本文分析了赤峰市松山区农用地0~20 cm耕层土壤肥力状况及重金属污染特征.结果表明:调查区域土壤呈弱碱性;有机质平均含量为10.13 g/kg,含量总体偏低,处于缺乏状态;碱解氮含量处于缺乏状态;有效磷、速效钾平均含量分别为21.70、187.00 mg/kg,总体上处于含量丰富水平;容重偏高,土壤较致密;土壤重金属污染指数处于无污染状态.
为明确赤峰市设施蔬菜肥料施用现状,对赤峰市典型设施农业区20个种植户进行了施肥情况调查.结果表明:赤峰市设施农业有机肥投入量偏高,化肥以基施为主,土壤养分投入过量现象严重;黄瓜、番茄、辣椒按N:P2O5:K2O=1.00:0.49:1.09的养分比例投入较为适中;施入土壤的养分总量远超过各自推荐施肥量,养分减施潜力较大.赤峰市设施蔬菜应大力推广测土配方施肥技术,实现资源节约型、环境友好型现代化高效农业.
In order to study the 4 different sowing dates on the yield of millet and the main characters of influence, 5 varieties and 4 sowing dates were selected and arranged randomly. Each treatment was repeated 3 times. Determine the growth period, yield and agronomic characters, and determine the best sowing date.The results showed that the yield of millet sown on May 16 th was the highest in Chifeng, and sown on May 29 th was the lowest. With the delay of sowing date, the yield of all varieties decreased. The yield of different varieties of millet decreases with the delay of sowing date. Determining the appropriate sowing date was very important to make full use of natural conditions such as water, heat and light, so that the growth and development of millet was consistent with the local natural climate characteristics, and to improve the yield of millet.The best millet sowing in May 16 th before and after appropriate in Chifeng.
建立了从土壤中同时提取甲草胺、乙草胺和丁草胺并采用气相色谱法测定的分析方法.采用丙酮-石油醚(2:1,V/V)为提取液,经弗罗里矽硅土固相萃取柱净化,超声30 min、振荡10 min.测定结果显示,甲草胺、乙草胺、丁草胺的保留时间分别为16.333,16.019,20.249 min;线性相关系数>0.9990;6个平行样品在0.10,0.50,0.90 mg/kg的添加水平回收率在84.9%~101.0%之间;对3种酸碱度不同的土壤样品进行了重复测定,得到相对标准偏差(RSD)在0.88%~4.3%之间.方法的检出限分别为甲草胺300 ng/kg,乙草胺400 ng/kg,丁草胺400 ng/kg.定量限分别为甲草胺3.3μg/kg,乙草胺3.9 μg/kg,丁草胺3.9 μg/kg.方法可同时检测土壤中甲草胺、乙草胺、丁草胺残留量.
建立气相色谱法同时测定禾谷类农作物中甲草胺、乙草胺和丁草胺3种酰胺类除草剂的分析方法.谷物样品用乙腈、氯化钠超声提取,用弗罗里矽硅土固相萃取柱净化,提取液经0.22μm有机滤膜过滤,以气相色谱(ECD检测器)检测.结果表明,甲草胺、乙草胺和丁草胺的质量浓度在0.1~2.0 mg/L范围内与色谱峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数分别为0.9998,0.9998和0.9996,检出限分别为0.0018,0.0017和0.0013 mg/kg,定量限分别为0.0055,0.0051和0.0040 mg/kg.在加标水平为0.4,2.0和3.6 mg/kg时,3种酰胺类除草剂的平均回收率为90.7%~104.8%,相对标准偏差为0.61%~3.97%(n=6).该方法准确,灵敏,操作简单,适用于禾谷类农作物中甲草胺、乙草胺和丁草胺残留量的同时测定.

Taking "Chijie No.1"as experimental material,the effect of potassium fertilizers on yield and quality of B.jucea var.megarrhiza Tsen et Lee were studied.The results showed that in a certain range,yield increased with the raising of potassium application rate,the application of potassium caused the increase of the contents of soluble sugar,amino acids,the ratio of soluble sugar to total sugar and the ratio of soluble sugar to total acid increased,the cellulose contents decreased,and the suitable potassium application rate was 15kg/667m2 for production.
In this paper,the structure of the greenhouse,the utilization of new varieties,the new technique and the applications of new achievement in Chifeng are investigated.The investigation summarizes the current application situation of Facility Agriculture technology achievement and makes recommendations for the present existing problems to promote faster and better development of the Facility Agriculture in Chifeng.

<正>近年来,内蒙古赤峰市设施蔬菜产业发展迅猛。据统计,到2011年末,赤峰市蔬菜面积近7万公顷,其中设施农业面积达4.73万公顷,年总产蔬菜45亿千克,实现总产值83亿元,设施蔬菜生产已成为振兴农业和农村经济、稳定增加农民收入的重要产业之一。但是,当地设施蔬菜栽培品种仍以露地品种为主,缺乏适合设施栽培的专用品种,这已经成为设施蔬菜产业进一步发展的重要限制因素。
