According to the methods of environmental economics to calculate the economical assessment value of eco-environment service functions provided by fast-growing and high-yielding timber forest by the methods of quantitative and semi-quantitative converting, and then with the monetary form to reflect the ecological service functions value given by fast-growing and high-yielding timber forest planted for the production of timber to human society. The empirical evaluation was applied to fast-growing and high-yielding timber forest in Fujian province as case study. The results show that the indirect economic value of eco-environment service per year, such as water conservation, soil conservation, carbon sequestration release oxygen, purify air, biodiversity conservation, and other ecological functions provided by fast-growing and high-yielding timber forest,is 54.892 427 4 billion yuan, but the direct economic value to provide forest products is only 8.815 4 billion yuan yearly. The results indicate that the indirect value of eco-environment service provided by fast-growing and high-yielding timber forest is far greater than the direct economic value to provide forest products.
根据林业生产中外部正效应、负效应现象的分析,论证商品林外部性正负效应转变的条件,认为商品林外部性的作用是一种隐形的影响。根据解决外部性问题的理论依据,结合商品林生产的实际情况,提出对营林作业给予差额补偿、对林道修建作业给予适当补偿、对优化伐区设计给予适当补偿、对延长轮伐期给予适当补偿、对木材生产给予减免税费、对荒山造林给予全额投资、对现有林分进行出资购买等商品林外部性问题内在化的措施建议。
Firstly,the assessment index system for the economical loss brought by the blizzards and frozen to the forest ecosystem in the functional value of ecological environment services were established and the estimating methods for the various index were ascertained,according to the principles and methods of environmental economics.And then put to calculate the value of assessment indicators through the methods of quantitative and semi-quantitative converting,in order to reflect the loss of ecological functions value in the monetary form and achieve the goal of quantitative evaluation.At the same time,evaluated empirically the value loss,taking the disaster-stricken forest in Fujian province as an example,the results show that the indirect economic loss brought by 2008' blizzard and frozen disasters to Fujian provincial forest in water conservation,soil conservation,carbon sequestration release oxygen,purify air,biodiversity conservation,and other ecological functions value were 10.790 6,8.022 8,5.261 7,2.778 2 and 0.072 0 million yuan yearly,a total of the indirect economic loss in the value of ecosystem services reached 26.925 3 billion yuan yearly,and the direct economic loss brought by 2008 blizzard and frozen disasters to Fujian provincial forestry in provision of forest products is 4.597 5 billion yuan.The results indicated that the indirect use value loss of forest in ecological environment services is far greater than the value loss of the direct provision of forest products.
Excessive growth of Castanea henryi is a serious problem, which will result in poor harvest .Through spraying different plant growth regulators solutions on the leaves of Castanea henryi , the effect of the regulator growth on the vegetative growth was investigated .The results showed that the size , the length , the burl number and the burl length of the stem under different treatments were different in some degree .The differences of the protein and chlorophyll contents in the leaves were rather obvious .Paclobutrazol was the key factor and had the dominant function for the vegetative growth of Castanea henryi .The best economic and effective disposal was the water solution of Paclobutrazol 4.95 gL-1 +rare earth 2.64 mLL-1 +Crow more 1.00 gL-1 +daminozide 2.00 gL-1 borax 2.00 g L-1 for folia application .It could effectively inhibit the excessive growth of the new branches of Castanea henryi .[ Ch , 3 tab .18 ref .]

Fujian has the preponderant natural condition that be very fit for various subtropics economic plant growth.The development characteristics of economic forest in Fujian province and its exist problem are that the distribution with a district feature but region difference clearly,the category with a diversification but the structure unbalance and the proportion maladjustment badly,the harvesting area and the high grade fruit ratio increase quickly but the area of low produce and low value wood occupying main quotient,the production value increase significantly but industrial structure abnormality badly.Basing on the reason analysis of the existent problems,the paper put forward development countermeasures of Fujian economic forest by transform center of gravity from quantity to benefit,adjust the structure of district planting industry,convert toward the extroverted and high-quality planting species,shift to depending on science and technology,and advance connection industry with plant and trade.
Trials on applying NPK-mixed fertilizer at different compounding ratios on 5-yr-old Castanea henryi showed that all the trees tried had no visible difference in chlorophyll content, cone number per branch and per tree,cone weight,nut weight,ratio of cone and nut,cone and nut yield of individual plants,but had significant difference in leaf protein content and number of fruit shoots. Soil fertilizing urea 0.2kg+autunite magnesium phosphorus 0.1kg+potassium chloride 0.15kg per tree was most economic and efficient.
对7 a生锥栗果用林土壤穴施复合肥生长效应进行研究,结果表明:土壤穴施复合肥,确保锥栗生长旺盛期有机物合成和碳水化合物合成所需营养元素的供应,从而在一定程度上促进锥栗的营养生长、生殖生长和果实的生长发育.其中以施复合肥1.5 kg/株较为经济而有效,与不施肥对照的相比,叶片中的蛋白质含量提高32.81%,叶绿素含量提高22.09%,果枝数增多23.08%,球果数增多33.84%,坚果质量提高28.81%,坚果增大6.58%,单株坚果产量提高72.44%.
