2021 年 2 月 24 日,A市农业农村局执法人员在对一家兽药生产企业执法检查过程中发现,该企业厂区东南角的库房内有标称某饲料添加剂生产企业生产的 4 种饲料添加剂,存在未取得生产许可证违法生产饲料添加剂嫌疑.经立案调查,认定当事人违法事实成立,根据《饲料和饲料添加剂管理条例》,自由裁量权适用《××省农业行政处罚自由裁量权基准细则》(饲料部分),依法给予该兽药生产企业行政处罚.本文对案件事实认定、法律适用及行政相对人法律责任认定进行了简要讨论,以期提升执法人员综合执法能力,保障农业投入品质量安全.
The behaviour of the imidacloprid and acetamiprid residuals during the drying and teabrewing processes of Lonicera japonica were studied using high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The recoveries of imidacloprid and acetamiprid ranged from 80.8% to 94.5% and the coefficients of variation (CV) were between 0.5%-6.7% for honeysuckle and tea infusion samples. Three drying methods (sun-, shade-, and oven-drying) had effects on the degradation of the two pesticides on honeysuckle. The degradation percents of imidacloprid and acetamiprid ranged from 30.9%-78.3% and 25.1%-78.0%, respectively, and digestion percents treated with sun-drying and oven-drying at a higher temperature were greater than those with shadeand oven-drying at a lower temperature. The pesticide concentration, tea/water ratio (TWR), number of infusions, tea brewing time, and covered or uncovered cups were investigated under different brewing conditions. The transfer percent of imidacloprid and acetamiprid were 7.7%-26.3% and 6.5%-39.4%, respectively. In conclusion, using appropriate drying methods and tea brewing conditions can reduce the transfer of imidacloprid and acetamiprid to humans.
Using gas chromatography, the determination of metam-sodium residue in cucumber and soil was described. Metam-sodium in the sample was converted to methyl isothiocyanate, then the extracts were determined by GC. The amount of metam-sodium was calculated based on the measured values of methyl isothiocyanate. The results showed that at the concentration of 0.05-10 mg/L, the linear correlation was 0.9998. The average recoveries of the method were 78%-93%, the relative standard deviations were 0.80%-5.42%.
本文基于婴儿的认知发育模型LOC (Levels of Consciousness)提出了基于分层学习的自适应动态规划方法以改进学习和优化。根据LOC模型中感知的层次性以及工作目标的层次定义,为自适应动态规划设计了多层的目标网络结构及相应的分层学习方法。在自适应评价中引入多层的目标表征将引导系统做出好的决策并最终实现目标。文中给出了分层自适应动态规划的系统结构、学习和自适应过程,并通过模拟系统GLD (Green Light Domain),在自适应交通信号控制模拟实验上验证了该方法的学习和控制能力。 This paper introduces an adaptive dynamic program method based on hierarchical learning. The motivations for this idea come from the levels of consciousness (LOC) model, which address the interdependence between consciousness and action in baby’s development. The introduction of a multilevel goal representation into the adaptive critic is able to guide the system’s decision-making to accomplish the long-term goal over time, mimicking certain levels of brain-like intelligence. The detailed system architecture, learning and adaption procedure are presented, and the learning and control capability of this approach is verified through light control in GLD (Green Light Domain).
An analytical method for determination of flucarbazone-sodium residue in wheat grain, plant and soil was developed. The samples were extracted with acetonitrile and determined by HPLC. The results showed that the linear relationship of the method was good, and the correlation coefficient was 0.9996. At the fortified levels of 0.01, 0.1, 1 mg/kg, the average recoveries of flucarbazone-sodium in wheat grain, plant and soil ranged from 80.03% to 104.74% with the relative standard deviations of 2.62%-9.14%. The method was simple and accuracy, could meet the requirements of residue analysis.
优化并建立了咪鲜胺及其最终代谢产物2,4,6-三氯苯酚在麦粒、植株和土壤中的残留分析方法,并于2013-2014年研究了咪鲜胺在小麦植株和土壤中的残留消解动态,对收获的麦粒进行了安全性分析和评估.结果显示:当40%戊唑·咪鲜胺悬浮剂有效成分用量为210~315g/hm2时,咪鲜胺在植株、土壤中的消解较快,半衰期分别为2.45~8.76 d、2.83~8.76 d.采收间隔期为14d时,麦粒中咪鲜胺及其代谢物的最终残留量小于0.05 mg/kg,但不同收获期的小麦对人体具有不同的膳食安全风险.
就目前化工专业英语教学中存在的问题,本文对神华宁夏煤业集团化工企业发展的现状、趋势和生产岗位设置情况进行调研,结合化工专业英语课程的特点,对课程进行项目化改革,明确课程职业目标,采用项目化教学,进行项目化课程设计,并将多种教学方法及手段应用于课程组织实施,在教学改革中进行了新的尝试和探索.
