21世纪,虚拟仿真技术在信息化教学实践中不断应用.本文结合目前高职院校教育的特点以及笔者的教学实践,对仪器分析教改中虚拟仿真技术的应用进行了探讨.
目的:了解新生的对自己未来的规划、预期和需求等情况,以便能有目的地实施教学和管理工作。方法:发放调查问卷,回收进行统计分析。结果:大多数新生对校园生活充满期望,希望加强自己学习和人际交往能力。结论:药学系新生对未来大学学习生活的期望值普遍很高,应注意保护这种热情并正确引导,提高学生应对挫折和自我认知的能力。
Objective:To set up a method to separate and determine the enantiomers of ofloxacin in serum by solid-phase extraction and high performance liquid chromatography.Methods:L-isoleucine as the additive and Cu2+ as the ligand ion were used to extract the ofloxacin in serum by solid phase extraction with C18 SPE column,then to separate and determine the enantiomers of ofloxacin in serum by HPLC with chiral mobile phase additive.The chromatography column used was a ODS-BP column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm).The mobile phase was made up of the chiral additive solution(including L-isoleucine(1.31g/L) and CuSO4(0.80 g/L)) and methanol(81.5∶ 18.5).The excitation and emission wavelengths were 330 nm and 504 nm,respectively.The flow rate was 0.8 mL/min.Results:Under the selected chromatography conditions,the enantiomers of ofloxacin coμLd could be separated and the resolution was higher than 1.5.The linear range of both S-(-)-and R-(+)-ofloxacin was 0.08~20 μg/mL(r values were 0.994 5 and 0.994 7 respectively);The minimal detection limits of them were 4 ng/ml;The mean extraction recoveries of them were 89.77% and 88.07%;The mean recoveries of them were 97.19 % and 98.39%;The daily RSDs were 2.9% and 3.0% respectively;And the between-day RSDs were 2.0% and 2.2%.Conclusion:The method is simple,sensitive and precise in the pretreatment of the bio-samples.It can be suggested to determine S-(-)-and R-(+)-ofloxacin in serum,respectively.

根据现代分析化学技术的发展及其对教学所提出的要求,结合检验专业的特点,从教材内容、教学手段和教学方法等方面进行教学改革探讨。在教学实践中,注重检验专业特点,不断更新及拓展分析化学教学内容;构建科学的教学模式,采用先进的PBL教学法,推广案例教学法,提高教学质量;充分利用丰富的多媒体教学手段,借助仿真技术,加深学生对分析化学的感性认知,改善教学效果;切实加强教师自身素质建设。
目的:了解新生的个人情况,更好地进行教学和学生管理工作。方法:山西职工医学院在药学系2009级和2010级大专新生中发放调查问卷,并进行统计分析。结果与结论:总体上农村生源多于城市,独生子女很少;学生兴趣广泛,应针对学生的特点采取适宜的教学和管理方法。
我国对职业技术教育的高度重视,为高职高专的长足发展提供了良好的契机。本文结合高职高专药学教育的特点以及笔者的教学实践,对高职高专药学专业仪器分析课的教学方法改革进行了探讨。
OBJECTIVE To set up a new method to quickly determine Levofloxacin in human plasma by SPE and RP-HPLC with fluorescence detection.METHODS To extract the Levofloxacin in human plasma by SPE with C18 SPE column,then to determine the quantities of the Levofloxacin by RP-HPLC.The chromatography column used was a ODS-BP column(5 μm,250 mm×4.6 mm).And the mobile phase was made up of the water solution(including L-isoleucine(1.31 g·L-1) and CuSO4(0.80 g·L-1) and methanol(80:20).The excitation and emission wavelengths were 280 nm and 504 nm.The flow rate was 0.8 mL·min-1.RESULTS The linear range of the method was 1.0 ~20 μg·mL-1,and r value was 0.9976;the detection limits was 1 ng·mL-1(S:N=3:1);and the extraction recovery and the method recovery were 89.12% and 109.47% respectively;the within-day RSD was 3.2%;the between-day RSD was1.4%.CONCLUSION The method is simple in the pretreatment of the bio-samples;it's sensitive and precise.And it can be applied to rapid determinations of Levofloxacin.
随着医药科技的高速发展,成人药学教育水平的提高成为当务之急。结合成人药学本科教育的特点,对21世纪成人药学本科药物分析课的教学方法改革进行探讨,结合教学提出几点见解。
成人医学教育是医疗机构在职人员所进行的继续教育.成人医学教育的对象,普遍年龄偏大,知识水平参差不齐,要面临工作、学习、家庭生活等多方面压力,精力易分散,记忆力较差.而仪器分析学内容繁多,实验仪器结构复杂,原理抽象,成人学生学习该课程更为困难,大大影响了教学效果,也为教学工作提出了更高要求.所以,医学成人教育中仪器分析学教学方法的改革势在必行.
