Staphylococcus aureus is frequently causal pathogen in nosocomial infections. The aim of the present study was to evaluate the antibiotic resistance profiles of Staphylococcus aureus isolated in the First Bethune Hospital. Disk diffusion method was used to study the antimicrobial resistance. The data were analyzed by WHONET 5 software according to Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute (CLSI). The majority of 1469 strains of Staphylococcus aureus were collected from sputum (705, 18.0%), secretions (206, 14.0%), and pus (177, 12.0%). The percentage of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) was 77.5%. All the Staphylococcus aureus isolates were sensitive to vancomycin. MRSA strains were frequently resistant to multiple antibiotics. Antimicrobial resistance of MRSA was more serious than that of methicillin-sensitive Staphylococcus aureus (MSSA). These results suggest that surveillance of antimicrobial resistance in Staphylococcus aureus is necessary.
1 临床资料 收集本院108例急性胸痛1~8 h入院患者,并按有无心电图Q波改变将其分为两组:观察组33例,有Q波改变,确诊为急性心肌梗死(AMI),年龄45~72岁;对照组75例,无Q波改变,年龄40~75岁.两组患者入院后均行心电图检查同时采血,用一步免疫显色法检测肌红蛋白、肌钙蛋白及肌酸激酶同工酶,试剂由北京九强生物试剂公司提供.
纤维蛋白原(fibrinogen,Fbg)是一种大分子糖蛋白,主要由肝脏合成,为凝血因子,其参与凝血机制,也是一种应急性蛋白,其增高往往是特异性,本文作者对2007年6月——2008年12月本院30例普外科肿瘤手术的患者手术前后血浆Fbg水平变化进行了观察,现报道如下: 1 资料与方法 1.1 研究对象本院住院患者30例,男性16例,女性14例,平均年龄50(17~80)岁,其中胃癌5例,肝癌3例,结肠癌10例,直肠癌5例,甲状腺癌2例,乳腺癌5例,所有患者术前、术后均未使用过抗凝药和止血药,所有手术均一级愈合,手术过程中出血不多.

Objective To find effects of blood lipid peroxidation on female workers exposed to the low density benzene,methyl benzene and xylene in air of workshop.Methods 47 female women exposed to mixedbenzene were chosen as the experimental group,65 female workers never touched with mixed benzene or other occupational poisonous materials as the control group.Occupational epidemiological check-up(including nose bleeding,gum issue of blood and glue film issue of blood and tie arm experiment masculine gender rate),total anti-oxidize ability(TAC) and the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) in serum were investigated in two groups,meanwhile end blood was collected to count with content of hemoglobin(Hb) and white blood cell(WBC) by regulation methods,and statistical analysis of the results were carried out.Results The contents of Hb in two groups were(130.85±12.89,134.97±15.63)g/L,amounts of WBC were(7.25±1.88,7.69±1.94)×109 /L,the activities of SOD were(99.31±39.97,82.96±34.88)NU/ml,TAC were(15.91±5.42,18.75±5.33)U/L.The study showed that the count of WBC and Hb had no significant difference(P0.05) between the two groups;SOD activity in the serum increased but TAC decreased,and the difference was significant between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion SOD activity increases obviously(P0.05) and TAC decreased obviously(P0.01) in female workers exposed to low density mixed-benzene,and the change appeared before showing indices and symptoms associated with hematogenic system damaged.The results above shows SOD activity and TAC in the serum could be one of early monitoring indices for female workers exposed to mixed benzene.
Objective We investigated oxidative stress in the kidney of diabetic rat in order to testify it's effect on the mechanism of diabetic nephropathy. Methods The animals were devided into two groups. One is normal group, the other is diabetic group. STZ was used to induce the diabetic models of rats. After 8 weeks, we measured blood glucose, blood lipid, urinary protein and the ratio of kidney weight to body weight in the rats of two groups. We also evaluated the content of MDA and the renal intrinsic anti-oxidatant enzyme activities such as Cu,Zn SOD and GSH-Px. Results Comparing with normal group, the level of blood glucose blood lipid, urinary protein and the ratio of kidney weight to body weight in diabetic group were significantly increased. The content of MDA in renal cortex was increased, whereas the activities of anti-oxidatant enzyme were decreased. Conclusion Oxidative stress existed in the kidney of diabetic rats. The deficiency of intrinsic anti-oxidatant enzymes may contribute to the development of diabetic nephropathy.
目的:通过融合蛋白表达方式将编码人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)cDNA在大肠杆菌DH5α中的表达,为bFGF进一步研究提供材料来源.方法:用多聚酶链反应(PCR)及DNA重组技术将PCR产物克隆到pGEM-5Z载体并测序,然后克隆到表达载体pXH上.结果:转化重组质粒pLX1的大肠杆菌经42℃温控诱导4~5 h,SDS-PAGE分析显示融合蛋白的分子量约35 000,薄层扫描分析表明该蛋白占菌体总蛋白量的9.9%.经Factor Xa酶切后得到分子量约为17 000的bFGF,其生物学活性ED50为2.29 ng/ml.结论:经PCR方法扩增的bFGF可在大肠杆菌中高效表达,为其进一步结构与功能研究打下基础.
