While organic fertilizers enhance tobacco quality and economic value, their low maturity levels often limit their effectiveness when applied within the same growing season, discouraging farmer adoption. Conventional composting methods typically require over 90 days to achieve full maturity. This study aimed to optimize composting methods and material formulations for large-scale factory production to shorten the fermentation period, enabling same-season application and benefits. Two large-scale experiments (each exceeding 100 tons) compared molecular membrane forced aeration combined with static and windrow composting against traditional windrow composting. Different material ratios of cow dung, mushroom residue, and distillery waste were also evaluated. Results showed that the optimized method, utilizing molecular membrane technology and adjusted material ratios, reduced the composting time from over 90 days to 60 days. The optimal formula consisted of cow dung, mushroom residue, and distillery waste at a 4:3:3 dry weight ratio with a moisture content <= 63%. After 60 days, this optimized process yielded organic fertilizer meeting all quality standards, including humic acid content, nutrient levels, and absence of harmful organisms. This accelerated composting method facilitates same-season fertilizer application, benefiting farmers and enhancing the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of organic fertilizer production.
[目的]探明复合生物炭基功能肥对植烟根际土壤水稳性团聚体和酶活性的影响,为优质烤烟专用生物炭基肥的研制提供参考.[方法]采用田间小区试验,以单施生物炭基肥为对照(CK),研究生物炭基肥60 g/穴+氟吡菌酰胺1 g/穴(T1)和生物炭基肥60 g/穴+淡紫紫孢霉2×109个孢子/穴(T2)对植烟根际土壤团聚体稳定性和关键酶活性的影响.[结果]连续施肥2年后,大方和金沙试验地各处理[0.25,+∞)mm粒级土壤水稳性团聚体的含量均增加.与2020年比,2021年大方和金沙单施生物炭基肥、生物炭基肥+氟吡菌酰胺和生物炭基肥+淡紫紫孢霉处理[0.25,+∞)mm粒级土壤水稳性团聚体含量分别增加74.2%、39.2%、3.1%和99.5%、117.0%、135.5%;土壤水稳性团聚体平均质量直径(MWD)分别增加 240.0%、161.7%、47.0%和 270.3%、397.7%、310.7%,几何平均直径(GMD)分别增加 378.5%、224.4%、68.2%和391.2%、462.8%、331.2%,且MWD和GMD均与[5,+∞)mm粒级土壤水稳性团聚体呈极显著正相关关系.与CK比,2020年大方试验地生物炭基肥+氟吡菌酰胺处理土壤脲酶、蔗糖酶和过氧化氢酶活性分别显著提高21.6%、37.2%和12.9%,生物炭基肥+淡紫紫孢霉处理土壤脲酶和蔗糖酶活性分别显著提高22.1%和35.9%;金沙试验地生物炭基肥+氟吡菌酰胺处理土壤过氧化氢酶活性显著提高13.2%,生物炭基肥+淡紫紫孢霉处理土壤蔗糖酶和过氧化氢酶活性分别显著提高105.2%和11.2%.2021年大方试验地生物炭基肥+氟吡菌酰胺处理土壤脲酶和蔗糖酶活性分别显著降低11.2%和61.8%,生物炭基肥+淡紫紫孢霉处理土壤脲酶、蔗糖酶和过氧化氢酶活性分别显著降低20.9%、59.2%和4.0%;金沙试验地生物炭基肥+氟吡菌酰胺处理土壤脲酶、蔗糖酶和过氧化氢酶分别显著降低10.3%、37.7%和9.1%,生物炭基肥+淡紫紫孢霉处理分别显著降低15.7%、29.0%和11.2%.[结论]连续2年施用复合生物炭基功能肥对大方土壤水稳性团聚体的作用效果表现不明显,金沙以施用生物炭基肥60 g/穴+淡紫紫孢霉2×109个孢子/穴效果最佳;土壤脲酶、蔗糖酶和过氧化氢酶活性表现出2020年提高,2021年降低现象.
目的:筛选防治烟草根黑腐病菌的有效单一药剂及其复配制剂.方法:采用菌丝生长速率法测定7种商品化杀菌剂对烟草根黑腐病菌的室内毒力活性,筛选出防效较好的单一杀菌剂;在此基础上,对防效较好的单一杀菌剂进行复配,并对复配药剂开展烟草根黑腐病菌的室内毒力测定试验.结果:室内杀菌剂毒力测定结果表明,咪鲜胺、甲基硫菌灵2种杀菌剂对烟草根黑腐病菌均具有较强的抑制作用;且咪鲜胺和甲基硫菌灵按1:1复配时,对烟草根黑腐病菌毒力有明显的协同增效作用,EC50为0.19 mg/L.结论:咪鲜胺和甲基硫菌灵单剂及其复配药剂均对烟草根黑腐病菌的菌丝生长具有抑制效果,该结果为后续烟草根黑腐病田间防效试验提供了理论依据.
为了明确复合微生物肥料田间防控烟草土传病害的可行性,设置正安烟区常规施肥、施用不加微生物菌剂的有机-无机复合肥以及施用 2 种不同复合微生物肥料(折合复合微生物菌剂添加量分别为 30 kg/hm2 和60 kg/hm2)4 个处理开展田间试验,在烟草采烤期对各处理进行烟草青枯病及黑胫病发生情况调查,分析施用复合微生物肥料对烟叶产量和产值的影响.结果表明,施用高剂量复合微生物肥料(折合施用复合微生物菌剂60 kg/hm2)能有效降低正安烟区烟田中烟草青枯病及黑胫病的病株率和病指,减少烟田因土传病害造成的产量和产值损失.该研究结果可为复合微生物肥料的推广应用提供理论依据.
为了筛选防治烟草黑胫病的有效药剂,采用菌丝生长速率法分析了22种杀菌剂对烟草黑胫病菌的抑制作用,测定了其中抑菌效果较好的7种杀菌剂对烟草黑胫病菌菌丝生长的EC50值,并以50%(质量分数)烯酰吗啉悬浮剂和25%(质量分数)甲霜灵可湿性粉剂为对照药剂,通过温室盆栽试验考察了23.4%(质量分数)双炔酰菌胺悬浮剂对烟草黑胫病的防效.结果表明,在供试的22种杀菌剂中,氟吗啉、申嗪霉素、甲霜灵、代森锰锌、丁吡吗啉、烯酰吗啉和双炔酰菌胺7种杀菌剂的抑菌效果较好,其对烟草黑胫病菌的EC50 值分别为2.023 0、1.923 0、1.808 2、1.758 0、1.400 0、0.783 0和0.018 0 mg/L.23.4%双炔酰菌胺悬浮剂对烟草黑胫病的病指防效为80.11%,显著高于对照药剂50%烯酰吗啉悬浮剂(64.89%)和25%甲霜灵可湿性粉剂(66.05%),可有效控制烟草黑胫病的危害.
In order to explore the biocontrol bacteria resources which had the strong antagonistic effect on tobacco black root rot and could stably colonize the tobacco roots, taking Thielaviopsis basicola as the target, the highly antagonistic strains were isolated and obtained by dilution-plate method and plate confrontation method, and the phylogenetic analysis and antibacterial activity of crude lipopeptide of antagonistic strains were carried out; then the genes coding lipopeptide of antagonistic strains were analyzed by PCR, the effects of K326 tobacco root exudates and various organic acids on root colonization of antagonistic bacteria were studied by chemotaxis and biofilm formation tests. Results indicated that the effective antagonistic strains S2-1 and SNSY15-5 were isolated from tobacco rhizosphere soil, and they were Bacillus microorganisms. The crude lipopeptides of the S2-1 and SNSY15-5 were high virulent to Thielaviopsis basicola, and the EC 50 of them was 1.93 and 2.56 mg·mL -1 , respectively. SNSY15-5 had the biocontrol marker genes involved in the synthesis of bmyB, bioA and yngG, while S2-1 had the biocontrol marker gene involved in the synthesis of bioA. Malic acid produced by K326 root exudates had better attraction to S2-1 and SNSY15-5, and the amount of S2-1 and SNSY15-5 in malic acid reached 63.35×10~4 CFU·mL -1 and 42.35×10~4 CFU·mL -1 , respectively. The biofilm formation of S2-1 could be promoted by the K326 root exudates and oxalic acid, while the biofilm formation of SNSY15-5 could be promoted by the K326 root exudates and citric acid. The research results provide a theoretical basis for developing microbial agent with stable effect.
采用加速溶剂萃取(ASE)结合衍生化气相色谱质谱(GC-MS)检测,建立烤烟烟叶中a-西柏三烯二醇(a-CBD)和β-西柏三烯二醇(β-CBD)两种化合物的定量分析方法.对比研究了液固萃取(LSE)、超声辅助萃取(UAE)、索氏提取(SE)和ASE 4种不同样品前处理方法对目标物萃取效果的影响,优选出ASE方法应用于烟叶中CBD的提取.优化设定ASE的工作参数,萃取剂为二氯甲烷,萃取温度50℃,静态萃取时间5 min,循环萃取次数为2次.对分析方法的线性范围、检出限、定量限、回收率和精密度等进行了实验验证,结果表明,目标成分α-CBD和β-CBD的线性关系良好,线性范围分别为1.0~200.0 μg·g-1和1.0~160.0 μg·g-1,相关系数(R)分别为0.999 2和0.999 6.两种目标物的最低检出限(LOD)和最低定量限(LOQ)分别为0.3 μg·g-1、0.2 μg·g-1和0.85 μg·g-1、0.66 μg·g-1.回收率分别在93.2%~103.3%和91.6%~99.1%之间.检测α-CBD 和β-CBD 的相对标准偏差(RSDs,n=5)分别在2.59%~3.13%和2.11%~2.84%范围内.方法快速、准确,在对不同地区、不同部位烤烟烟叶中西柏三烯二醇含量的比较分析中取得良好结果,适用于烟叶中西柏三烯二醇的分析检测.
为筛选出高效低毒的烟草根结线虫病防治药剂,采用浸虫法测试了8种低毒杀线(虫)剂对南方根结线虫(Meloidogyne incognita)J2幼虫的毒杀活性.结果表明,8种供试药剂以阿维菌素B2、噻唑膦和氟吡菌酰胺的毒杀效果较好,以50μg/mL处理24 h时线虫的校正死亡率均为100.00%.毒力测试结果表明,阿维菌素B2、噻唑膦和氟吡菌酰胺处理J2幼虫24 h的LC50分别为0.56、8.30、6.24μg/mL,以阿维菌素B2的毒杀效果最佳.
【Objective】In order to provide references for exploring the suitable application amount of organic and inorganic compound fertilizer for flue-cured tobacco K326 in dry land of Hezhou tobacco-growing area, the application amounts of different organic and inorganic compound fertilizer for flue-cured tobacco were compared.【Method】Taking fluecured tobacco variety K326 as experimental material, with conventional fertilization as control (CK), experiments were carried out in Fuchuan, Hezhou in 2021 to analyze the effects of different application amounts (1 500 kg/hm2, 1 725 kg/hm2, 1 950 kg/hm2)of organic and inorganic compound fertilizer for flue-cured tobacco on the yield and quality of K326.【Result】The yield and average single leaf weight of tobacco leaf increased with the increase of N application rate, and the output value of tobacco leaf and the proportion of superior tobacco were the highest under 1 950 kg/hm2 treatment.The nicotine content in the middle leaves was in the appropriate range under the treatments of 1 500 kg/hm2, 1 725 kg/hm2 and 1 950 kg/hm2, while the nicotine content in CK leaves was higher.The chemical composition coordination of the middle leaves was showed as: 1 500 kg/hm2 treatment > 1 725 kg/hm2 treatment > 1 950 kg/hm2 treatment > CK, and that of the upper leaves was showed as: 1 500 kg/hm2 treatment > 1 950 kg/hm2 > 1 725 kg/hm2 treatment=CK, and the overall composition coordination was the best under 1 500 kg/hm2treatment.The physical properties of the middle leaves ranked as: 1 500 kg/hm2 treatment > 1 950 kg/hm2 treatment > 1 725kg/hm2 treatment > CK and that of the upper leaves ranked as: 1 500 kg/hm2 treatment=1 725 kg/hm2 treatment=1950 kg/hm2treatment > CK.The sensory quality was better under the treatments of 1 500 kg/hm2 and 1 725 kg/hm2, which showed better aroma quality and sufficient aroma volume, and the irritation of the middle leaves was obviously less.The treatment of 1 725kg/hm2 got the highest score in comprehensive evaluation.【Conclusion】In Hezhou tobacco-growing area, the yield and quality of tobacco leaves were better when the application amount of organic and inorganic compound fertilizer for K326 fluecured tobacco was about 1 725 kg/hm2.
[目的]探明毕节烟区烤烟生产上主要土传病害的地理分布特征,为其精准防控提供科学依据.[方法]选择2020年毕节烟区各县(区)土传病害数据,研究毕节市烟草青枯病、黑胫病和根黑腐病等土传病害的危害与分布特征.[结果]毕节烟区烟草青枯病的发病面积为205.33 hm2,病情指数和发病率分别为0.31和0.50%,其中金沙县和黔西县发生较普遍,危害严重,发病面积分别为117.13 hm2和73.20 hm2,病情指数和发病率分别为4.25、1.03和5.75%、2.11%;烟草黑胫病的发病面积为744.53 hm2,病情指数和发病率分别为1.04和1.82%,其中金沙、织金和黔西发生较普遍,危害严重,发病面积分别为218.33 hm2、166.80 hm2和 174.40 hm2,病情指数和发病率分别为8.17、3.31、3.14和 10.72%、7.48%、5.02%;根黑腐病的发病面积为336.20 hm2,病情指数和发病率分别为0.57和0.82%,其中织金和威宁发生较普遍,危害严重,发病面积分别为161.20 hm2和122.60 hm2,病情指数和发病率分别为5.84、0.50和7.23%、0.68%.[结论]毕节烟区的烟草青枯病的重发区为金沙和黔西,黑胫病的重发区为金沙、织金和黔西,根黑腐病的重发区为织金和威宁,均是其重点防控区域;烟区降雨量、气温和土壤类型是影响土传病害发生的重要因子.
为探索黔北山地烤烟土壤条件下适宜的有机无机复混肥配方,通过塑料网框框栽试验,同时设不施肥和当地生产常规肥处理为对照,研究了自制有机无机复混肥在黔北山地烤烟土壤中垂直方向和水平方向上碱解氮的释放迁移.结果 表明:在烤烟整个生育期内,不施肥处理土壤的0~20 cm、20~40 cm和40~60 cm深度垂直方向和7 cm处、14 cm水平方向碱解氮均呈线性下降趋势.在同一取样时期,2∶1有机无机复混肥、1∶1有机无机复混肥和当地生产常规肥在7 cm处和14 cm处的3个深度土壤碱解氮差异不明显;烤烟栽后50 d,3种肥料距离施肥点越近土壤碱解氮均越高,和不施肥处理相比,有机无机复混肥比当地生产常规肥差异大.栽后0~125 d,3种肥料施肥区外土壤的碱解氮在0~25 d上升,25 d下降,施肥区外氮素释放强度为2∶1肥料≈1∶1肥料>当地常规生产肥,H1、H2比CK土壤碱解氮分别增高10.9%和10.7%.因此,不施肥在垂直和水平方向的土壤碱解氮呈线性下降,2∶1有机无机复混肥、1∶1有机无机复混肥和当地生产常规肥在不同深度土壤中的碱解氮差异不明显,有机无机复混肥中的碱解氮在水平方向上扩散迁移速度比当地生产常规肥慢,养分释放较适合烤烟生长所需.
To improve the quality and economic traits of upper leaves of flue-cured tobacco. The effects of conventional topping, threshing leaving two stems, threshing leaving four stems and threshing leaving six stems on agronomic traits, main chemical components, physical traits and dynamic physiological indicators of the upper leaves of flue-cured tobacco were studied by field experiment. The results showed that, compared with conventional topping, leaf area, weight and thickness of threshing leaving stems were reduced of upper leaves by threshing leaving stems,and the loosen degree was improved; proportion of the fine tobacco, medium tobacco and middle part were increased, and those indexes were increased by 22.32%, 17.56% and 191.77% by leaving 4 stems especially. The root activity and nicotine content of three threshing leaving stems were decreased, and potassium content was increased after topping treatment. The total sugar, reducing sugar, potassium content, total sugar/nicotine, total nitrogen/nicotine and potassium/chlorine were increased, and the chemical composition were coordinated of tobacco leaves. Therefore, proportion of middle leaf tobacco of leaving four stems was high, the quality of upper leaves was better, and the industrial availability was high.
通过有机肥含水率(25%、33%、41%)、粘结剂比例(0、5%、10%)、油枯用量(88.9 kg、133.3 kg、177.8 kg)三因素三水平设计正交试验L9(34),探究不同工艺参数对肥料成粒、物理特性指标以及养分释放的影响,为优化秸秆有机无机复混肥生产工艺参数提供依据.结果 表明:最优参数为有机肥含水率33%~41%,膨润土粘结剂对肥料成粒率影响不明显、但用量适当增加可以提高肥料硬度,每吨复混肥生产原料添加油枯用量88.9~133.3kg.以最优参数生产出的肥料颗粒形圆、紧实、不易碎,松装密度小,易于崩解释放养分,养分含量充足,成品率高,生产成本低,生产率高.
In order to simplify the fertilization of flue-cured tobacco in mountainous regions, a pot experiment was carried out to determine and analyze the effects of different fertilization treatments (blank, no fertilization; CK, fusible tobacco special compound fertilizer; H1 treatment, organic fertilizer: inorganic fertilizer=1∶1, H2 treatment, organic fertilizer∶inorganic fertilizer=2∶1) on dry matter and nutrient accumulation, nutrient distribution ratio, and nutrient utilization ratio of flue-cured tobacco root, stem and leaf. The results showed that compared with the blank, accumulation of dry matter and N, P, K of root, stem, leaf and whole plant was significantly (p≤0.01) increased in the other treatments. Compared with the CK, the K accumulation amount, apparent utilization ratio and economic utilization ratio of H1 treatment were increased significantly (p≤0.01), and that the apparent utilization ratio and economic utilization ratio of H1 treatment were increased 24.85 and 19.16 percentage points, respectively. The accumulation of dry matter and N, P, K of root, stem and leaf of H2 treatment were significantly (p≤0.05 or p≤0.01) increased and the apparent utilization ratios of N, P, K were significantly (p≤0.01) increased, which was 21.15, 6.10 and 24.59 percent higher than the CK, respectively. Simultaneously, the economic utilization ratios of N, P, K of H2 treatment were significantly (p≤0.05 or p≤0.01) increased by 10.97, 3.79 and 18.44 percentage points compared to the CK, respectively. Compared with the CK, the N distribution ratio of leaves was reduced while that of K was increased in organic-inorganic compound fertilizer (H1 and H2). In summary, H2 treatment showed the best performance.
为了探明顶部调控技术对烤烟云烟85烟叶质量和比例结构的影响,提高上部烟叶的可用性.采用大田试验,设置“常规打顶”、“打叶留茎”、“打叶留花”、“打叶留花+抑芽剂”4种处理,研究顶部调控技术对云烟85叶片生长、经济性状、化学成分、比例结构和评吸质量的影响.结果表明,打叶留茎对云烟85上部叶开片有促进效果,叶长和叶面积分别比对照提高了7.67%和16.38%.产量和产值与对照相比,打叶留茎处理提高了3.72%和5.43%,打叶留花+抑芽剂处理略有提高.打叶留花处理的产量比对照降低9.47%,差异显著.打叶留茎处理的上部叶比例比对照降低2.21%,中部叶比例提高了13.46%.打叶留花处理的上部叶比例比对照降低12.18%.3种顶部调控处理烟叶的还原糖和总糖含量较对照有增加趋势,烟碱含量降低,中部叶的钾素含量增加.打叶留花处理的中部和上部烟叶评吸质量总分最高.将常规化学成分、产值和评吸质量指标以不同权重进行综合评价,以打叶留茎处理最好,打叶留花次之.
采用裂区试验,研究不同有机肥用量和种植密度对黔西南生态烟产量和质量的影响.结果表明,增大行距能提高烟叶产量和产值,增加有机肥用量则会降低烟叶产量和产值;在行距100~110 cm、株距50 cm和有机肥用量7 500~9 000 kg· hm-2的条件下,产量、产值和上等烟比例差异不显著;增大行距与减少有机肥用量处理组合(A2B1)的化学成分协调性最差,增加有机肥用量处理组合评吸质量明显下降.从产量、化学成分协调性和评吸质量综合考虑,黔西南生态烟以行距100~110 cm,株距50cm,施有机肥7 500 kg·hm-2较适宜.
通过对黔北高山区不同种植密度及不同生育时期烤烟冠层结构参数的测定,研究了烤烟冠层特征参数的动态变化.结果表明,在定行距(110 cm)的条件下,株距50~75 cm的烤烟单株叶面积积累量差异不大,三者单株最大叶面积积累量比株距38~43 cm高出0.58~0.66 m2.株距50 cm的烤烟最大群体叶面积积累量分别比株距75、60、43、38 cm高出0.96、0.42、0.70、0.42 m2/m2.株距低于或高于50 cm均导致烤烟单株或群体叶面积积累速率的降低.种植密度与中部叶位及垄面透光率呈负相关,与叶片垂直率及叶向值呈正相关;株距低于50 cm烤烟中部叶位和垄面的透光率明显降低,叶片垂直率及叶向值明显增加.由此可见,在黔北高山区植烟生态条件下,株距50 cm的种植密度既能保证烤烟中部叶位及垄面的透光率,又有利于单株及群体叶面积协调发展.
A comparative experiment was conducted between aroma enhancement and softening curing technology (T) and the curing technology widely used (CK) to further improve the curing quality in a network loading tobacco frame.The results showed that,compared with CK,T technology could significantly improve tobacco grades.The ratio of fine tobacco of lower leaves,cutters and upper leaves increased 294.32%,66.02% and 17.89% respectively.The ratio of lower grades,out of grade,slick and inflexible tobacco remarkably decreased,which was 39.09%,58.98% and 54.56% correspondingly.The ratio of lower grades of cutters decreased 31.19%,and the ratio of lower grade and inflexible tobacco of upper leaves decreased 47.02% and 87.59% respectively.The total sugar,reducing sugar content and sugar nicotine ratio were more suitable.The aroma components increased for lower leaves,cutters and upper leaves by 5.88%,10.82% and 2.92% correspondingly.The smoke panel test quality was better.So the softening curing technology (T) can significantly improve the appearance quality,inherent quality and usability of tobacco leaves.
[Objective]To develop environment-friendly chemical bud inhibitors.[Method] using a treatment of toping without sucker removing as negative control, a treatment of suckercide (Flumetralin) as positive control, control effects of organic suckercides on flue-cured tobacco were conducted.[Result]Compared to negative and positive controls, organic suckercide could significantly expand the tobacco leaf area at the top of the first and second pieces of tobacco.The first leaf area on the top increased by 432.27 cm2 , and the second one increased by 214.87 cm2.Inhibiting effects of tobacco axillary buds were remarkable which was belong to organic suckercides.It was better than conventional suckercides to last longer.The 21 days after spraying, organic suckercide sprout inhibition rate of 72.56%, was higher 3.39 percentage points than conventional sucker controlling agent , and the net inhibiting effects of tobacco axillary buds were slightly better in conventional sprout inhibition,88.33%, than the conventional higher 0.18 percentage points.Organic suckercides could optimize tobacco composition and improve smoking quality.Compared to conventional sucker controlling agent, its total sugar reached 27.81%, increased by 0.61 percentage points, reducing sugar reached 24.43%, an increase of 1.30 percentage points, total nitrogen reached 1.85%, reduced by 0.07 percentage points, nicotine reduced to 2.41%, 0.34 percentage points lower, K reached 2.57%, increased by 0.35 percentage points, Cl was 0.27%, 0.01 percent point reduction.By the way, it could improve flue-cured tobacco aroma quality and aroma volume,reduce the miscellaneous gas and irritation, enhance the penetration, soft fineness, sweetness and remaining taste.Using organic suckercides for sucker control could improve flue-cured tobacco assessment ceiling of quality.[Conclusion]The organic suckercide made from vegetable oil, alcohol and tobacco tar could provide the basis for the production and development of environmental-friendly bud suppression.
The interaction between planting density and organic manure to inorganic fertilizer ratio on economic character of flue-cured tobacco was analyzed by the double-factor split plot test,economic character index (ECI) and partial (Eta)2 value analysis to promote good quality and high yield cultivation of flue-cured tobacco in the mountainous area of northern Guizhou.Results:With increase of planting density,the yield of flue-cured tobacco increases,average price and first and middle-class tobacco proportion of flue-cured tobacco reduce,and the output value of flue-cured tobacco first rises and then declines.The economic character index of flue cured tobacco under three planting densities is A2 (18 000 plants/hm2) > A3 (21 000 plants/hm2) > A1 (15 000 plants/hm2).With reduction of base-fertilizer amount and increase of organic manure amount,the yield,output value and average price of flue-cured tobacco all show a first rising and then declining trend but the proportion of first and middle-class tobacco rises slightly.The economic character index of flue-cured tobacco under three organic manure to inorganic fertilizer ratios is B2 (825 kg/hm2 base-fertilizer+225 kg/hm2 topdressing fertilizer+750 kg/hm2 organic manure) > B3 (750 kg/hm2 base-fertilizer + 225 kg/hm2 topdressing fertilizer + 1 500 kg/hm2 organic manure) >B1 (900 kg/hm2 base-fertilizer + 225 kg/hm2 topdressing fertilizer + 0 kg/hm2 organic manure).The interaction between planting density and organic manure to inorganic fertilizer ratio has the different effects on yield,output value,average price and first and middle class tobacco proportion of 9 treatments and the economic character index of 9 treatments is A2B2 >A3B3 >A2B3 >A1B2 >A2B1 >A3B2 >A3B1 >A1B3 >A1B1.The various partial (Eta)2 value analysis shows that planting density has a higher effect on yield formation of flue-cured tobacco,moderate effect on output value and average price of flue-cured tobacco and lower effect on class proportion of flue-cured tobacco quality.The interaction between planting density and organic manure to inorganic fertilizer ratio has a lower effect on various economic indexes of flue-cured tobacco.The optimum planting density and organic manure to inorganic fertilizer ratio are 18 000 plants/hm2and 825 kg/hm2 base-fertilizer+ 225 kg/hm2 topdressing fertilizer+ 750 kg/hm2 organic manure respectively.
