To establish an HPLC method for the content determination of Ferulic acid in Fuyanjing soft capsule,the sample was separated on Diamonsil C18(5μm,250×4.6 mm,5μm) column.The mobile phase consisted of methanol-1% acetic acid(35:65),the flow rate was set at 1ml·min-1,and the detective wavelength was set at 320nm.The linear range of the Ferulic acid was 0.05055~0.4044μg(r=0.9999),and the average recover was 100.4%,RSD=1.45%(N=5).This method is simple,rapid and accurate,and it can be used for the quality control of the Fuyanjing soft capsule.
Nine flavonoids were isolated and identified as luteolin (1), luteolin-4'-O-beta-D-glucoside (2), acacetin-7-O-beta-D-glucoside (3), rutin (4), acacetin (5), quercetin (6), quercetin-3-O-beta-D-glucoside (7), kaempferol-3-O-beta-D-glucoside (8), Isorhamnetin-3-O-beta-D-glucoside(9) from Lysimachia paridiformis var. stenophylla, and all these compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
Objective To study the chemical constituents in the stems and rhizomes of Sinomenium acutum.Methods Column chromatograghy on Silica gel,Rp-18 and recrystallization were applied for the isolation and purification of the constituents.The structures were elucidated by their physicochemical properties and spectral data.Results Six compounds were obtained and identified as sinomenine ①,daucosterol②,(-)-DL-syringaresinol③,syringaresinol-4′,4′-O-bis-β-D-glucoside④,syringin⑤,(+)-syringaresinol-4′-O-β-D-monoglucoside⑥.Conclusion Compounds 4,,5 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
