设有活动器材的运动场地通常要求依据安全下落高度来设计活动器材的安装高度.临界跌落高度与地面材料的硬度、缓冲度有极大关系.目前,运动地面铺设材料普遍采用运动地坪代替传统水泥地面,运动地坪具有一定的缓冲性,有利于防止跌落造成损伤.运动地坪包含全塑型运动地坪、混合型运动地坪、现浇型运动地坪、预制型运动地坪、人造草运动地坪等.本文通过不同的下落高度试验,以拟合曲线方式得到临界跌落高度,以此对不同类型的运动地坪的临界跌落高度性能进行对比研究.

由于人造草坪具有更耐磨、易打理、使用寿命长等优点,越来越多的足球场选用其替代天然草坪来进行场地铺装.人造草坪分为免填充型人造草和填充型人造草.填充型人造草需搭配一定填充比的石英砂和弹性颗粒,并配有弹性垫,以达到不同效果的运动性能,匹配不同功能的足球场.本文探究填充不同配比的石英砂和弹性颗粒对填充型人造草坪冲击吸收、垂直变形性能的影响.结果表明,当配有弹性垫的人造草坪填充石英砂25kg/m2、弹性颗粒8kg/m2时,其运动性能较好.
酚醛泡沫以甲阶酚醛树脂为主要原料,由于其优异的保温和阻燃性能在保温领域具有广阔的应用前景.但是,酚醛泡沫在成型过程中通过酸性(催化)固化剂固化成型,金属材料与泡沫体接触时容易受到腐蚀.为了降低金属被腐蚀的可能性,在不影响酚醛泡沫其他优良性能的前提下,通过选择合适的碱性填料、用酯固化作用取代酸固化剂、合成吸酸剂等方法降低酚醛泡沫的酸性.
针对塑胶运动场地面层中短链氯化石蜡(SCCPs)含量的测试,本文通过电子捕获负化学离子源-气相色谱-质谱法(ECNI-GC-MS)对萃取液净化方式的选择和中链氯化石蜡(MCCPs)可能导致的干扰进行了分析,并对测试方法进行了详细验证.研究显示,样品萃取液采用浓硫酸净化方式的平均回收率可达90%以上,且样品中可能存在的MCCPs对测试结果无干扰;方法标准工作曲线线性良好,方法检出限为0.028 g·kg-1,定量限为0.1 g·kg-1,重复性试验相对标准偏差RSD(n=6)在3.0%-5.O%之间,加标回收率在90%-105%之间.

At present, there are many types of waterproof coiled materials on the market, the performance of which is different, and the quality is uneven. The article mainly studied the SBS modified bituminous sheet materials and the polyethylene polypropylene fiber composite waterproof coiled materials, and compared the composition and performance of these two types of materials. At the same time, combined with their application status and deficiencies, some suggestions were provided for construction selecting materials.
With the development of economy and the improvement of living quality, the quality of the construction project has been got more and more attention. The Waterproofing Rolled Material has been regarded as the first barrier to the construction project, of which the quality cannot be ignored. The development of building waterproof material industry in recent years has been introduced in this paper. On the base of 8 years’ national supervision and spot check data, the quality status has been analyzed, and several possible reasons has been found out. Some measures and suggestions that must be taken in the work of quality supervision in the future has been suggested in this paper.
At present, GB/T28863-2012 has been implemented formally. This report analyses the principle of small probability events, it not only states the origin of the commodity quality’s supervision and sampling inspection procedures, but also it presents the scientific basis of the sampling design schemes. Introduce the specific sampling procedures of the commodity quality’s supervision and sampling inspection procedures, and the utilisation of new sampling procedure in building material. In addition, the report also explains the Applicability of new sampling procedure in building material’s supervision and inspection. It raises some view according to the actual usage.
At present, the development of interior wall coating is rapid. However, the quality of the coating products is alarming. Through 4 years spot test on 230 interior wall coating products, some quality problems were found. This report analyzes several reasons of the low qualified rate; and requires a few ideas on the existential problems of the interior wall coating market and the entire industry.
