血管内皮细胞(vascular endothelial cell,VEC)是衬于血管内表面的单层扁平上皮细胞,是血液与组织的之间的重要屏障.它在调节炎症反应,血栓形成,内皮细胞介导的血管舒张,内皮再生等病理生理过程中起关键作用,这些过程受到多种复杂机制的调控.随着人们对于血管内皮细胞功能研究的深入,microRNA在内皮细胞发挥其功能时的调控作用受到越来越多的关注.多种microRNA可在转录后水平调控基因表达,影响内皮细胞的功能,本文对microRNA在内皮细胞炎症反应、血栓形成、血管舒张、内皮再生功能的调节机制进行综述.
Objective To investigate the effects and nursing care of compound glycyrrhizin union and polyene phosphatidylcholine in treatment of children with acute liver injury. Methods Data of 80 children with acute liver injury from April 2013 to March 2015 in Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University were analyzed and divided into control group and experimental group according to random number method. All children were implemented clinical nursing intervention. The control group were treated with polyene phosphatidylcholine and the experimental group were treated with compound liquorice anhydride combined with phosphatidylcholine. The efifcacy of two groups were compared. Results In the experimental group, 35 cases were cured, 3 cases improved, the total effective rate was 95%, which was signiifcantly higher than that of control group (85%) (P=0.04). The satisfaction rate of experimental group was 95%(38 cases), which was signiifcantly higher than that of the control group (65%) (P=0.037). There were no signiifcant difference on ALT, AST, A/G and TBil index (P=0.053) before treatment. After treatment, the ALT, AST and other indicators in the experimental group were signiifcantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the A/G and TBil in the experimental group were signiifcantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusions Effect of compound licorice acid anhydride and polyene phosphatidylcholine on pediatric acute liver injury is ideal, and the implementation of clinical nursing intervention can improve clinical curative effect and it is worthy promotion.
Objective To screen the differential proteins in early period with complete unilateral ureteral obstruction(UUO).Methods 2 month old SD rats were divided into UUO-12h group and the control group.The total proteins of two groups were divided and analyzed using two-dimensional difference gel electrophoresis.Spots that were differentially expressed were picked and digested with trypsin and subjected to MALDI-TOF MS for protein identification.RT-PCR was conducted to verify the identified ATP5h,PEBP1 mRNA.Results 6 protein spots whose expression levels were significantly increased or decreased more than 1-fold in UUO-12h group were identified.2 up-regulated expressions of proteins identified by peptide mass fingerprinting were PEBP1 and ATP5h.They were also up-regulated expression compared with the control in term of RT-PCR.Conclusions 2 protein expressions of kidney tissue with UUO were confirmed.PEBP1 and ATP5h probably participate in early phase of kidney injury due to their involvement of apoptosis processes.
目的: 研究大鼠骨髓间充质干细胞(BMSCs)在不同处理工艺的3-羟基丁酸和3-羟基己酸共聚酯(PHBHHx)膜材料上的生长、增殖情况,为组织工程学筛选出一种新型的适合细胞生长、增殖的生物材料.方法: 用全骨髓培养法获得BMSCs,并行免疫荧光鉴定,同时在成骨诱导液中诱导BMSCs,钙钴法检测碱性磷酸酶(ALP),茜素红矿化结节染色;成脂诱导后行油红O染色.将不同处理工艺的材料与第3代BMSCs复合培养1、 3、 7d,通过扫描电镜、MTT法和中性红染色法分别观察细胞的形态、增殖变化及分布情况.结果: BMSCs免疫荧光鉴定CD44、 CD106均呈阳性.经成骨诱导后,ALP呈阳性表达,矿化结节染色呈橘红色;经成脂诱导后,14d油红O染色呈阳性.细胞在经过碱处理或添加5%、 10%中药涂层的PHBHHx膜材料表面均生长状态良好,增殖活力强且分布均匀.结论: 经过碱处理的,且含5%、 10%中药涂层的PHBHHx膜,具有良好的BMSCs相容性,可以作为一种新型的生物材料应用于组织工程.
