目的:探讨银离子藻酸盐敷料对不同类型手术切口的影响.方法:共选取患者100例,对照组50例,给予普通无菌敷料治疗.其中Ⅰ类切口(清洁切口)5例,Ⅱ类切口(清洁-污染切口)7例,Ⅲ类切口(污染切口)38例.实验组50例患者采用银离子藻酸盐敷料治疗,其中Ⅰ类切口(清洁切口)5例,Ⅱ类切口(清洁-污染切口)7例,Ⅲ类切口(污染切口)38例.比较两组患者的感染情况、愈合时间及视觉模拟评分(VAS),观察换药过程中的疼痛情况.结果:(1)Ⅰ类切口两组感染率均为0,组间无差异(P>0.05);Ⅱ类、Ⅲ类切口对照组感染率明显高于观察组(P<0.05);(2)Ⅰ类切口两组愈合时间差异不显著(P>0.05);Ⅱ类、Ⅲ类切口愈合时间对照组明显长于观察组(P<0.05);(3)Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类、Ⅲ类切口 VAS评分观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:银离子藻酸盐敷料对伤口感染有显著效果,特别是在Ⅱ类、Ⅲ类切口中,不仅可以缓解疼痛,还可以降低伤口感染率,缩短伤口愈合时间.
目的:探讨银离子藻酸盐敷料对术后切口感染的应用效果.方法:将80例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组在常规清创后应用银离子藻酸盐敷料,而对照组在常规清创后采用利凡诺敷料,观察两组患者的换药次数和切口完全愈合时间.结果:与对照组相比观察组的换药次数为(27±8.49)次,切口完全愈合时间为(16.58±6.57)d,明显缩短,二者相比有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:银离子藻酸盐敷料具有良好的控制伤口感染及促进伤口愈合的作用,使用银离子藻酸盐敷料处理感染伤口的换药能够缩短住院天数,减少换药次数及费用.
Objective To explore the correlation between the expression of Serine/arginine rich splicing factor1 (SRSF1) and Apoptosis inhibition factor (BIRC5) and the occurrence and development of gastric cancer, and provide new target for early warning of metastasis, recurrence and prognosis of gastric cancer.Methods 60 gastric cancer tissue specimens and the corresponding para-carcinoma tissue specimens were detected using RT-PCR (reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction) and Western blotting (Western blot) for the levels of expression of SRSF1 and BIRC5.The relationship between the expression levels of these two proteins and clinical pathological features of the cancer were analyzed.Results The positive expression rate of SRSF1 was 75.0% (45/60) in gastric carcinoma vs 8.3% (5/60) in para-carcinoma tissue, while that of BIRC5 was 81.7% (49/60) in cancer tissue vs 11.7% (7/60) in para-carcinoma tissue.The expressions of SRSF1 mRNA and BIRC5 mRNA in gastric cancer tissue had no connection with age, gender and tumor location, but with the clinical TNM staging, tumor differentiation and lymph node metastasis.The positive expressions of BIRC5 mRNA and SRSF1 in the cancer tissue were positively correlated (r=0.3496, P=0.0062) .The expression levels of SRSF1 protein (t=44.87, P<0.05) and BIRC5 protein (t=69.84, P<0.05) in the tumor tissue were higher than in peficancerous tissue respectively.ConclusionThe expressions of SRSF1 and BIRC5 in gastric cancer tissue significantly increase, which is positively correlated with the occurrence and development of gastric cancer.The mechanism may be related to the alternative splicing of BIRC5 fragment by SRSF1, which promotes high expression of BIRC5 gene.
Objective To examine the expressions of and correlation between MAT2A and NDRG2 genes in colorectal cancer tissue, and provide important reference for the research and treatment of colorectal cancer.Methods RT-PCR and Western blotting methods were used to detect the expressions of MAT2A and NDRG2 in 68 specimens of colorectal cancer tissue.Then the levels of MAT2A and NDRG2 expressing in colorectal cancer tissue were examined.Results The positive rate of MAT2A expressing in the 68 specimens was 66.2% (45/68), higher than that in para-carcinoma tissue (7.4%, 5/68), while the positive rate of NDRG2 was 36.8% (25/68), lower than that in para-carcinoma tissues (91.2%, 62/68).The expressions of MAT2A and NDRG2 had no significant relationships with the age, gender and location of tumor,but with the lymph node cancer staging, degree of tumor differentiation and lymphatic metastasis.The expression of MAT2A protein was higher significantly in colorectal cancer tissue than in para-carcinoma tissue (P<0.01), while that of NDRG2 protein was lower significantly in colorectal cancer tissue than in para-carcinoma tissue (P<0.01).Meanwhile, there might be a correlation between the expressions of MAT2A and NDRG2 in colorectal cancer tissue (P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of MAT2A in colorectal cancer increased, while that of NDRG2 reduced.Both of them are closely related to the occurrence and development of the tumor, which may be associated with abnormal DNA methylation, but the specific mechanism remains to be further studied.
目的:探讨姜黄素对 HT-29结肠癌细胞株中 N-myc F 下游调节基因(NDRG)2表达的影响及姜黄素不同浓度处理下 NDRG2基因表达情况。方法应用不同浓度的姜黄素干预体外培养的 HT-29细胞48 h 后,提取总 RNA,并运用 RT-PCR 技术检测姜黄素对 HT-29细胞中 NDRG2基因表达的影响。利用 RIPA 细胞裂解液提取细胞总蛋白,运用 Western 印迹技术,检测姜黄素对 HT-29细胞中 NDRG2蛋白质表达的影响。结果姜黄素不但能够在 mRNA 水平促进 HT-29细胞中 NDRG2基因的表达,且能够促进 NDRG2蛋白质的表达,且均具有统计学意义。但有效浓度范围在20~100μmol /L,且80μmol /L 效果最佳,表明姜黄素在一定浓度范围内对 NDRG2基因上调(P<0.05),RG2基因,并能有效抑制肿瘤细胞。结论姜黄素能够促进结肠癌细胞株 HT-29细胞中 NDRG2基因和蛋白的表达,且具有剂量依赖性,最佳浓度为80μmol /L。
目的:探讨筛选与胰腺癌相关的蛋白质在胰腺癌发生、发展过程中的作用。方法使用蛋白质 pathway array技术检测胰腺癌组织与正常胰腺组织内143种磷酸化和非磷酸化蛋白质的表达情况,找出其中差异表达的蛋白质。进一步采用信号传导网络分析( IPA)方法确定这些差异蛋白所涉及的信号传导通路。结果检测到12个差异表达的蛋白质,并确定了10条与胰腺癌相关的信号传导通路。结论这些差异表达的蛋白质及其涉及的信号传导通路与胰腺癌的发生、发展密切相关,对其进一步深入研究将有助于我们寻找胰腺癌诊断和治疗的靶点。
objective: To observe clinical treatment of diarrhea following radical gastrotomy microscologically . Method: Test group 27 cases of diarrhea following radical gastrotomy were treated with bacillus licheniformins capsule , 2 capsules 3 times daily. control group 27 cases of diarrhea following radical gastrotomy were treated with pipemidic acid 0. 5 g 3 times daily and observe feces times、shape and change in the ratio of coccus to bacillus after and before therapy were observed . Result:Test group total effiective rate was 93% and the better return of the feces flora to normal compared with control group. Conclusion: Bacillus licheniformins capsule is effective in the treatment of diarrhea following radical gastrotomy.
我院自1997-07~2001-09对正常人及各种胃病患者的空腹胃液唾液酸进行测定,发现胃癌患者(均经手术后病理证实)空腹胃液中唾液酸的含量明显高于正常人和其他胃病患者,有非常显著性差异(P<0.01).对胃癌的诊断有重要意义.
胆总管结石(choledocholithiasis)是临床上一种常见的疾病,结石多位于胆总管下端,一旦在Vater壶腹部发生嵌顿,就会造成胆总管梗阻从而易引起急性梗阻性化脓性胆管炎(AOSC).该病发病急、死亡率高,需给予及时正确的诊断和治疗.老年人腹肌松弛、感觉不敏锐,加之常合并其他并发症,使病情临床表现复杂,症状体征不典型,在诊治上如果处理不当极易造成严重后果.我科自2001-05~2002-09共对17例老年胆总管结石患者进行外科治疗,体会如下.
