An model integrated by multiple models is proposed,in order to improve the accuracy and the stability of models.Some secondary variables was selected which are closely related to the temperature.Several models was constructed,and then regression model is employed to integrate the models.Consequently,the real-time performance and the accuracy of the model are improved.And the results of the models validate the soft sensing modeling.
A traffic flow parameter video detection system is showed in this paper. The system is consisted of Media processor TMS320DM642 ,video decoding processor SAA7115,Ethemet interface union LXT971A, and the program running in the DSP may complete collecting various traffic parameters and the video contents from the remote area. The architecture of DM642 is introduced, and hardware method is designed. at last, the DSP software development platform is described and the whole programming design frame of traffic video supervisory system is given.

In H.264 standard,a lot of computational complexity will be consumed in the encoder for motion estimation.Efficient searching algorithms are proposed by reuse of the motion vector information from the last reference frame.The proposed algorithms use the stored motion vectors to compose the current motion vector without performing the full search in each reference frame.Any fast search algorithm can be utilized to further largely reduce the computational load for the motion estimation from previous one frame.

The research aim of this paper is through GPRS to realize wireless data transmission.Firstly,it introduces the base theory and specialty of general packet radio service (GPRS),and how the GPRS Net connect with traditional IP Net.Secondly,the usage of GPRS in industry is discussed.Lastly,according to the specialty of GPRS,design the wireless data transmission channel for data transmission between electronic police and control center.Testified by the practice,the method of GPRS is more cheap,little,wide and smart than traditional data transmission.It provides one better choice for data transmission of industry.
实时的城市交通智能监控对于交通信息收集、规范化交通管理及城市规划等方面具有重要的意义.目前国内外道路监控系统中主要采用两种工作方式,即地感线圈方式和视频检测方式.本文以车辆闯红灯为例,结合这两种方式的特点提出了一种模拟地感线圈工作方式的视频检测算法,自动排除许多人为和自然因素的影响,确保了车辆检测的准确性,为有效的抓拍闯红灯的违章车辆及避免误拍提供了可靠保障.

In order to solve the problem of agricultural water-saving irrigation,use fuzzy logic to design the full-automatic fuzzy intelligent water-saving irrigation controller which takes AT89C51 as the core, considering that modeling precise mathematic model for irrigation is difficult and fuzzy control does not need precise model. The controller can go on fuzzy decision on the basis of soil water content and crop demand for water, and thus realize full-automatic intelligent irrigation. This system has been succeeded in operating in the Qufu demonstration area and has received quite good effect.
