目的:探究高强度运动对摔跤运动员体成分改变及肠道菌的影响.方法:对招募的30名长期参加系统性摔跤训练的运动员进行为期4周高强度间歇性专项训练,分别于运动干预阶段前后测试体成分并采集粪便.粪便经质检后提纯DNA样品,16 SrRNA基因V4区进行PCR扩增并完成建库;利用HiSeq平台进行测序分析,将聚类生成的OTU比对数据库完成物种注释、多样性分析及功能预测.结果:高强度运动干预后,运动员体重、BMI(身体质量指数)和体脂率显著降低;摔跤运动员肠道菌多样性增加不显著,体内拟杆菌门(Bacteroidetes)拟杆菌属(Bacteroides)为优势菌,且拟杆菌与厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)比值增加,但柔嫩梭菌属(Faecalibacterium)和双歧杆菌属(Bifidobacterium)丰度显著降低.功能基因预测显示,机体经过高强度运动,物质代谢反应和免疫能力增强,心血管疾病风险降低.
在对山西省备战2013年第12届全运会的体能主导类优势项目运动员进行体成分和骨密度测量基础上,了解不同运动员体成分和骨密度的特点,为山西省优势项目运动员减控体重、科学训练和营养恢复提供客观依据,对重点运动员进行追踪监测,发现有骨密度值较低的或体重超量的运动员,及时采取平衡膳食指导措施,加强有氧训练,并调整饮食比例,保障优秀运动员最佳的骨密度和体重水平,以良好的健康水平和竞技状态去参赛.研究可为山西省运动员的科学选材、科学训练、全面营养、合理补钙以及有效控制体重、合理选择级别提供一定的客观依据.
Limb blood flow chart is also called body resistance graph, it is through the high frequency current without injury, determination of impedance changes caused by pulsatile blood flow in the limbs, reflects the measured blood supply. During the preparation for the twelfth session of National Games, we are resting limb blood flow testing and analysis of Shanxi Taekwondo athletes, the blood supply of the good athlete upper limb, vascular elasticity in normal state.
Taking the villagers from sixteen administrative villages in six cities and counties with different economic level in three parts of Shanxi province as study subjects,the paper does the survey and analysis of villagers' sport exercise conditions,physical and mental health conditions,sports fields and facilities and their sports autonomy,with the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview and statistics.The study puts forward some basic countermeasures of solving practical problems in rural sports.

It is well-known that intensive exercise can improve bone metabolism,promote peak bone density and bone strength.But how does long-term heavy-load training affect players' bone mineral density? The present study conducts bone density tests on 91 male players in wrestling and judo.Statistical data analysis was employed,aiming at investigating the impact of these sports on players' peak bone density and bone strength.
It is a very important problem of the excellent Wushu athletes' physical training, and involving many professional sports science fields. The paper analyzes the necessary physical quality of Wushu athletes from the physiology, sport training science, and the physiological base of physical quality items. According to these, the paper offers some training methods and principles and studies the arrangements of some physical quality training items.
Through making test on rheo-encephalogram and rheo-cardiogram of 44 male and female subjects respectively before exercise and half a year of exercise for two times and comparison on each index,the author finds out that health care qigong exercise can significantly improve the function of cardiac and cerebral vessel,increase the stroke volume,decrease peripheral resistance,decrease the blood pressure in patient with hypertension,improve the elasticity of cerebral vessel,decrease the resistance of cerebral blood flow and tension of vessel.The theory of health care qigong is scientific and safety,and it can enhance physical ability,prevent from disease and getting old.
目的调查了解在校大学生精神心理疾患状况,采取有效的干预措施,提高大学生健康水平.方法通过自评量表问卷调查,走访了解学生症状及病因、机能及素质测试、心功能检测、脑血流图检查等层层筛选,确定76名患者.结果机能2项和心功能8项指标差异有高度显著意义(P<0.01)、经3~6个月健身运动,辅以心理和药物治疗恢复健康,治愈率95%以上.结论健身运动能改善大学生精神心理状况增进健康
Age characteristics on metabolism of protein and free amino acid (FAA) were observed in puberty, with the general elementary and middle schools' male students taking part in the continuous exercise for 90 minutes and 50% O_2max on bicycle ergometer. The results showed that their metabolic level of protein and FAA were close to the result of adult's ultra long-time exercise. The utilization ratio of protein and FAA in ante-puberty was higher than the middle and late puberty's. This result indicated that the metabolic activity of carbohydrate and fat during the age period was lower, so more protein participated in providing energy. Moreover, the utilization ratio of Met and His (one unit carbon AA) were higher during ante-puberty. The conclusion points out that during the course of ante-puberty, especially ante-puberty body's dependence on the degradation of protein and utilization of AA was higher. So it was necessary to supplement protein and AA.
In order to look for a way of function evaluation and nutrition recovery for the athletes during the training period before the competition, we chose 32 athletes from Shanxi Province during the National Track and Field Competition in 2000, and supplemented them with nutritions for four weeks and had their biochemical indexes tested. Through the experimental observation of nutrition recovery during the training period before the competition, the results showed that when the athletes' functional state is better, in general, their achievements are better. It prompts that the fitful arrangement of sports load and nutrition plan are very important for the athletes to improve their functional state and create good achievements. The experiment may prove that Dao An Nutritionous Fluid is effective to increase the male athletes' T level. We combined theory with our scientific practice to lay down the standards of using some biochemical indexes such as Hb, BUN, CK, T and C etc. to diagnose the functional ability of the athletes.
The changes of serum aromtic amino acids (AAA)'slevel were observed with the general elementary schools's male students and male swimming athletes taken part in the continuous exercise with 90 min and 50% Vo2max on bicycle ergometer.The results showed that their ration of AAA/BCAA and Try/BCAA were increased in two groups, so the material foumdation of sports nerve central fatigue was put forward.As the ratio of Try/BCAA, the group of swimming athletes was lower than the group of student.Perhaps, it was related to the difference of sports nerve central fatigue that caused by the changes of AAA during long-time exercise.
目的为踝关节闭合性软组织损伤的治疗提供一种疗程短、疗效高、简便易行的方法.方法以刺激穴位为主,配合按、捏、揉等手法进行治疗.结果 87例病人5~7天基本痊愈.结论通过87例踝关节损伤病人的治疗与观察,证明此方法治疗踝关节闭合性软组织损伤,具有疗程短、疗效高的效果.
目的研究中药生血方剂对强负荷运动,抗疲劳效果.方法给运动员服用中药生血方剂并设对照观察.结果服药组血红蛋白红细胞比积提高,机体代谢能力加强.结论中药生血方剂具有预防贫血,培强机体运动能力的作用.
