: Based on the current situation and main problems of cyberspace security in China, this paper proposes that cyberspace security should shift its focus from an emergency-based approach to a response-based approach. Some transformation strategies are proposed, including three aspects: cyberspace security monitoring capacity, cyberspace security guarantee capacity, and talent construction capacity.
目的:进一步观察自制虹膜钩在虹膜根部离断修复术中的效果。方法在与角膜缘成直角处,做一个辅助切口,注入黏弹剂,并根据根部断离的范围,确定手术切口的大小,并在虹膜根部断离处做一个很小的隧道切口,同时在位于虹膜根部离断范围内会逐段切开、逐段缝合,缝合点间距大约30°。使用自制的虹膜钩将虹膜组织勾取离断,将拉至角膜缘切口的位置,并用尼龙线在虹膜根部约0.5 mm处经角膜切口前唇进行缝合,最后穿过角膜切口后唇部位出针、结扎直至缝合。虹膜钩应采用1 mL或2 mL的一次性注射器针头根据手术中具体发生情况进行制作。结果根部虹膜组织离断部分的得到了良好修复,重新恢复了瞳孔应有形态,最终提高了视力。结论自制的虹膜钩可以精确的勾取离断部分的虹膜组织,从而简单、准确、易行,有效的恢复瞳孔,从而提高视觉功能。
目的:探讨超声乳化联合小梁切除术治疗青光眼合并白内障方法的可行性和治疗效果。方法将我院2013年7月至2013年12月住院的50例青光眼合并白内障患者行病灶超声乳化吸除联合人工晶体植入再联合小梁切除术的三联疗法,术后3个月对患者的视力、眼压、滤过泡等指标进行评估。结果平均眼压由术前的(28.55±2.45)mmHg降低至术后(15.34±3.25)mmHg;平均视力由术前的(0.19±0.03)提升至0.39±0.11;患者的前房深度也由术前的(1.27±0.43)mm增加为(3.45±0.35)mm;以上数据前后二者对比均呈现显著性差异。且患者病眼已具备一定的滤过功能。结论用超声乳化联合小梁切除术该法治疗青光眼合并白内障可有效提高患者视力,降低患者眼压,改善患者病情。
With the development of the internet and peripheral network products, information security draw more and more attention, after the outbreak of the prism, the national information security is not only caused the attention of world leaders, has attracted wide attention from people around the world. The security challenges in the new network security threats which our country was facing were analyzed and recommendations for future network development in China in the field of information security were put forward.
探讨 Medpor 骨板在眼眶爆裂性骨折修复术中的应用价值。方法选取我院32例以 Medpor 作为填充材料行眼眶爆裂性骨折修复术的患者,术后观察3~12个月,评价其疗效。结果在32例患者中,14例为单纯眶内壁骨折,7例为单纯眶下里骨折,11例为眶内壁及下壁骨折。手术治疗后25例患者痊愈,占78.12%;7例患者为好转,占21.88%,总有效率为100%。结论 Medpor 采用骨板作为填充材料在眼眶爆裂性骨折修复术中具有安全可靠、方法简便的特点,具有临床重大价值。
威胁是一种对特定系统、组织及其资产造成破坏的潜在因素,反映的是攻击实施者依照其任务需求对被攻击对象长期持续地施以各种形式攻击的过程.面对高级可持续威胁(advanced persistent threat,APT),在其造成严重经济损失之前,现有的安全架构无法协助防御者及时发现威胁的存在.在深入剖析威胁的外延和内涵的基础上,详细探讨了威胁防御模型.提出了一种应对APT攻击的安全防御理论架构:异常发现,以立足解决威胁发现的难题.异常发现作为防御策略和防护部署工作的前提,通过实时多维地发现环境中存在的异常、解读未知威胁、分析攻击实施者的目的,为制定具有针对性的应对策略提供必要的信息.设计并提出了基于异常发现的安全体系技术架构:"慧眼",通过高、低位协同监测的技术,从APT攻击的源头、途径和终端3个层面监测和发现.
Network’s integration has become the trend of the future development of information technology, and the character of the integration network is different from traditional network. Network threats develop from stragglers random attack toward purposeful, organized, premeditated groups attack , forming the APT attack. These new changes have made the traditional defense difficult to effectively resist the new threat. Therefore, in the confrontation, we must change our thinking,and taking on new forms.
APT attacks have become a hot spot, the character of which unlike traditional network attacks, that brings great challenges to the existing ideas and ability of security.To respond new threats, we need new ideas. This paper analyzes the nature of APT, its challenges and the existing security measures, and then some new ideas were introduced.
Along with the rapid development of mobile network, the botnet is shifting from traditional network to mobile one. The mobile botnet has already become a focus of future internet security. With wide application of the social network and with its characteristics of real-time, asynchronous and loose coupling communication, the mobile internet becomes a more controllable and more concealed information platform carrier for the mobile botnet. The paper puts forward a mobile botnet based upon the social network control. The Botmaster controls the entire botnet through public servers. At the logic level of the servers, the botnet displays a structure of P2P with multi-accounts and the topological structures of the botnet can be decided by the BotMaster itself. Based on this, the author puts forward two common algorithm for network topologies according to real application environment, and with simulation analysis, the author proves the SNS(Social Network Service)-control-based mobile botnet is superior with its invisibility, robustness and flexibility.

In Internet of things,the control loop of industrial Ethernet and real-time Ethernet is easily exploited by hackers for malicious attacks,causing serious security incidents in the physical world;a universal control system model(IoTC) was put forward by analysing the working principle of the control system in IoT,on which some disturbing factors the system faces were discussed;for the disturbing factors in the system,one universal control system security model(S-IoTC) was given,adding security authentication module in responding disturbing factor to achieve secure system;the components,safety justice and typical realization process of S-IoTC were also described in detail at last.
对现有僵尸网络的防御已取得很大成效,但僵尸网络不断演变进化,尤其在三网融合不断推进的背景下,这给防御者带来新的挑战.因此,预测未来僵尸网络以及时应对,非常必要.提出了一种基于冗余机制的多角色P2P僵尸网络模型(MRRbot),该模型引入虚壳僵尸终端,能够很大程度上验证僵尸终端的软硬件环境,增强其可信度和针对性;采用信息冗余机制和服务终端遴选算法,使僵尸终端能够均衡、高效地访问服务终端,提高命令控制信道的健壮性和抗毁性,对MRRbot的可控性、时效性和抗毁性进行了理论分析和实验评估,并就其健壮性与前人工作进行了比较,结果表明,MRRbot能够高效下发指令,有效对抗防御,更具威胁.探讨了可能的防御策略,提出基于志愿者网络的防御体系.
目的:探讨白内障摘除治疗青光眼的疗效。方法:回顾分析2007-2009年收治的原发性闭角型青光眼伴白内障者36例(40只眼)行白内障摘除并小梁切除手术的临床资料。结果:患者术后视力恢复良好,眼压控制有效,视力得到明显改善,滤过泡功能良好。结论:白内障摘除术治疗青光眼术后白内障安全、有效,适合基层医院推广应用。
目的:探讨应用经巩膜睫状体光凝治疗晚期青光眼的疗效及安全性.方法:晚期青光眼患者64例共64只眼,随机平分成两组,治疗组采用经巩膜集中强化睫状体光凝,对照组采用传统的经巩膜均匀分散睫状体光凝治疗.结果:两组患者术前术后眼压与视力提高比较有显著性差异,治疗组疗效明显好于对照组,两组并发症相比无显著性差异.结论:半激光经巩膜集中强化睫状体光凝是治疗晚期青光眼有效且更安全的治疗方法,值得临床推广.
移动互联网的发展为传统的僵尸网络向移动互联网蔓延提供了条件,移动僵尸网络开始出现。为在未来的攻防战争中取得先机,本文从攻击者角度出发,结合移动僵尸网络的发展趋势,以Android系统为平台对移动僵尸网络构建的关键技术进行了研究,提出了一种基于Android系统的移动僵尸网络模型。该模型以社会工程学手段作为僵尸程序的主要传播途径,采用基于中心结构和SMS-HTTP协议的C&C(命令控制信道)方案,设计并实现了一个智能僵尸程序模型,用以提高整个僵尸网络的健壮性,同时,本文还系统分析了移动僵尸网络的应用场景,最后对此类移动僵尸网络的防御手段进行了讨论。
