2015年辉南县结合全县森林防火工作实际,制定出台了重点区域森林火灾扑救方案.从重点区域确定、应急处置措施、火灾扑救、前线指挥部的设置、火灾应急处置信息的接收与报告及方案的组织实施6个方面,就县级重点区域扑救森林火灾方案相关环节的制定进行探讨.
从科学划定森林防火区、构建网格化管理责任体系、加大宣传力度、严格管控和强化保障措施5个方面总结了辉南县在森林防火区农作物秸秆禁烧工作中采取的措施.辉南县将森林防火区农作物秸秆禁烧工作作为森林防火工作的重中之重,使森林火灾隐患得到有效遏制,取得了明显成效.
选择吉林省44个园林乔木、灌木树种叶片进行理化性质测定和火行为模拟试验.对绝干含水率、厚度、抽提物、灰分、燃点、热值、蔓延速度、消耗质量比、火线强度和驻留时间这10个指标的测定结果表明,各树种叶片的理化性质、林火行为均存在差异,表现出对叶片抗火性不同程度的影响.利用因子分析法分别计算理化性质、火行为指标因子得分,建立指标因子得分模型,得出综合得分.应用逼近理想解排序法,对理化性质、火行为指标综合得分进行TOPSIS分析,得到44个树种叶片的抗火性强弱评价值.乔木树种五角枫、梓树、樟子松等,灌木树种早锦带花、鸡树条荚蒾、珍珠绣线菊等,均表现出较强的抗火性,可以选择作为园林树种混交种植,以提高城市绿化、森林公园树种的抗火性.
The adventitious bud induction research was carried by using the mature embryo of Abies holophylla as explant. The result showed that the best medium composition of adventitious bud induction of mature embryo of Abies holophylla in primary culture was improved DCR+2.0 mg· L-16-BA, on which 63.16%explants was induced.The best medium was no additive hormonal 1/2SH.The average elongation of adventitious bud was 0.7 cm by cultivating 30 days.It suitable to add 0.1mg· L-1 activated carbon which was most beneficial to the adventitious bud elongation of Abies holophylla.
榆三节叶蜂在吉林省辉南1 a发生2代,以老熟幼虫在土中结茧以预蛹状态越冬,翌年5月下旬至6月上旬化蛹,6月中下旬越冬代成虫羽化、产卵。7月上旬幼虫孵化,7月中旬幼虫老熟入土结茧化蛹,8月上旬第一代成虫开始羽化、产卵。幼虫孵化后,危害至9月上中旬老熟幼虫入土越冬。采用3%高渗苯氧威乳油(3 000~4 000倍液)或活孢子苏云金杆菌(2.5亿.mL-1~3.0亿.mL-1活孢子)喷雾防治幼虫,防治效果达到99.5%和95.3%。

Improved techniques is used in tissue culture of Populus alba ×berolinensis,and the results showed that when reproductive materials of the bud were propagated,the production costs was reduced of 50% than conventional techniques;This technique also increased stem tickening of 11.2%,individual fresh weight of 48%;The survival rate of transplanted seedings of 97.8% is higher than the conventional seeding of 81.3%,it is very effective.
Quick- propagation technique of Forsythia koreana' SauonGold' was studied in the experiment. It shows that fasciculate rootless plants could be obtained under following conditions: Taking WPM as basal medium to make tissue culture for the twiglet (explants with axillary bud), and 6 - BA,NAA at proper doses should be added for inducing differentiation; and then bring the regrowths by adding NAA and IBA to induce root initiation. This technique accords with industrial seedling in the rate of extended production.
