The PC client of the earthquake early warning demonstration system is introduced including its message definition, transport protocol, software process, and technique implementation. The main technical methods, principle of each part and other details of the PC client are also introduced and the source code of the related modules is provided. The introducing may improve the operation of the earthquake early warning system, offer reference for the maintenance and special research and development of other networks.
Using Three-component broadband digital waveform data from Hebei Digital Seismograph Net-work,we inversed the seismic moment tensor of Hebei Zhuolu M4.3 earthquake on September 6,2014 in time domain,obtain the optimum solution at the depth of 14km.The results show that the Variance (VR) is 92.2,the Double-couple (Pdc) value is 88,the Compensation linear vector dipole(CLVD) is 12 and the Residual/double-couple (RES/Pdc) is 9.54 × 10-12.The focal mechanism solution is of right-lateral strike-slip type which is consistent with the result from grid method.The seismogenic structure of the earth-quake is discussed combining with geological data and background tectonic of the Zhuolu area.

收集了记录河北赞皇震群的固定台站和2个流动台站的震相观测数据,提取P波、S波走时信息,采用多台和达法计算了震群的波速比,发现波速比在该震群中最大的6月3日M3.2地震前后变化稍大,其余时间基本在均值±0.04范围内波动,波速比经历了低值异常—回升—下降—加速回升—下降的变化.

Based on the interactive analysis of the G-R relationship, the spatial and temporal distribution of Mc, which determine the starting time of a complete catalog of different magnitude limit of Hebei Province are studied. It is found that the earthquake catalog above ML2.7 of Tangshan old earthquake zone since 1970 is more complete.
针对当前地震台站的特点,提出一种基于JB35GSM模块的远程监控系统,介绍该系统的设计与实现方法,给出系统构成图及主要硬件电路.实践证明,该系统为地震专业设备的可靠运行和及时维护提供保障和依据.
Based on P and S wave travel times of local,regional and far earthquakes recorded on 115 station distributed in capital area and Handan network in Hebei Province,P and S wave velocity structures beneath Taihangshan tectonic belt and areas at its east were obtained in the depth of 300km by seismic tomography technology.The results show that,there exists obviously transversal unhomogeneous in upper mantle velocity profiles along Taihangshan tectonic belt,where its southern,middle and northern segments exhibits their different structure features.Beneath the area at the east of Taihangshan,the lithosphere is thin,and the asthenosphere here is at the depth of about 80km.But under the depth of 180km,the P wave velocity structures show large differences in S wave velocity structures,in which at the east area of North China there presents mainly high P wave velocity,while S wave velocity maintains relatively low in most areas of North China basins although the low velocity media is cut by high velocity bodies.The deep structures demonstrate that,the middle segment of Taihangshan had been affected strongly by the lithospheric thinning in North China,and its velocity structure is much consistent with that beneath the basins.While the tectonic activity in southern segment was controlled apparently by shallow faults,but the upper mantle may maintain the character of old orogen with thick lithosphere and more high velocity media in upper mantle.The northern segment of Taihang belt,located at the boundary of multi-tectonic area,is complicated in velocity structure,and part low velocity region may be connected with mantle upwelling.
Based on digital seismic waveform data from Hebei seismic network,source spectrum parameters of 62 small and moderate earthquakes form December 2008 to April 2010 are derived,the seismic moment M0 and moment magnitude Mw of the earthquakes are calculated.The relational expression between body wave magnitude ML and moment magnitude Mw of local earthquake are obtained using orthogonal regression method.
The time sequence corresponding between seismic precursor information and strong earthquakes activity or symmetry and stuffing phenomenon of field and sourse associating for earthquake frequency in world from Jan.2001 to Aug.2007 were disscussed by the view eyeshot.The result shows,the expectant aim can't be come true using preterit methods.The reason may be category of preterit whole view is smaller than world,it belong to territorial concept.
The crustal and mantle shear wave velocity structures 100km beneath Taihang Mountain and its neighboring areas were calculated with pure S wave inversion and T function method.The results show that there is obvious difference in the crust and mantle structures at the southern,middle and northern part of Taihang tectonic zone.In the southern segment,Xingtai and Handan region,there is a 10km low velocity layer in the lower crust.In the middle segment,Shijiazhuang to Baoding region,the crustal structures near the mountain is relatively steady,but it becomes complicated toward to the basin.The northern segment,Beijing area,which is the crossing region of Taihang and Yanshan tectonic belt,shows an unstable state.Some alternated layers with high and low velocity appear in the middle and lower crust of the segment.The eastern boundary of Taihang tectonic belt is the seismically active belt-Hebei plain seismic belt.Compared the velocity structures with the distribution of earthquakes,it is found that the characteristic in the distribution of small earthquakes on different segment is closely related to the low velocity layer or unstable structures.Combined with upper mantle velocity structures beneath this area,it is thought that,the middle segment of Taihang Mountain may be correlated to the large scale lithospheric thinning activity in North China since Mesozoic and Cenozoic,while beneath the southern and northern segments,the mantle media is active at present time,and tectonic activity is stronger.
By selecting 64 events in quick report for strong earthquakes recorded on Hebei Digital Telemeter Seismic Network from Nov 2001 when the network began to work to June 2004, the errors between magnitude on one station and its average value from many stations are calculated. It is found in analysis that, measure function used at present is relatively small when epicenter distance is shorter than 70 km and longer than 390 km. It is a more simple method in quick report for strong earthquake to use directly the stations in an epicenter distance of 70-390 km when calculating the magnitude. AM is relatively stable in a average period of 0. 2 s to 0. 6 s, so wave bands with much high or low frequency should be avoided in reading the largest amplitude and period, and the stations with average period of smaller than 0.2 s and larger than 0.6 s should be abandoned in amplitude auto-reading by computer.
The magnitudes of 64 earthquakes in Hebei and its neighbouring region recorded by Hebei digital telemetered seismic network from Nov. of 2001 to May of 2004 were calculated with different method, and compared with the national monthly catalogue and the catalogue from national basic network. Through comparison we found the velocity magnitude determined from the maximum product method, which read the amplitude of S wave in 2 horizontal directions and its corresponding cycle by computer automatically, is relatively stable. For its small divagation and easy to calculate, it meets the need to determine magnitude effectively in quick report of strong earthquake.
The power spectra and autocorrelation function of the ground microtremor records in Zhangjiakou and Xinglong Seismostation are calculated. The results show that there are 4 peak values in the microtremor spectra of Xinglong Seismostation (0.3Hz, 3Hz, 8Hz,15Hz) and 3 peak values in Zhangjiakou Seismostation (0.3Hz, 3Hz, and 15Hz). The autocorrelation function in the UD direction of Xinglong station showed a typical red noise shape, but its EW direction showed negative correlation, which may be the affection of slantwise pulsation that acts on only in horizontal direction. Small instrumental interference signal is hard to distinguish, whether is from pulse calibration or seismic waves, but it is easy in spectral analysis of ground microtremor. The predominant cycle of ground microtremor in the two stations, which concentrated basically in 0.3s, was relatively stable.
利用遗传算法反演华北中北部地区27个地震震源谱的低频水平、拐角频率和25个台站的场地响应.具体方法是利用研究区的平均衰减模型对记录谱进行路径校正,然后假定每一个地震的ω2模型,调整低频水平和拐角频率使所有台站场地响应的标准偏差最小,最后给出参与计算的每个台站的场地响应.结果表明,17个基岩台中11个台的场地响应在1~20Hz范围内接近1,6个基岩台的场地响应部分频段放大或缩小3倍以上.8个井下摆台站的场地响应形态相同,表现为低频放大,高频部分迅速衰减.地震矩与震级的关系为logM0=17.1+1.13ML,地震矩与震源半径的关系为logM0=19.4+0.0052r.
Based on 259 horizontal-component digital seismograms recorded on 25 stations of HebeiTelemetered Network, the attenuation model and medium quality factor Q(f)=420. 8f~(0.384) of S-wave inCentral and North area of North China are obtained by using a trilinear geometrical spreading model andGA. It is shown that Q(f) in Central and North area of NorthChina is similar to that in Guangdong. Trilinear geometrical spreading model of NorthChina indicates that at a distance less than 50 km, cor-responding to attenuation of the direct wavel amplitudes decay slightly and more rapidly than 1/R. Be-tween 50 and 83 km, where the direct wave is joined by SmS, spectral amplitudes are approximately con-stant. Beyond 83 km, corresponding to the Lg phase, amplitudes decay at a rate that is consistent withR~(-0.5). The result shows that postcritical reflections from the Moho discontinuity play an important role indetermining the shape of the attenuation curve.
选用了张家口台记录的P波三分向的初动振幅,计算其出射角及方位角的大小.研究了1999年3月11日张北5.6级地震前出射角与方位角出现的异常变化,并对地震前异常现象进行了初步讨论.
计算了1991年~1999年发生在北纬39°00'~42°00',东经112°30'~116°00'范围内的ML≥2.0级地震的波速比,分析了张北6.2级地震前后源区与场区波速比的时空变化特征及其差异,发现6.2级地震前源区和场区波速比在时间分布上都出现较明显的低值异常:下降-低值-平静-恢复-发震过程。在空间分布上低值异常比较集中和同步。对计算结果进行了t检验,源区与场区波速比的时空变化及t检验表明6.2级地震前源区与场区波速比异常非常明显,场区1995年开始出现波速比在正负之间比较大的变化后持续低值。6.2级地震后源区和场区的波速比计算结果一致,时空变化均为正常。
本文选取阳原台DD-2型地震仪在1998-1999年间记录清晰、可靠的50次张北地震和记录到Pn震相的25次地震资料.通过计算,得到京西北地区直达波的平均传播速度为:Vpg=5.99km/s,Vsg=3.47km/s,平均波速比Vpg/Vsg=1.73,京西北地区的地壳厚度为41Km.
