一、专利质量的内涵 专利质量是专利工作的"生命线",专利质量的高低关系到企业能否将专利作为可靠的盾牌保护自己的利益,能否利用专利占领市场、提升竞争力,能否借助专利扩大企业的影响力,能否有效运营专利或含有专利的产品从而获得超额利润.

Currently,the challenge of bridging the gap between clinical research and application is prevailing among medical institutions in China.After analysis of the underlying questions encountered in the process of translating clinical research findings to clinical practice,the following issues were raised:lack of confidence among researchers,insufficient motivation from medical institutions,the expertise barrier of medical research and difficulties of intellectual property protection for clinical research findings.Accordingly,this study suggests medical institutions to adjust the performance evaluation to weight more on clinical research transfer,institute various research collaborations,and improve the capacity of research management staff.
