Objectve To evaluate the distribution features of silicosis small shadow's image in lung at early stage.Methods The X-ray images of Pneumoconiosis Shadow-likes' changing in lung of 754 persons in 12 726,who once participated in railway construction,but did not meet the standards of silicosis stage I diagnostic criteria,were analyzed.Results The image distribution features of silicosis small shadow in lung at early stage are: most in lower lung field,less in upper,and more in the right than in the left.The combination of appearance at the right and left lung at the same time: most in bilateral lower field followed by bilateral middle field.Conclusion The distribution of silicosis small shadow's image in lung at early stage has some regularity and characteristic,and is very important for guiding prevention,diagnosis and treatment of pneumoconiosis.
肺功能是老年尘肺患者健康监护的一项重要内容,是评价老年尘肺患者临床治疗效果和生存质量的主要指标.为了掌握这一特殊群体的肺功能特征,2003-04-2003-08月对广元市60岁以上尘肺患者的肺功能情况进行了抽样调查.
目的:探讨实施医用X射线诊断设备质量控制(QC)对尘肺诊断活动中胸片影像质量和受检者受照剂量的影响.方法:QC前后用热释光剂量计(TLD)方法测量受检者入射体表剂量(ESD),同时用尘肺病诊断新标准附录C"胸片质量与质量评定"标准对后前位胸片影像质量进行评价和分析.结果:实施QC后,受检者受照剂量明显下降(P<0.01.高仟伏摄影下降了27.6%,常规摄影下降了23.5%;胸片影像质量明显提高(P<0.01),高仟伏摄影优片率由14.10%上升到44.87%、差废片率由26.92%下降到5.13%,常规摄影优片率由6.40%上升到32.05%、差废片率由44.87%下降到19.23%.结论:对医用X射线诊断设备实施QC后,胸片质量提高,受检者受照剂量下降,请给予重视.
