用乳酸处理发情通辽白绒山羊母羊,经自然交配后统计后代羔羊的性比,结果发现处理组通辽白绒山羊母羊的阴道分泌物pH值降低,怀孕率下降.羔羊中雌羔达70.37%,这结果说明乳酸可提高X型精子的受精率.
实验结果表明,用LDH(lactate dehydrogenase)处理的发情母兔,与正常公兔交配后,子代中雌仔兔数明显增多,为74.43﹪;怀孕率有所降低,畸形率略有升高,每胎产仔数无明显变化;血液中的乳酸及乳酸脱氢酶含量暂时性增多.此方法可加速优良种畜的繁殖.
The present study were designed to investigate the effect of lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) on the sex-ratio of Keerqin fine-wool sheep.Firstly, eighty sheep were divided into two groups:LPH treated group and the control group.Then each group was treated with CIDR to reach homochronous.From the fourth day after CIDR treatment, LDH solution were injected every 48 h for three times.Sheep were artificial inseminated with fresh semen after oestrum.The pH of vagina secretion were measured with PHS-3C Acidimeter.The total activity of LDH and concentration of lactic acid in blood of pregnant sheep were measured with Markert methord.The sheep pregnancy ratio, sex-ratio were also recorded.The results showed that there were no significant difference in pH of vagina secretion between the two groups(6.83 0.2 vs.7.00 0.2, P 0.05).However, the total activity of LDH, concentration of lactic acid in blood and sex radio of lamb in LDH treated group(356.5 137.0, 1.85 0.2 mmol and 0.4:1) differed significantly with those of control group(157.6 39.5, 9.64 mmol 0.2 and 1.1:1)(P 0.05).In conclusion, LDH treatment could change the the total activity of LDH, concentration of lactic acid in blood and sex radio of lamb.
实验结果表明,用乳酸处理的发情母兔,与正常公兔交配后,子代中雌仔兔数明显增多,大约为74.16﹪。怀孕率有所降低,约为83.33%。畸形率无明显变化,血液中的乳酸脱氢酶含量增多;可加速优良种畜的繁殖。
同期发情过程中,用冷冻精液对试验母羊进行人工受精,对照组母羊用新鲜的稀释后25℃保存20小时精液输精;试验所产羔羊的性别比例发生改变;处理组公羔约占60.98%,母羔约占39.02%;母羊的空怀数、空怀率均无统计学上的差异.但是,与对照组相比处理组的产羔数有所下降,下降约10%.
试验结果表明,用乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)处理的发情奶牛,人工授精后子代中母犊比率明显增多,占到72.73%,怀孕率有所降低,为73.33%,畸形率无明显变化,血液中的乳酸含量增多;此方法可加速优良种畜的繁殖。
用雌二醇对高龄种母羊进行了处理,分二组80头母羊进行了对照实验。结果表明9年以上的母羊处理的组的怀孕率为91.2%,对照组的怀孕率为77.5%,通过统计发现,处理组与对照组怀孕率有显著差异(P<0.01)。
Female yellow cattles treated by Arginine were mated with normal cattle in order to study the chang of pregnant percentage,average litter size and sex ratio of progenies.The results demonstrated that there was no significant difference in pregnant percentage,average litter size between experiment and control group.However,the arginine treating solution could inhibit the sex ratio of progenies.pH of female cattle of experiment group in Utrovagina and Urine liquid was less than that of control group.The results suggested that arginine play some roles during X-type sperm in fertilization.
利用雌二醇处理发情母羊,提高后代中公羔的比例(73.64%).对所产羔羊3月龄开始断奶育肥,育肥时间为60天,结果试验组的羔羊比对照组的羔羊平均增重15.01%,其投入产出比比对照组高出10.87%.
用促排卵2号(LRH)影响动物排卵的研究较多,但是关于LRH对动物后代性比的影响却常常被研究者所忽视.为此,我们做了一个简单试验.
控制家畜性比的实验报道很多,但是用特定的化学试剂来稳定控制家畜子代性比的研究却很少.因此开展这项试验研究并将研究成果加以推广,将会给我国畜牧业生产带来巨大的经济效益.
