文章旨在研究复合酶制剂对育肥猪生产性能、肉品质及血液生化指标的影响;试验选取活泼健康、日龄一致、体重约60kg的杜×长×大三元杂生长育肥猪180头,随机分为3个处理组(即对照组CK、试验组Ⅰ为添加植酸酶、试验组Ⅱ为添加复合酶制剂Ⅰ),每个处理组设3个重复(栏),每栏20头,公母各半,试验30d,结果显示,与对照组CK相比较,试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组的平均日增重分别提高了0.75%和8.33%,但差异不显著(>0.05);试验Ⅱ组的平均日增重比试验Ⅰ组提高7.52%,相比较差异不显著(>0.05);试验Ⅰ组的料重比比对照组CK下降1.02%,差异不显著(>0.05);试验Ⅱ组的料重比比对照组CK显著下降10.95%(<0.05);试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组猪的增加背膘量比对照组CK分别显著增加27.45%和95.90%(<0.05);各组肉色L值相比较差异不显著(>0.05);试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组的肉色a值均显著高于对照组CK(<0.05);试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组的肉色b值略高于对照组CK,相比较差异不显著(>0.05);试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组的剪切力低于对照组CK,但差异不显著(>0.05);试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组的滴水失率显著低于对照组CK(<0.05);各组总蛋白、血糖、胆固醇、尿素氮、丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶的含量相比较差异不显著(>0.05).综上所述,在育肥猪日粮中添加复合酶制剂可提高生产性能,改善肉品质,增强蛋白质代谢,降低血清总胆固醇含量,提高猪的免疫能力.
文章旨在研究水溶性大蒜素(沙克利)对奶牛泌乳生产性能、乳品质、体细胞数量及血液生化指标的影响.试验选用产奶量、泌乳天数、胎次、体重相似的健康泌乳荷斯坦奶牛共20头,分为4组,每组5头,试验为期60d.结果显示,各试验组奶牛的平均采食量与对照组CK相比有所提高,但差异不显著(P>0.05);试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组奶牛的平均产奶量与对照组CK相比较差异显著(P<0.05),试验Ⅰ组奶牛的平均产奶量相比较差异不显著(P>0.05);各试验组牛奶的乳脂率、乳蛋白率、乳糖率与对照组CK相比分别提高3.01%、8.76%、8.49%,5.37%、6.37%、5.37%和2.36%、4.14%、3.55%,且相较差异不显著(P>0.05);试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组牛奶的乳脂率、乳蛋白率与对照组CK相比较差异显著(P<0.05);各试验组牛奶的尿素氮含量和体细胞数量与对照组CK相比分别降低2.41%、6.11%、4.91%和5.56%、8.91%、8.23%,其中尿素氮含量相比较较差异不显著(P>0.05),试验Ⅰ组牛奶中体细胞数量与对照组CK相比较差异不显著(P>0.05),试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组牛奶中体细胞数量与对照组CK相比较差异显著(P<0.05);各试验组的血清中总蛋白和血清中白蛋白含量比对照组CK分别提高7.62%、8.33%、7.99%和3.18%、4.43%、4.78%,相比较差异不显著(P>0.05).
目的 分析广西不孕不育患者地中海贫血检出率及基因分布情况.方法 纳入广西各市县的16111例不孕不育患者,均行血常规及血红蛋白电泳检测后,筛查阳性者行α地中海贫血常见7种基因型及β地中海贫血常见17种点突变检测.结果 在16111例患者中,共检出地中海贫血3282例,总检出率为20.37%.共检出α地中海贫血2322例,检出率为14.41%,常见的基因型为--SEA/αα、-α3.7/αα、αCSα/αα和-α4.2/αα;共检出β地中海贫血960例,检出率为5.96%,常见的基因型为βCD41/42/βN、βCD17/βN和β-28/βN;共检出αβ复合型地贫144例,检出率为0.89%,以--SEA/αα复合βCD41-42/βN、--SEA/αα复合βCD17/βN及-α3.7/αα复合βCDs41-42/βN最为常见.结论 广西不孕不育患者地中海贫血检出率较高,常见的α地中海贫血基因型为--SEA/αα、-α3.7/αα、αCSα/αα 和-α4.2/αα,常见的 β 地中海贫血基因型为 βCD41/42/βN、βCD17/βN和β-28/βN,但不孕不育人群地中海贫血检出率和基因型分布或存在地域差异与种族特征.
目的 对206例非典型地中海贫血患者进行HBB(血红蛋白)基因测序,就非热点突变分布情况进行分析.方法 选取我院2012年1月至2019年1月收治的206例非典型地中海贫血患者,梳理临床资料,结合血红蛋白A2(HbA2)分布态势,借助PCR-反向斑点杂交法进行血红蛋白基因突变率统计,了解常见突变类型、占比情况.结果 HbA2分布处于2.5-3.5%之间的患者共92例,占比44.66%(92/206).HBB基因测序见非热点突变27例,占比29.35%(27/92).包括多个类型.结论 非典型地中海贫血HBB基因测序可发现非热点突变信息,类别较多且多与血红蛋白变异存在直接关联.

目的 分析卵巢血流动力学参数与卵泡输出率(FORT)的关系,探讨彩色多普勒超声在输卵管积水患者体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)辅助生殖中的应用价值.方法 选取首次接受IVF-ET助孕的239例妇女,其中121例单侧或双侧输卵管积水患者纳入积水组,118例因男方因素不孕者纳入对照组.比较两组卵巢基质动脉血流参数、FORT,并对积水组FORT的相关因素进行分析.结果 积水组卵巢基质血流搏动指数(PI)、阻力指数(RI)与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).积水组收缩期峰值流速(PSV)、FORT均低于对照组(均P<0.05).积水组年龄与FORT呈负相关,PSV与FORT呈正相关(均P<0.05).结论 经阴道彩色多普勒超声是评估输卵管积水患者卵巢血供情况的重要手段,结合对患者FORT的评估,可有效预测卵巢反应性.
本文结合长期的乡村动物防疫工作实践,具体总结了实用高效的动物免疫接种方法及操作规程,在实践中取得明显成效,有效解决了乡村动物疫苗免疫接种过程中可能产生的免疫副反应及免疫死亡问题,并且有利于提高免疫效价.
Objective To Investigate the value of prenatal color Doppler ultrasound and hemodynamic indicator of umbilical artery applied to diagnosis of placenta accreta.Methods A total of 131 pregnant women were enrolled in the study.In the third trimester (24 to 34+6 weeks of gestational age),the subjects underwent conventional prenatal color Doppler ultrasound and Doppler spectrum of umbilical artery blood flow,then the ratio of peak systolic velocity to end diastolic velocity(S/D) was recorded.The pathologically diagnostic result was taken as gold standard,and the diagnostic efficiency of color Doppler ultrasound for placenta accreta was assessed.The correlation of umbilical artery S/D ratio with placenta accreta was analyzed.Receiver operating characteristic curve was used to analyze the diagnostic efficiency of umbilical artery S/D ratio,umbilical artery S/D ratio combined with frequency of cesarean section and placental thickness for placenta accreta.Results The pathological findings showed that 28 cases were diagnosed as placenta accreta,and 22 cases were screened out by color Doppler ultrasound. The diagnostic sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of color Doppler ultrasound were 78.57%(22/28),91.26%(94/103),70.97%(22/31) and 94.00%(94/100) respectively. The placental thickness,frequency of cesarean section,and umbilical artery S/D ratio were the independent risk factors for placenta accreta(all P<0.05). The areas under curve for umbilical artery S/D ratio alone,S/D ratio combined with frequency of cesarean section,S/D ratio combined with frequency of cesarean section and placental thickness in the diagnosis of placenta accreta were 0.708,0.861 and 0.894 respectively. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound obtains favorable application value in the diagnosis of placenta accreta.Umbilical artery S/D ratio can serve as an indicator for prenatal auxiliary diagnosis of placenta accreta,and its combination with frequency of cesarean section and placental thickness can improve the diagnostic efficiency for placenta accreta.
采用国产石墨消解仪消解土壤标样,经原子吸收分光光谱测定土壤总铬.利用建立的方法检测了土壤标样中Cr元素含量.统计实验数据显示,土壤标样的测定值没有偏离其保证值,三个土壤标样的标准偏差范围:0.22~0.69,相对标准偏差范围:0.32%~2.33%,可见用本方法消解测定土壤中的铬元素可行.
环境中的氮素既是生命元素,也是环境的主要污染因子.岩溶地区土层浅薄,缺少天然的防渗和过滤层,地表污染物很容易通过落水洞等地表岩溶形态进入含水层,因此岩溶水易受污染.近年来,随着现代农业和工业的不断发展,大量化肥、农家肥的使用,化粪池以及工业污水的任意排放,致使岩溶区地下水硝酸盐污染问题日益严重.文章以岩溶区典型地下河-官村地下河为例,分析检测不同月份地下河水中的NO3-浓度.实验结果显示,地下河水中的NO3-季节性变化明显,NO3-浓度在9月份(秋季)达到最大值3.55mg/L,最低浓度值出现在3月份(春季)1.23mg/L,极差值为2.32mg/L,秋季是春季浓度的2.88倍.
[Objective] To determine urine lead levels of 355 workers in a storage battery factory,to understand their body lead burden,to screen observation objects and provide evidence for developing effective protection measures.[Methods]Determination of the lead level in urine was based on "Dithizone Spectrophotometry for Urine Lead Determination "(WS/T17-1996),and statistical analysis was performed.[Results] Of 355 urine samples,the exceeded number was 20,with the exceeding standard rate of 5.63%;male was more than female,but with no statistical significance(P>0.05);and the exceeding standard rate was significantly different between workers of different types and different seniority(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The exceeding standard rate of urine lead was still at a high level in this factory.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the monitoring of occupational health of workers,to improve the environment of workshop,to increase the self-protection awareness of workers in production process,and protect their health.
