使用差示扫描量热法(DSC)对钻杆内涂层在不同固化温度和固化时间下的固化度进行了研究,分析了固化温度和固化时间等因素对固化度的影响,探讨了涂层附着力、涂层耐磨性与固化度的关系,最终确定了最佳固化工艺参数.
从环境标准化、操作标准化、设备标准化、检验标准化和安全标准化等方面阐述了钻杆防腐内涂层过程中执行标准的重要性,同时对实现标准化过程提出了建议.标准化对管材内涂层喷涂成型外观质量控制、外观缺陷预防和安全生产起到了积极的指导作用.
In order to meet the requirements of the pipe inside wall rust removal,a blasting machine for removing the rust of pipe inner wall was developed,which can blast 6 joint pipes at the same time. It realized automatic sand blasting,abrasive recycling and ash-handling,reduced work intensity and improved working environment. This machine has the characteristics of good performance and high efficiency in sand blasting. The rate of its sand blasting meets the specified Sa 2. 5 ~ 3 level requirements in GB / T 8923. This paper introduced the characteristics of the machine mainly from the aspects of equipment structure,working principle,technical parameters and etc. Also the field application of this machine was stated.
对石油钻杆内涂层生产线压缩空气系统进行了工艺优化和节能改造,采用分压联动供气和组合式净化处理方式,解决了系统压力波动大和压缩空气中含水量高的问题,提高了系统整体运行效率和供气质量,节能效果显著.
