With pressure data of the pressure profile acquired with the modular formation dynamics tester tool(MDT), the oil, gas and water zones/layers can be identified in general. But there exists erroneous adjustment probability of reservoir fluid property, due to various influencing factors in the process of well testing. With the method of well test analysis, this paper determines whether the MDT measures the real formation pressure or not, and proposes the choice of accepting the data or rejecting them given by MDT. The field application indicates that this method can be used to get good results in field application.
In order to reduce safety risk of test for nature gas,accelerate the progress of gas test,reduce gas pollution,the combined operation of throwing the gun perforating and fracturing,the full bore hole perforation and fracturing are applied successfully in Karamay oilfield.Field application of them is better and is proposed to promote the use of them in low permeability testing layer at where oil and gas show better.
Low permeability reservoir must be reformed by fracturing technology,and perforation parameters have direct influence on the fracturing effect as well as the success rate.According to the study on the effect of perforation parameters on hydraulic fracturing and example-analysis contrast,the results showed that the perforation depth has less effect on the pressure,and perforation orientation has effect on the pressure,fracture diversion and morphology,and perforation orientation can decide the success or failure of hydraulic fracturing;and perforation height has influence on the fracturing effect,especially to the complex reservoir which has basal groundwater.
Fluid flow of low permeability reservoir has obvious non-Darcy flow characteristic. The fluid will not flow until the formation fluid overcomes certain actuating pressure gradient in the process of test, provided the reservoir is not polluted. As a result, obtaining precise fluid properties and quantity is difficult. Getting stable formation pressure and reservoir properties are more difficult. Through the test technology research, reasonable time plan of test is adopted, stratification straddle test technology is popularized positively and the fracture effect is evaluated by test technology. The difficulty of getting data during the process of testing low permeability reservoir is solved perfectly.
In most cases,skin factors change is not-obvious during production testing.But skin factors changes with time under some special conditions.By analysis for variable skin effect during systematic production testing,it is found that only a little change of additional pressure drop has a great effect upon drawdown pressure in high permeability reservoirs,and conventional approaches can not be used to analyze systematic testing data.Before systematical well testing,flow out thoroughly should be conducted to eliminate reservoir pollution in the zone nearly well,and reduce additional pressure drop caused by variable skin effect.
二区石炭系油藏为火成岩油气藏,在地层改造后,其试井特征有其共性,也因油藏的非均质性而各有特点。通过试井资料分析,归纳分析其试井特征,认为应适当控制生产压差,降低油藏压力衰减速度。通过试井资料和前期静态资料研究油藏的非均质性,不能按照整体油藏模式开发;由于压力衰竭较快,应及时补充能量来合理开发油气藏。
介绍了垂直井定向射孔技术的工艺原理及在新疆油田成功地完成了夏81井、乌36井和夏82井三口垂直井定向射孔作业情况,填补了新疆油田垂直井定向射孔技术现场应用的空白,取得了很好的应用效果,对低孔低渗油气藏的开发具有非常广阔的应用前景。
克95井的特殊情况是地层中有少量的天然气,在地层测试过程中,二流的初始压力低于初流的终点压力,经过分析认为,在地层测试关井期间井筒和地层中发生了流体的置换,储层和井筒之间发生了相态分异。
By in fl uences of internal and external factors in the reservoir,different deviations of production and pressure data from stable well testing in gas well tend to res ulting in abnormal shape of productivity curve,which is difficult to get open-flow capacity.In some cases,retesting has to be needed.The major factors for them include reservoir pollution,variable skin factor,interlayer interference and sand face flux,etc.And different factors have different effects on well test data in feature and extent.For this reason,SWT2000,a well-testing software,is applied for analysis of the abnormal phenomenon in well test data, and suitable correction model is selected for effective elimination of the falsi fication phenomenon of the curves,followed by obtaining the productivity parame ters of the gas well.Practice shows that the reliable pro-ductivity parameter s can be obtained if we make correct adjustment of abnormal factors of well te st data,as well as selection of proper cor-rection model.
