In order to study the effects of space electric field on greenhouse cucumber powdery mildew and growth, powder bacteria were first inoculated by spreading spore suspension on different varieties of cucumber seedlings, which were then put in the space electric field or in the ordinary greenhouse to observe the incidence of powdery mildew and growth. The results showed that the space electric field could effectively control the occurrence of cucumber powdery mildew, reduce the disease index, with a comprehensive control of powdery mildew of more than 47% after 15d. The prevention and control effect was as follows: Deruite D19>Dongzhiguang 22-36>Xintaimici. Space electric field could also significantly improve plant height and stem diameter of cucumbers, such effectively enhancing the growth of cucumber plants.

传统生姜的种植多为露地栽培,一般5月上旬播种,霜降(10月24日左右)后收获,生育期170天左右,生育期较短限制了生姜产量的提高.保护地生姜秋延后高产栽培新技术是在露地栽培的基础上,改进种植技术,实行保护地栽培,分为大拱棚栽培、小拱棚栽培、地膜覆盖栽培,分别比露地栽培延长生育期60,30,15天,其667m2产量分别为4 391.8,3 778 3,3 197.8 kg,比露地栽培(2 546 kg)分别提高72.5%,48.4%,25.6%,667 m2收入分别增加4 429.9元、2 957.5元和1 564.3元,该技术获得山东省日照市科技进步二等奖,其主要栽培技术如下.

We conducted an experiment to investigate the effect of double-rootstock grafting on yield,fruit quality and secondary metabolites of cucumber in sunny greenhouse. Cucumber scion "JinYou No. 35" and rootstocks "DTT-RS-39"(Cucurbita moschata) and Black Seed Squash(Cucurbita ficifolia) were used in this experiment. Fruit length,diameter,bleeding rate of vascular sap,free amino acids and flavonoids of double-rootstock grafted cucumber were significantly higher than those of self-rooted cucumber;and the tannin content was also increased. Fruit length,fruit diameter,bleeding rate of vascular sap and free amino acids of double-rootstock grafted cucumber were higher than those of conventionally grafted (single-rootstock) cucumber. However,compared to conventional grafted cucumber the tannin content of double-rootstock grafted cucumber was obviously lower,and no significant difference of flavonoids was observed between double-rootstock and conventionally grafted cucumbers. The double-rootstock grafting can significantly improve cucumber yield,quality and uniformity.
