diseases and insects had the trend from infection to lighter and then better resistance ; the single garlic bulb weight increased by 8.74%, 13.29%, 18.91% and 25.30% respectively compared to that of control, and the differences were highly significant; the yield increased by 8.73%, 13.27%, 18.90% and 25 .29%respectively , and the differences were highly significant .
Taking summer black grapes as experimental material,the effects of different plants regulators formula on the fruit quality of summer black grapes in cold canopy during the end of full blooming period were studied. The result indicated that during the end of full blooming period,using 20% gibberellic acid solubility granula 7 500 times liquid+Shiteyou 375 times liquid to protect the fruits and 20% gibberellic acid solubility granula 4 000 times liquid +Shiteyou 200 times liquid +72% agricultural streptomycin 3 600 times liquid dipping the fringe to expand the fruit 10 days latter,was the best formula. Under the a-bove condition,the single grain weight,fruit shape index,pedicel weight,soluble solid content were 8. 12 g, 1.13,0. 071 g,16. 0%,respectively,which increased by 96. 6%(P <0. 05),1.80%(P >0. 05), 273. 68%(P<0. 05),-11. 11%(P>0. 05),the color of each grain was generically beautiful,the com-prehensive quality was better compared with the water control.
The effect of four calcium fertilizers(calcium sulfate,calcium chloride,calcium superphosphate, calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer)on the main agronomic traits and yield of garlic in three experiment sites in alkaline calcareous soil.The results showed that compared with the treatment without calcium fertilizer(control),the stem diameter of the treatment with calcium fertilizer increased significantly in all three sites,especially the treatment with calcium sulfate fertilizer,the stem diameter of which increased by 17.12%,and the stem diameter of the treatment with calcium chloride,calcium superphosphate,calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer increased by 10.94%,14.25%,11.59%,respectively;the mass and yield of garlic bulb of the treatment with calcium fertilizer increased significantly in all three sites,the order was calcium sulfate fertilizer treatmentcalcium chloride fertilizer treatmentcalcium superphosphate fertilizer treatmentcalcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer treatment,the yield of which increased by 28.06%,25.68%,23.84%,20.14%,respectively.
为了研究播期对稻茬强筋型小麦产量和品质的影响,在沿黄稻区以‘豫麦34’强筋型小麦品种为试验材料,设置3个播期处理:10月8日、10月18日、10月28日,完全随机区组设计,测定产量及产量因素、蛋白质含量及组分含量、淀粉含量及组分含量、粉质参数值.结果表明:沿黄稻区的稻茬强筋小麦在10月8日至28日期间,适期早播可提高产量,产量最高为3593.33 kg/hm2,产量最低为1862.25 kg/hm2;随着播期推迟,籽粒蛋白质含量显著提高,淀粉含量下降,播期对蛋白质各组分和淀粉各组分含量的影响结果不尽一致;综合面粉质量参数评价结果,中期(10月18日)播种的最优,晚期播种(10月28日)表现最差.
根据新建金银花园地的特点,介绍了金银花的栽培管理技术,包括园地选择、品种选择、定植、田间管理技术及采收技术,为新建园地实现快速高产提供技术参考。
Objective] This study aimed to explore the biological basis and microcli-mate effects in intercropping jujube orchard. [Method] From 2009 to 2011, jujube was intercroped with wheat, peanut, soybean, garlic, watermelon, vegetables etc. By fixed observation and simultaneous mobile observation, the field microclimate factors such as the air temperature, surface temperature, air relative humidity, wind speed, etc. were measured, with mono-crop farmland as the control. [Result] The competi-tion relationship existed between jujube trees and the intercropped plants for re-sources such as il umination, fertilizer, and water; however there were differences in phenological phases and the critical periods in needing for water, fertilizer and il u-mination between jujube and intercropped plants. Meanwhile, there was significant difference (P<0.05) in the variation of agricultural microclimate environment in jujube field compared with that in control farmland. Compared with the control, the air tem-perature in intercropping jujube orchard was reduced by 0.2 to 0.7 ℃, the earth surface temperature reduction ranged from 2.1 to 2.5 ℃, the relative air humidity increased by 3.7% to 6.8% and the wind speed decreased by 0.2 to 0.4 m/s. [Conclusion] Al above results showed that intercropping in jujube orchard could be promoted in central China and northern China areas.
Taking calcium sulfate as test materials,with garlic growth as research object,designs were set up on calcium sulfate(gypsum)for different fertilizer rate:75kg/hm2,150kg/hm2,225kg/hm2 and 300kg/hm2,with no calcium sulfate as control(CK),completely random block designs were applied on designs.The growth periods,garlic yield and weight of individual garlic bulb were measured,to study the application performance of calcium fertilizer in garlic cropland in calcareous soil.The results showed that the application of calcium sulfate fertilizer benefited garlic cultivation in many aspects:seedling stage,flowers phosphorus bud differentiation stage,stem elongation stage,and bulb hypertrophy stage were ahead of 0~2days,maturation stage delayed 0~3days,and resistance to disease and insects increased along with fertilizer rate,from infection to minor to resistant.Weight of individual bulb increased,compared with the control group,by 8.74%,13.29%,18.91%and 25.30%respectively,and the differences were significant;yield increased by 8.73%,13.27%,18.90%,25.29%respectively,and the differences were also significant.In conclusion,for garlic plantation in calcareous soil,application of calcium sulfate fertilizer could improve the performance of resistance to diseases and insects,and increase field production.
为了适应中原经济区建设的发展,提高农业高职院校科技创新能力,分析了农业高职院校对科技创新的认识、科研队伍建设、科研经费投入、科研管理机制等方面的问题,提出了加强对科研重要性的认识、准确定位、加大投入、拓宽合作渠道和提高管理水平等策略建议,为农业高职院校乃至其他高职院校的发展提供参考。
农民教育培训是提高农村劳动力素质的重要途径,培训教材是实施新型农民教育培训工作的基础。农民教育教材建设存在着内容陈旧、技术滞后、理论性过强、配套的辅助资料少、更新速度慢等问题。加强农民教育培训教材建设应采取建立发展体系、健全机制、提高编写队伍水平、制定建设的纲要及标准、建立多元化的教材评价机制等对策。
为了研究钙素化肥对大蒜产量及叶片性状的影响,以硫酸钙、氧化钙、过磷酸钙、钙镁磷肥4种钙素化肥为试验材料,钙肥用量为1 00 kg/hm2 CaO,采用完全随机区组设计,测定大蒜产量、叶长、叶宽和叶厚的结果,对试验结果进行方差分析和差异显著性比较.结果表明:4种不同种类的钙素化肥处理均比空白对照(CK)增产,增加幅度为15.48%~36.11%,且差异显著;叶长、叶宽和叶厚也比对照增加,叶长增加1.40%~6.06%、叶宽增加3.94%~10.50%,叶厚增加0.42%~25.20%,且差异显著;在3个试验地点大蒜产量的排序相同:硫酸钙>氯化钙>过磷酸钙>钙镁磷肥>空白对照(CK);3个试验地点的所有钙肥处理的叶长、叶宽和叶厚值增加,以硫酸钙的增加效果最好,4种钙肥处理间的差异在不同试验点表现不一.在碱性石灰性土壤的大蒜种植地区,施用适量的硫酸钙、氯化钙、过磷酸钙和钙镁磷肥有明显的增产和促进叶长、叶宽、叶厚生长的作用;在4种钙肥中硫酸钙效果最好,所以,在施用钙肥时可以根据土壤的需要优先选择硫酸钙肥是大蒜生长改善、产量增加的重要方法.
为了研究播期对稻茬强筋型小麦品质性状的影响,以强筋型小麦品种‘豫麦34’为试验材料,在沿黄稻区设置3个播期处理:10月8日、10月18日、10月28日,采用完全随机区组设计,收获后测定籽粒的蛋白质及组分含量、淀粉含量及组分含量、粉质参数值.结果表明:沿黄稻区的稻茬强筋小麦在10月8日至28日期间,随着播期推迟,籽粒蛋白质含量显著提高,最高为14.32%、最低为11.27%;淀粉含量下降,最高为77.63%、最低为62.67%;对蛋白质各组分和淀粉各组分含量的影响结果不尽一致;综合面粉质量参数评价结果,中期(10月18日)播种的较优:形成时间6.70 min、粉质质量指数99.26 mm、吸水率71.06%、稳定时间7.02 min;晚期播种(10月28日)表现较差:形成时间5.34 min、粉质质量指数91.46 mm、吸水率64.94%,稳定时间7.58 min.
利用2007-2009年河南省杂交棉区域试验参试品种(组合)的资料,对比分析了杂交棉的形态性状、产量性状及品质性状的发展趋势及变异性。结果表明:河南棉花杂交种的品质性状更加优化,且较稳定,但马克隆值较大;植株趋于高大,第一果枝着生节位升高,枯萎病抗性下降,黄萎病抗性略有提高;产量提高,产量构成因素中衣分保持较高水平。
Nitrogen( N) is one of the main factors restricting the photosynthesis ,and the deficiency of N will ul-timately affect the yield and quality of crops .Field trials were conducted using Changwu 134 ( Dryland cultivar ) and Zhengmai 9023 ( Irrigated-land cultivar ) as material to study the effect of four nitrogen rates on photosynthesis and biomass of wheat at different growth stages .The results showed that ,in the range of N 0-180 kg/ha,the chlorophyll (Chl)content,photosynthetic rate(Pn),photosynthetic performance index (PI)and biomass of the two varieties at different stages all showed a upward trend with the increasing nitrogen application level .However ,when the nitrogen application level was increased further (≥180 kg/ha),the Pn and biomass of the two varieties began to present a downward trend ,while the PI and Chl contents had no significant changes .Furthermore ,the changing trend of yield with increasing nitrogen level were the same to that of phtosynthesis and biomass in the two varieties , the highest yiled being from the treatment 180 kg/ha.
Taking four strains(1,2,3,4) and five germplasms(5,6,7,8,9)of Medicago falcata L.as materials,using 10%gel and SDS-PAGE electrophoresis,the seed storage proteins of individuals were studied,and the genetic diversity and their inter-relationship were analyzed.The results showed that the total dissoluble protein bands of the nine materials were 69,there were 56 polymorphism bands,the ratio of polymorphism bands was 81.16%,there were plenty genetic diversity at protein level in the nine germplasms of Medicago falcata L.The diversity order were: 861 5 4 3 2 9 7.Total of five germplasms had higher genetic diversity than four strains.The total Nei's gene diversity index was 0.2214,and the total genetic differentiation coefficient was 0.4929.Genetic differentiation coefficient of the four strains was higher than the five germplasms.Based on the Nei's genetic distance and using UPGMA method to cluster,the nine genetic resources were clustered into four groups,but the genetic relationship was different from the result obtained with mixed seeds samples.
