OBJECTIVE To cultivate the professional core competencies of the nurses in central sterile supply de‐partment (CSSD) and raise the professional quality of the nurses .METHODS By means of the questionnaire sur‐vey ,the status of the training of 22 nurses who participated the Jilin CSSD nurse specialist training courses was in‐vestigated .RESULTS All of the nurses who participated the training courses passed the theoretical examination and skill assessment and acquired the specialty nurse training certificate .The specialized knowledge ,use of instru‐ments ,awareness of scientific research , and comprehensive ability of the 22 participants were improved . CONCLUSION There is a gap between the management of CSSD and the development of medical technology due to the change of professional development .The systematic special training of the CSSD nurses may raise the profes‐sional core competencies of the nurses and promote the stable development of management of CSSD .

OBJECTIVE To observe the effects of the storage and transportation of sterile items of the operating rooms and central sterile supply department after the automatic vertical lift system was adopted so as to raise the work efficiency .METHODS The difference in the management of the sterile items was observed before and after the automatic vertical lift system was applied .RESULTS The automatic vertical lift system saved 60% to 80% space of storage of the sterile items ,and the accuracy of picking up goods was improved by around 300% to 400% .The use of the software system ensured easier picking up sterile items in FIFO as well as valid date management ,the safety of storage and accuracy of extraction of the sterile items were assured ,thereby boosting the working effi-ciency ,saving resources ,reducing costs ,and being environmentally friendly as well as ensuring occupational safe-ty .The level of management of the sterile items was fundamentally enhanced .CONCLUSION The use of dynamic storage system ,automatic vertical lift system ,allows the complex storage work for the sterile items to become simple ,actualizes the effective information management for the sterile items , and make the items-picking up process convenient ,time-efficient ,accurate ,and safe .

目的探讨持续性非卧床腹膜透析(CAPD)及血液透析(HD)治疗老年慢性肾衰竭(CRF)患者的临床疗效和并发症.方法观察51例老年CRF患者在CAPD治疗前后的临床表现和生化指标,透析后腹膜特性、尿素清除指数(KT/V)、残余肾功能、主要并发症、存活率、死亡原因等,并与40例血液透析组相比较.结果两组透析后临床症状均明显好转,血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)明显下降,血红细胞、血红蛋白明显上升,其中CAPD组血红细胞、血红蛋白上升幅度明显高于HD组(P＜0.05),CAPD组1年及3年存活率高于HD组(P＜0.05),CAPD组血浆白蛋白水平显著低于HD组(P＜0.01),CAPD组残余肾功能的保护优于HD组(P＜0.01),CAPD组对毒素的清除效果高平均转运和高转运优于低平均转运和低转运,CAPD组主要并发症为营养不良、腹膜炎,HD组主要并发症为心脑血管并发症.结论老年患者由于本身存在动脉粥样硬化、高血压、冠心病、糖尿病等,作为一种替代疗法,比较适合CAPD治疗.
