In recent years, numerous botanical survey projects have been conducted across China, with accurate taxonomic identification being the primary objective of biodiversity research. Within this context, we report the discovery of Polycarpon tetraphyllum (L.) L. (Caryophyllaceae) and Arabis stelleri DC. (Brassicaceae) in Fujian, marking new records for the flora of mainland China. Furthermore, we provide detailed morphological descriptions, color photographs, and comparative taxonomic analyses with related species to scientifically substantiate the records of these two plant species.
A new species of Anacardiaceae, Toxicodendron oligophyllum S. L. Tang, Liang Ma & S. P. Chen, from eastern Fujian Province, China, is described and illustrated. Morphologically, the leaf of T. oligophyllum includes only 3–5 leaflets which is the least number in all known species of Toxicodendron. Additionally, the length of inflorescence equal to which of the leaf can also be used as a well diagnostic characters to distinguish the new species from the other Toxicodendron. The phylogeny of Toxicodendron using the nuclear ribosomal internal transcribed spacer (nrITS) and chloroplast (trnL-F) sequences was reconstructed. The result showed the new species is sister to T. sylvestre (Sieb. & Zucc.) Kuntze.
以8 a林龄野鸦椿为试验材料,在统一施用氮磷钾复合肥为基肥的基础上,分别增施硼、锌、锰微肥,探究硼、锌、锰三种微肥对野鸦椿果叶生理特性及观赏品质的影响.结果 发现:增施锰肥有利于提高野鸦椿叶片的叶绿素含量;增施微肥可提高野鸦椿的抗逆性、促进果实膨大,提高产量,但对酶活性的影响并不明显.通过评价发现施微肥有利于提高野鸦椿观赏性,提高园林景观价值,因此,在野鸦椿栽培和园林应用中可适当施用微肥.
在福建省中药资源普查及本土植物全覆盖调查中,陆续发现福建省新记录植物6种(亚种),即洪氏半边莲(Lobelia hongiana Q.F.Wang&G.W.Hu)、假半边莲[Lobelia alsinoides subsp.hancei(H.Hara)Lammers]、落地梅(Lysimachia paridiformis Franch.)、大齿马铃苣苔(Oreocharis magnidens Chun ex K.Y.Pan)、翼茎阔苞菊[Pluchea sagittalis(Lam.)Cabrera]、美洲马?儿(Melothria pendula L.).凭证标本存放于福建中医药大学标本馆.
报道福建省新记录植物4种,即四籽野豌豆[Vicia tetrasperma(L.)Schreber]、朝天委陵菜(Potentilla supina L.)、常绿悬钩子(Rubus jianensis Yu et Lu)、南岭白丝草(Chionographis nanlingensis L.Wu,Y.Tong&Q.R.Liu).凭证标本存放于福建中医药大学标本馆和上海辰山植物标本馆(CSH).
通过2017~2018年对福建省本土植物进行野外调查,发现2种木本植物新记录:薄叶红厚壳(Calophyllum membranaceum Gardn.&Champ.)和光叶紫玉盘(Uvaria boniana Finet & Gagnep.).薄叶红厚壳为藤黄科(Calophyllaceae)红厚壳属(Calo ph yllum)植物,该属为福建省新记录属;光叶紫玉盘为福建省番荔枝科(Annonaceae)紫玉盘属(Uvaria)新记录种.现予以报道,并提供相应照片及描述,此次报道丰富了福建省本土木本植物资源,凭证标本存放于福建农林大学林学院植物标本馆.
以46个主要栽培杏和野生杏种质为试材,采用对杏种质资源ITS序列的克隆和测序方法,研究了主要栽培杏种质的亲缘关系和政和杏的分类地位,以期为杏种质资源分类和遗传育种提供参考依据.结果 表明:杏种质资源具有较高的遗传多样性,中性检验显示出显著的负向选择进化模式.基于ITS序列的系统发育树表明,基于ITS序列可较好地将杏组植物划分为梅、政和杏、西伯利亚杏、普通杏和杏李5组,仁用杏与西伯利亚杏的亲缘关系更为相近.相比于普通杏,政和杏与梅的亲缘关系更为相近,应当为梅的一个变种.
The simple sequence repeat markers were used to investigate the population genetic diversity and structure of 212 germplasm samples from 14 apricot (Prunus armeniaca) populations in the western of Tien-Shan Mountains, Sinkiang, China. The relatively high expected heterozygosity and Shannon's diversity index indicated the apricot populations maintained a high level of genetic diversity (He = 0.6109, I = 1.2208), with the population in Tuergen ditch of Xinyuan County having the highest genetic diversity index. A high level of intra-population genetic differentiation (91.51%) and a lower level of inter-population genetic differentiation were occurred, as well as a moderate but steady inter-population gene flow (Nm = 2.3735). The self-incompatible pattern, wide distribution, and long-distance pollen transmission via insects and gale are the main factors underlying the genetic variation structure. The UPGMA cluster analysis and genetic structure analysis showed that apricot germplasm could be divided into two or four groups, which was basically consistent with the geographic distribution pattern. The inter-population genetic distance and geographic distance showed a significant correlation (r = 0.2658, p<0.05).
The species composition of the garden plants in Yong'an City,was analyzed and using the ex-isting data, the optimum composition of garden plants was obtained.The results indicated:(1)a total of 178 species of garden plants were recorded which belong to 125 genera and 63 families including 3 species in 3 genera and 3 families of ferns,17 species in 12 genera and 7 families of gymnosperm,111 species in 75 genera and 45 families of dicotyledon,and 47 species in 32 genera and 8 families of monocotyledon;(2)a relatively large number of single-species-single-family garden plants were found in Yong'an Park;the frequently used families are Lilyaceae,Palmaceae,Rosaceae,Magnoliaceae,Theaceae,Oleaceae;(3)South Mountain Park had the largest number of species,amounting to 129 species in 95 genera and 52 families,followed by Guishan Parkand Riverside Park had the smallest number;(4) tropical components were the main distribution types,the R/T value was 1.56 while the types endemic to China were relatively less;(5) cold damage survey showed that Yong'An garden plants had a cold damage rate of 37.08% and a severe cold damage rate of 14.61%;Nanshan Park had the highest severe cold damage rate of 17.05%;(6) the properties of the species with severe cold damage suggested that the exotic evergreen tropical species were easier to be attacked by cold stress and this fact would be helpful to the selection of garden species.The study discovered that the proportions of native spe-cies,colorful species,vine species,endemic species were small,ability of cold tolerance needed enhancement. Some measures are suggested for the optimization of the garden species composition in Yong' an City.
The species diversity of Cyclobalanopsis gilva natural small populations and the niche characteristics of dominant tree species were analyzed by using the method of biological community diversity and niche calculation method. The results showed that there were 24 species of tree species in the arbor layer, 19 species of the shrub layer and 11 species of herbaceous layer. The important value of C. gilva arbor layer was the highest, which was the main constructive and dominant species, with the largest niche breadth. The adaptability of arbor tree species to the environment was consistent.
为了解赤皮青冈的群落结构,预测其群落动态变化,对福建建瓯上元村赤皮青冈人工混交林进行植被调查,以物种丰富度、多样性指数、优势度指数和均匀度指数作为多样性测度指标对样地进行统计分析,采用Levins测度式和Lotka-Voherra竞争模型研究群落中优势树种的竞争关系.结果表明:样地内共有乔木20种,612株;灌木35种,249株;草本33种,1 364株;群落中灌木层物种丰富度最高,多样性指数、优势度指数和均匀度指数均为草本层>灌木层>乔木层;赤皮青冈在与杉木、栲树、木荷间的竞争均处于劣势地位,与钩栲、白花泡桐、青冈、木油桐间的竞争占优势.
该文对福州市的森林景区进行了调查分析,综合福州各森林景区共有1 835种民族资源植物(95科/473属),可分为25类.建立了福州市民族植物旅游开发优先度评价体系,并以北峰皇帝洞景区为例,对其旅游线路上民族植物评价,排名前3位的为磨芋、石菖蒲、香樟.并且提出了开发途径,为福州民族植物旅游开发提供依据.
In order to understand avian diversity of Fuzhou Airport ,as well as rate hazardous level of different species ,general data of avian number,variety,living habit and characteristics were observed and collected in this research.The avian of Fuzhou civil airport in different seasons and habitats were surveyed and analyzed.The results show that:there are large varieties of birds ( from 10 orders and 23 families) in this area.A total of 76 avian species belonging to 23 families and 10 orders were recorded.First of all,the type and quantity of birds in spring and winter are both more than the autumn and summer seasons.Secondly ,in the case of diversity ,bird species observed in spring are substantially higher than the other seasons.On the other hand ,evenness index in autumn is the high-est.The arbor-grassland habitat is the most suitable area for birds ,therefore it is the key area of bird strike.According to risk level , 11 species were categorized as catastrophic hazard ,9 species as serious hazard ,18 species as substantial hazard and 38 species as minor hazard.
经济的迅猛发展和人们生活水平的改善,市场对珍贵树种木材的需求与日俱增.福建省是中国林业发展最具活力的地区之一,历年对珍贵用材树种的培育尤为重视.为促进当地珍贵用材树种的发展,选择61种适宜福建省发展造林的珍贵用材树种,根据木材性质将其分为重硬木、硬木、轻细木3大类.利用层次分析法建立优先发展造林的评价体系,从材性、价值、适育性3大方面细化指标进行评分,计算出每个树种总得分,并按分值确定优先名次,排名较前的有铁刀木、格木、桃花心木、红花天料木、黄檀等树种,以此作为福建省珍贵用材树种造林的选择依据.
