It is available path way to increase rural economic through the instrumentality of the farmland reclamation .In This paper ,a linear progrmming model is proposed to solve the decision analysis of investment for the farmland reclamation in current rural area.Finally,an example is given.

This paper analyses qualitative property of the equilibrium for a continuous competitive systems with density-restriction,illustrates the existence of periodic solutions around center for a continuous competitive systems without density-restriction, gives the correspondent explanation in point of ecology, and gets the sufficient conditions of maximum sustainable economic revenue when two species of competitive systems without density-restriction are harvested simultaneously.
