以不添加海藻渣的成品醋糟基质为对照,将海藻渣和成品醋糟基质按不同体积比混配,设置15个处理,研究海藻渣对菠菜生长和品质的影响。结果表明,随着海藻渣用量的增加,与C K相比,除T2无变化外,各处理的混配基质容重均呈上升趋势;与C K相比,总孔隙度均有增加;通气孔隙呈增加趋势(T 1、T5除外);T 1~T7处理的持水孔隙有所增加,而T8~T14的持水孔隙有所下降;此外与CK相比,基质pH值、电导率值、总氮含量均有所增加。与CK相比,菠菜的地上部鲜质量呈先降低(T1~T6)后增加(T7~T11)再降低(T12~14)的趋势;地上部干质量与地上部鲜质量变化趋势相似;根鲜质量和根干质量变化幅度较大。当海藻渣添加量为15%时,菠菜干、鲜质量最大,产量最高;醋糟基质中添加海藻渣可明显降低菠菜中硝态氮和亚硝态氮的含量而且随着海藻渣添加量的增加而降低;添加15%海藻渣混配基质栽培菠菜可显著提高菠菜植株体内的可溶性蛋白和有机酸含量,而对可溶性糖和草酸含量影响不显著。
Through analyzing agricultural waste output,resource utilization status in Jiangsu Province,the main existing problems in agriculture waste resource utilization process were discussed,and several suggestions were put forward on resource utilization in agricultural waste.The aim is to improve the utilization efficiency and whole benefit farthest and promote the sustainable and rapid development of agriculture and the construction of ecological civilization city in Jiangsu Province.
In order to promote the pumpkin haploid breeding ,the female gametophyte formation process ,and then in vitro culture of unfertilized ovaries of Cucurbita vegetables were reviewed ,the factors affecting of cul‐ture in vitro of unfertilized ovaries ,the method of regeneration’s plant ploidy identification and haploid dou‐bling were analyzed ,then the current problems and the development prospects of unpollinated ovary in vitro culture of Cucurbita vegetables were presented .
利用40个EST-SSR标记,对100份甘蓝自交系组成的自然群体进行遗传结构分析,采用TASSEL3.0软件的GLM (general linear model)和MLM (mixed linear model)模型,对甘蓝中心柱长和中心柱长/球高比值性状进行关联分析.结果显示供试材料可分为3个亚群;EST-SSR位点间有较高的多态性和一定程度的连锁不平衡;以GLM模型分析,共检测出5个标记的7个位点与中心柱长性状相关联,2个标记的3个位点与中心柱长/球高性状相关联,其中2个位点同时与两个性状相关联;以MLM模型分析,共检测出3个标记的4个位点与中心柱长性状相关联,1个标记的2个位点与中心柱长/球高性状相关联,其中2个位点同时与两个性状相关联.GLM和MLM两种模型同时检测到了与中心柱长/球高相关联的1个标记的2个位点以及与中心柱长相关联的3个标记的4个位点.
