创新能力培养是研究生教育工作的重要内容。营造浓厚的学术氛围,创新研究生学术交流活动的管理理念和运行模式,进而强化研究生创新能力的培养,对提高研究生的培养质量具有重要的意义。沈阳农业大学将研究生学术交流活动与商业运作模式相结合,对研究生学术交流"超市"的创建和营运进行了积极的探索,建立了"研究生院搭建平台、聘请点评专家,研究生充当学者作学术交流报告,在校研究生自由选择听取报告的"定时间、定地点、定货源、自愿选"的全校性研究生学术交流活动模式。沈阳农业大学研究生学术交流"超市"的运行实践表明,其为全校研究生创新意识的培养和创新能力的提升提供了新路径,为研究生的学术训练提供了新机会,为学科的交叉融合提供了新平台,为研究生表达能力、文献整理能力、发现和解决问题能力的提升创造了新条件。研究生学术交流"超市"的运行创新了研究生学术交流活动的形式,获得了社会的认可,也使参与者从中收获颇丰。为此,《中国教育报》《中国科学报》和辽宁电视台等媒体都予以了报道。

科学道德是科技工作者的职业道德,研究生科学道德教育是使研究生践行科学道德行为而有组织、有计划施加的道德影响.由于社会环境的影响和高等学校缺乏学术道德教育,相关指标体系和制度不健全、监督机制不完善,以及导师发挥作用不到位等原因,研究生学术造假、诚信缺失问题较为突出.因此,要从建设独特校园文化,以文化引领和熏陶研究生自觉遵守科学规范、强化研究生导师培训和考核,以导师的引导和示范研究生自觉遵守科学规范、健全研究生学术道德规范和诚信监管体系,实现研究生科学道德自律和他律相结合,以及完善研究生科学道德教育体系,实现研究生科学道德教育科学化等方面人手,全方位、多角度地建立研究生科学道德教育长效机制,切实提高研究生科学道德教育的实效性,从源头上摒弃学术不端行为的出现,其长远意义更在于引导研究生自觉遵守学术道德规范,将科学道德作为人生的基本准则.

农业学科的专业特点和农业行业的实际情况导致农科院校硕士研究生的就业形势并不容乐观.在对沈阳农业大学2002-2012年硕士毕业生就业状况进行分析与研究的基础上,针对农科院校硕士研究生就业率逐年降低、就业时间由毕业前移至毕业后、就业结构趋于多元化、就业取向更趋理性化等情况,紧密结合农科院校研究生的实际,提出改善农科院校硕士研究生就业现状的措施和建议:全面了解硕士研究生的读研目标和成长特点,对其实行个性化辅导和针对性培养;搭建硕士研究生就业教育新平台,在活动中提升其就业竞争力;实施硕士研究生职业发展与规划记录写实和评价制度,构建职业发展和就业指导体系;强化硕士研究生的就业认知培养,发挥导师的作用,建立全面的就业服务体系.

针对高等学校研究生党员中存在的一些问题,2011年沈阳农业大学研究生院首次提出在研究生党员中实施教育考核“双表制”,以此增强党员先锋意识.采取多阶段随机抽样方式进行问卷调查,为更好地完善教育考核工作、指导二级管理后研究生党员教育,对研究生党员教育有效性调研结果表明,通过树立正确理想信念、制定学研目标规划、拓宽党支部活动形式、量化教育考核写实标准等方式,改进和完善高等学校研究生党员教育考核制度.

Strengthening the socialist core values education for graduate students is needed by the goals of cultivating qualified socialist successors, improving the ideological and political education for graduate students and moving forward their self-development in an over-all way. The analysis of a questionnaire survey showed that currently the socialist core values education for graduate students is weakening in the aspects of ideal and faith, knowledge-action unity and educational appraoches. The problems are caused mainly by the multiple value conflicts which the compleication of the social environment has produced, the disconnection between mechanical theoretical cramming and social practice, and the Internet culture which the popularization of Internet has brought about. Therefore, the socialist core values education led by the Chinese Dream should be carried out by strengthening the ideal faith education, guiding postgraduates to develop correct values,conducting practice activities in various forms, improving the educational system of colleges and universities,constructing the campus network culture and propagandizing socialist core values.

以研究生教育的持续快速发展,为提高研究生培养质量提出了新的挑战为研究目的。沈阳农业大学研究生院通过创办研究生学术交流超市,搭建研究生学术交流平台,为提升研究生创新能力和综合素质进行了积极探索,详细阐述了沈阳农业大学"学术超市"的运营模式,就学术交流"超市"在提高研究生综合能力方面的作用进行了详细阐述。

社会实践在发掘学生创新能力、丰富学生课余生活、提高研究生综合能力方面起到了关键的推动作用,研究生与本科生社会实践在参与群体、实践层次和目的性方面存在差异,也存在着一些不足。将学术实践与社会实践有机结合,坚持制度创新,丰富实践形式,可以全面提升研究生综合能力。

构建研究生廉洁教育长效机制可以规范研究生正确处理权力与利益关系,提升研究生培养质量,还可以建立和完善思想政治教育管理体系,进而为建设和谐社会作出贡献.研究生廉洁教育存在重视度和认知度偏低、针对性和实效性欠缺等问题.因此,要通过健全研究生教育管理规章制度、强化导师育人功能、弘扬独特校园文化、丰富教育内容和形式等途径,将廉洁教育融入研究生日常教育管理,提高研究生廉洁教育实效性.

For the sake of improving the ideological and political education validity of postgraduates, this paper examined the present state of postgraduates in 8 universities in Shenyang city, including their mind state, living state and learning state, to analysis the characteristics of postgraduates' education. The results showed that it was necessary to stimulate students' enthusiasm for self-improvement, reinforce the management of universities, construct distinguishing campus culture, and increase the cooperation and exchange between universities in Shenyang city. Only in this way, can we improve the effectiveness of university postgraduates' political education in Shenyang .

为提高研究生身体素质，改善高校研究生目前锻炼身体现状，通过文献调查法了解高校研究生身体素质情况，阐述了其身体素质锻炼中存在的问题：研究生身体素质总体呈下降趋势；研究生主观上忽视体育锻炼；多数高校不针对研究生开设体育课，也不设立体育达标指标。以沈阳农业大学研究生院为例介绍了创新性的体育锻炼协会，通过这一平台设立接地气的运动项目，尽量减小对器材及场地的依赖，使其趣味性与锻炼性相融合。

研究生学生是研究生活动组织的中坚力量,是研究生思想和现实的直接表现者,是研究生思想政治教育工作的重要补充和载体,在此通过创新研究生学生组织形式,从思想引领、学术引领、文化引领、实践引领等方面搭建平台,提升研究生综合素质,强化研究生学生组织的队伍力量,进而达到提高研究生思想政治教育的有效性。

有效开展研究生社会主义核心价值观教育事关研究生培养质量,符合国家和社会发展的趋势和要求,有利于推动社会文明进步.当前研究生社会主义核心价值观教育缺乏科学有效的理论指导,而且实践教育没有突出研究生群体的特殊性,缺乏完整系统的教育体系.为此,可通过改革思想政治理论课教学、树立典型、加强导师引导和社会实践等途径,最大限度地提高研究生社会主义核心价值观教育的有效性.

党的十八大明确指出,要以增强党性、提高素质为重点,加强和改进党员队伍教育管理,健全党员立足岗位创先争优长效机制,推动广大党员发挥先锋模范作用.高等学校建立研究生党员教育长效机制就是对创先争优活动最深入的落实.沈阳农业大学研究生院党总支从研究生党员教育中存在的不足出发,明确建立研究生党员教育考核工作的重要性,首次提出在研究生党员中开展“双表制”的教育考核写实工作,通过拓宽党员组织生活形式、建立教育考核保障措施,实现对研究生党员的教育考核,进而增加研究生党员自我修养的紧迫感,达到提高研究生党性修养的目的.

在调查农业院校在校硕士研究生就业预期的基础上,对农业院校研究生的就业心态、职业生涯规划、就业意向以及就业指导情况进行分析,针对农业院校研究生的就业预期,从国家和社会角度、学校角度和学生自身角度进行思考。

高校是教育培养青年人才的重要园地,也是用社会主义核心价值体系武装青年的重要思想阵地。高校党的建设要紧紧围绕培养中国特色社会主义事业合格建设者和可靠接班人这个根本任务,为建设能够培养高质量大学生的社会主义大学提供坚强的思想、政治和组织保证。创先争优是党的建设的一项重要的经常性的工作,在全党上下深入开展创先争优之际,创新研究生党员教育工作,具有十分重要的理论和现实意义。针对研究生党员和研究生党员教育工作现状以及存在的主要问题,结合研究生党员能充分发挥特有的模范带头作用,提出创新研究生党员教育工作的思考。

Post-graduate ideological and political education is the basic link in achieving the overall goal of postgraduate talent training.Through an empirical analysis on the status quo of postgraduates' satisfaction on ideological and political education in Shenyang Agricultural University,we attempted to set up a satisfaction model of postgraduates on ideological and political education in the hope of optimizing the education through the angles of the teaching content,tutors' guidance,social practice and post-graduates' organizations.The model is ultimately intended to increase the satisfaction level of students on the ideological and political education.

Abstract： The advantage of constructing the graduate ideological and political education mode which all members participate in comprehensively in the whole process lies in the fact that it helps solve the problems that exist in the graduate ideological and political mode involves that combining full-time staff with education systematically and completely. Constructing such a part-time staff, linking work at selected areas with that in entire areas, applying the implicit function of ideological and political education to graduate daily life in a penetrative way, rendering it complete and solid. The practice in Shen~can~ Agricultural University shows that the this mode summarizes and refines the incomplete experience in graduate ideological and political education systematically, enriches the methods on ideological and political education and infiltrates the education into graduates＂ study and life bit by bit, improving their comprehensive quality.

沈阳农业大学针对自身的定位和发展目标,进行了系统的本科人才培养模式改革与实践,通过凝练本科人才培养目标,确定改革与发展的基本思路,构建了具有教学研究型农科院校特色的本科人才培养课程体系,并取得了成效。
