The transformation and high-quality development of Western universities cannot be separated from the cultivation of students. To cultivate students, it is not only necessary to enable them to master scientific knowledge, but also to cultivate their humanistic literacy and behavioral morality. In recent years, some college students have experienced cognitive biases and behavioral problems in various aspects. Based on the teaching and management practices of local normal universities in the western region, and from the perspective of educational narrative, the author proposes several concepts and specific measures from the perspectives of teachers, students, classes, and schools, in order to serve as a reference for the collaborative talent cultivation model of universities in the new era.

以余吾矿N2105工作面回采过程中进风顺槽发生的2次严重底板冲击事故为研究对象,建立巷道底板破坏模型,并数值模拟应力集中系数大小与底板塑性区的关系.研究表明:应力集中系数越高,底板越容易发生破坏;大直径钻孔卸压能够有效地抑制底板变形破坏.
以赵固二矿地质采矿条件为背景,通过构建数值模型,研究了巨厚松散层地质采矿条件下采高对地表下沉及水平移动特征、地表主要移动变形参数的影响.结果表明,随着采高的增加,地表最大下沉及水平移动值逐渐增大,水平移动范围显著增加,同时得出地表最大下沉值及水平移动值与采高成线性增长关系,而地表下沉系数及水平移动系数与采高成对数增长关系,并分别拟合出了地表下沉值、地表水平移动值、下沉系数及水平移动系数与采高之间的经验公式.
According to the land use change data by remote sensing images from 1990 to 2010, this paper studied the quantitative dynamic changes of Cultivated Land in liupanshui city since 1990.Some mathematic models were used to study the regional difference of the cultivated land changes in various towns of liupanshui city, such as land use dynamic degree model and cultivated land change intensity index and spatial differentiation index. The results showed that: ①the cultivated land of liupanshui city increased slightly at first and then decreased significantly from 1990 to 2010.②The variation rate of the cultivated land of liuzhi was obviously higher than other regions from 2000 to 2010.③The difference of the cultivated land change intensity in various townships is obvious, and the cultivated land change intensity index of three regions are more than 50 percent, such as fenghuang and hecheng offices in zhongshan and dewu and huangtupo offices in zhongshan and bide in shuicheng counties, and 0.07 percent is the smallest.
为了解处在转型期的工矿城市——六盘水的耕地资源安全状况,实现耕地资源的可持续利用,以1990-2015年研究区土地利用数据为基础提取耕地数据,从耕地数量、耕地质量、耕地生态安全三个方面选取评价指标,对六盘水的耕地资源安全和警情进行分析.结果显示:在整体上看,研究时段内,六盘水市耕地资源综合评价指数呈上升趋势,综合指数由1990年的0.4139上升为2015年的0.7937,安全等级明显提升,警度由中警降至无警,在2005年出现最低值0.3941,警度为重警.
文章从数学文化研究、数学学习研究、数学能力研究、数学教学研究四个方面对贵州省布依族数学教育的历史与现状进行简要整理和评述.
构建了包含环境治理系统、废物处理系统和城市绿化系统3个维度,共17个指标的矿业城市环境可持续发展的指标体系,借助熵权法对评价指标进行动态赋权,利用综合指数法对矿业城市六盘水2004-2011年的环境可持续发展进行了综合评价,并对3个子系统进行了评价,结果发现,矿业城市六盘水的环境可持续发展能力是逐年上升的,3个子系统的可持续发展能力也在逐步提升.
In this paper, we built the supplier evaluation index system composed of the six indexes which were product cost, supplier strength, supplier service level, product quality, supplier development potential and supplier information acquisition ability, then using entropy weighting and G1 process, assigned dynamic combination weight to the indexes, then evaluated the suppliers using the comprehensive index method, built the supplier comprehensive evaluation model and at the end, illustrated the validity of the method through a case example.
Builded index system of comprehensive evaluation for agricultural machinery,then,the indexes are gived dy-namic combinated weight by the entropy weight method and G1 method, choosed the optimal agricultural machinery by comprehensive index method,finally,the method is effective through analysising the example.
In order to further understand the status of the social development of Liupanshui ,social development situation of liupanshui in 2001~2012 was studied .The indexes were given weighting by the variation coefficient method and the social development of Liupanshui was evaluated comprehensively ,the weighted comprehensive index model was built by the comprehensive index method .The results show that the social development of Liupanshui is becoming better ,but Liupanshui should intensify efforts in housing reform ,controling the speed of population growth and infrastructures .This research have important significance for social development of liupanshui .
This paper builds a supplier evaluation index system which contains 8 indices: delivery speed, preservation capacity, product cost, supplier power, supplier service level, product quality, supplier development potential and supplier information acquiring ability. With the variation coefficient method and the G1 method, the paper gives dynamic combination weight to the evaluation indices. By using comprehensive index method, we choose the optimal supplier, and then we build a comprehensive evaluating model for supplier. Finally, the paper proves the method effective through a case.
In order to arrange reasonable production plan, and make the enterprise achieve maximum profit, the method of linear programming was applied in the production plan of enterprise based on the resource limitation of enterprise. By establishing linear programming model, and using the Excellof Office Software to solve the prob-lems of linear programming, we obtain the production plan and the objective function value and made the optimal arrangement for enterprise production.
In order to improve the use ratio of production of equipment ,this paper optimizies the production flows,Simulation study is done for production the plan in a company by using simulation platform witness.By simulation, the lower ratio of production of equipment are found and improvements are made to the produc-tion flows. Consequently, by changing the production order, the equipment utilization is increased by7.24%.
